A huge plus is the ban on the settlement of children under 12 years old. The presence of a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, spa area. The rooms are large. The room has a safe, iron, ironing board, water, tea and coffee. Mini-bar.
Minuses: there were no bathrobes, after a request at the reception they brought, but one (!!), although they settled in together. There are only 4 towels for two plus for the legs, even in many 3-star hotels there are three per person (for washing, and two baths). They were not cleaned every day, even if there was a corresponding sign on the door. When the air conditioner ran out, I had to ask at the reception again, they don't check when cleaning.... And the heavy workload of the elevators (there are three of them), you have to wait a very long time.
Overall impression: a lot of money has been spent on equipment, and the staff is working poorly.
The hotel is normal. I haven't been anywhere, either to the pool or to the spa.
Decent breakfasts, a large selection of hot dishes from under the knife.
Fresh simits (I don't really need anything else).
One of the disadvantages is rather weak noise insulation. And it was sooo stuffy for me to sleep. That is, I didn't get enough sleep even once. There's also a strange TV set built into the mirror. I can't see anything.
When registering, they ask for a deposit of 100 euros, but I didn't have it and they checked me in anyway.
Very clean! There is complimentary water.
The hotel is tired, but we have already chosen it twice. The price-quality ratio is the reason for this. Conveniently located, near our favorite area of Nisantasi with good shops and restaurants. A corner of Europe in Istanbul. The breakfasts are quite good, the service is also good. After three nights in the Ramada, we moved to 5-ku twice as expensive. There, of course, the breakfast is richer, but in principle there is little difference in assortment and quality. There is a swimming pool, After long walks a good relaxation.
On my first visit, I was shocked by the entrance to the hotel, actually through McDonald's😂
But then they didn't pay attention
It's very convenient. Everything is nearby
