Very nice hotel! Friendly staff. The administrator Otabek immediately brought up to date, told about the hotel, the included options (gym, pool, etc.). The room is something! One-bedroom apartment with two toilets. Food for five points. Varied and delicious. There is a free bus service to Dubai. There is also a bus to the beach. You'll leave and always come back. We were from December 2 to December 10, 2023, I recommend this chain hotel. The food is at a good level, varied. The room is clean, towels are changed every day, drinking water and bath accessories were brought every day, tea, coffee, sugar, hair dryer. The staff is very friendly, they will always prompt and help. The beach is their own, they carry it 6 times a day, if there is not enough space, then an additional bus is suitable, there are always sun beds, towels are provided on the beach. The hotel is 5 km from the beach, 10-12 minutes by bus. It was not critical for us. There are many shops around where you can buy something for food and souvenirs.

Visiting the beach did not cause problems, if there were not enough seats on the bus, then they immediately provided another one. There were moments when three buses were put on. The hotel pleased me. Polite, helpful staff. A clear transfer, delicious food. Daily room cleaning. At the hotel you can go to the gym, to the pool, play ping pong and billiards. I lowered the star for the beaches, it happens to be dirty, there are not enough sunbeds, although in fact people have long left, they do not follow this. Towels are provided on the beach, there is a shower, toilet and where to change clothes. I also do not recommend taking excursions from tour agents, it was we who were on an excursion at Anex Tour, they recruit more than 50 people, raise the price, and run running through all locations, as if for show. I will also add that it is a long way to get to the iconic places of the Emirate of Dubai, about 40-50 minutes.

I had a rest at the end of July 2024 at the Ramada black. Tourists are not pickled at the reception, they are placed as soon as the rooms are ready. There are Russian-speaking staff. The food in the restaurant is varied. I liked salads and rice with shrimp. The staff is friendly everywhere, they always meet tourists halfway. The beach is a bit far, but they take a bus there (for free). There is a free bus to Dubai Mall once a day. I recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ramada hotel: excellent service, delicious and varied food, huge comfortable rooms. Everything is very clean and tidy. Daily room cleaning is done, gels/shampoos are updated, 2.5 liters of water per person are brought to the room daily. A comfortable air-conditioned bus takes them 6 times a day and brings them to their own sandy beach, where towels, sun beds, and deck chairs are provided free of charge. I also remember the amazing variety of desserts. A very decent hotel! I recommend.

Excellent hotel, varied and most importantly delicious food, friendly staff. There is a free shuttle service to the beach (located quite far away, but closed) and to the Dubai Mall (once a day, stops next to the Burj Khalifa). They gave a room a class higher than they booked, but a huge minus is that it has no balcony, things cannot be dried! Somewhere on the hotel there are birds that are cooing loudly in the morning, perhaps it will hurt someone. The rooms are cleaned every day, I didn't really like that they can start before you wake up))

We had a rest in late January-early February.One of the advantages is the responsive staff.Some speak Russian.I would especially like to mention Otabek and Ramzan.Very good and varied cuisine.Buses to the beach are clearly on schedule.There is a bus to Dubai once a day. The rooms are spacious.Of the cons: the room had an old, battered carpet, battered furniture and a lot of noise due to bad double-glazed windows from the street.In general, the price-quality hotel is quite consistent. At the moment we live in this hotel. Thanks to our agent Coral recommended it to us. We liked the room, it was spacious, the bed was big, the bed was perfect. There is a kitchen, dishes on request. The food is delicious, we have never been hungry. The staff is very friendly. But the girls are really lazy in the restaurant, so they have to wait for them to clear the table, they barely move. And so everything is fine and the guys at the reception are always smiling and always prompt. The room cleaning is good, sometimes I really came to clean early. They take big buses to the beach every hour and pick them up. We liked the sea and the beach, our people are not perfect, mostly Russians rested, bulls throw in the sand. But ashtrays are not provided and they are too lazy to get up from the sunbed. We went to Dubai Mall by bus from the hotel every day at 15 o'clock and pick up at 21 o'clock. True, there are a lot of cars and big traffic jams have to go for a long time, although everything is not so far away. In general, our rest was a success. We went on an excursion to the Flower Park, we really liked it, I advise you to visit.

