Don't even think about buying an apartment here. Complete disappointment. They sell under a pre-contract, but it's not a fact that the DDU will be finished. They can change the terms 5 times a day and offer you a non-liquid instead of what you wanted.

I came for an interview at the company. What immediately confused me was the unfriendly hostesses, scanned my appearance with a scanner and reluctantly escorted me to HR, along the way while I was waiting for a person, a couple more people went to the meeting, when our eyes met, I greeted them as an adequate person, to which I caught strange glances and silence.
I immediately felt uncomfortable and during the interview I had the feeling that I was in a beautiful office where unpleasant people work.
I would like to ask the company's management to pay attention to this. Each employee is the face of the entire company. Any other person or client could be in my place.

I bought it from Rams because of the price /quality considerations in the Vostochny Park residential complex. In appearance, the architecture and content of the complex boldly attracts business, but in fact it turned out to be affordable comfort. The apartment was received on time, all the promised infra was, the plans were not changed as in the residential complex from other developers.
