But after that, the waiter came and apologized for what happened.

We were in this place, in the Ramiz restaurant for the first time. We went there after the opening and 1 month of work, decided to have dinner with the family.

So we went into the hall, the decoration is beautiful, the hall is beautiful, there is a separate smoking room, which is not a little important, but after we approached the table, and almost settled down, pulling out the chairs, we see that they are all covered in crumbs, the white tablecloth is stained with some spots and the serving plates were dusty which clearly indicates that they have not been changed for a long time, and the plate cannot be cleaned from dust with just a napkin, we tried to do this, believe me it did not work, OK, we think now we will ask to change, and what is most interesting, the waiter did not even offer to change the serving. And seeing the crumbs and stains on the white tablecloth, they did not offer to change it to the one that is cleaner, because surely there should have been spare tablecloths, plates and the whole serving.
But OK, I kind of thought the waiters are young, I'm not experienced, this happens when opening a new establishment.
But then the following happened.
The service turned out to be just at zero, you ask the waiter what the ingredients are and what kind of salad this is, and what would you recommend yourself, in response we did not receive any clear advice, in the end we decided to take it at our discretion. And they ran into each other, as they say, it's their own fault 😂😂😂
And this is another interesting point, they charge not a little 20 for the service%
Although the large menu on the street indicates that the service is 15%, asking the cashier this question, I was simply told that we work under a franchise, so we have 20% for the service, without apologies and a detailed explanation.

And finally, after ordering salad and dishes, when the waiter asked why you didn't offer us bread for the table, we were told it was because you didn't ask.