1) Flight by Arabia Avia: the flight itself from Yekaterinburg lasted 5 hours. Keep in mind this is a low-cost airline, they won't even bring you a glass of water. Everything is on the menu and for money. But they don't bother with hand luggage, you can take more.
2) Transfer: I refused to pay 11,000 extra for the ticket. I took a taxi myself for 1400 and a little less the way back.
3) Check-in: I arrived at the hotel at 7-00, checked in at 11-00, without any additional charges. They were also allowed to stay a little longer without any additional charges.
4) Room: simply magnificent, kitchen, bedroom with a huge bed, living room, hallway, bathroom with shower and even a second toilet. There is a kettle, a microwave, and a tea set in the room.
5) Smoking areas: behind the bar and two at the entrance to the hotel. There are also smoking rooms.
6) Food: it is better not to save money and take the all-inclusive system (for those who like to eat well).
The advantage of this system is excellent coffee in the bar, as well as drinks.
For breakfast, there are very tasty yogurts, fruits, prunes, dried apricots, etc.
You can order eggs and they will cook them for you personally.
There are a lot of pastries, and wonderful jams, honey in individual jars, and everything else is also a lot (there are not only cheeses, sausages, sausages for breakfast, there is always meat and fish). There is a huge selection of side dishes.
There are always several types of meat and fish for lunch and dinner. Very tasty soups. A large selection of salads, side dishes. A lot of confectionery (desserts are just a bomb).
The food is spicy and without spices, children have quite a good choice. And it's sharp, not to say very much.

7) The beach: it is a wonderful entrance for children, but they are not allowed to swim deep. Rescuers are working, and only their artistic whistling can be heard.
The beach bar offers tea, coffee, schweppes, cola, sprite, fanta, and of course water. Sun beds, towels, umbrellas, canopies are always available, there is a large selection. The sea is clean and very warm. Very clean toilets, changing rooms, showers.

9) Hotel staff: all staff are customer-oriented, polite and considerate. I would especially like to mention the chief manager of Otabek. The early arrival is his merit.
Upon arrival, he introduces the hotel and the list of services provided. He clarifies daily if there are any wishes. Advises on any issues (currency exchange, taxis, shops, etc.).
It is thanks to the professional approach to the client of this wonderful person that the hotel has such high ratings.
10) Cleaning: the rooms are clean. Water, tea set, shampoo, soap, body lotion, gel, toilet paper are replenished daily.
11) Transfer: to the beach even ahead of schedule, to the Dubai Mall according to the schedule.
12) If it's a birthday, then fruits and a cake are brought as a gift to the room.

This is the second time I have been resting in this city hotel. A beautiful comfortable room got once again. Clean, freshly renovated, spacious with a kitchen in which we use only a refrigerator, because IT is WONDERFUL, SATISFYING, DELICIOUS FOOD. We take HB meals - breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner, because that's enough!
The hotel has its own beach, which is taken on an air-conditioned bus. There are enough beach beds and towels for everyone.
Polite and helpful staff.
Of the disadvantages. This year there are more tourists from Russia, who even on vacation are always fussing, jostling and running madly to the bus, to the beach, to the canteen for food, and then suddenly they won't get seats. But this is a conditional drawback for the hotel. Places and food in abundance!

Driving to the beach is somewhat stressful, there is nothing to do in the evenings, you can't walk on foot, because there is nowhere. Great hotel. I really liked the food, there is a children's menu. The beach is 15 minutes away by shuttle, but it's not very convenient, the staff is polite, the rooms are cleaned every day. We took a two-room room, it turned out to be far from small. Two toilets, a kitchen, a 50-inch TV, a large bed. The children's room is almost always empty, and so is the pool table. The pool is not big, people are present. There is a sauna, a hammam and some kind of steam room. We were in the middle of 06.23. I liked everything. I recommend. We took breakfast lunch and dinner – the food is stunningly delicious, there are enough delicious fruits and desserts, as well as meat. It is very convenient to have breakfast and dinner from early morning to late evening. There is also a wonderful gym in the hotel, there is everything you need. There is also a warm swimming pool and sauna, a billiard room, a tennis table, a children's room. Air conditioners at a comfortable temperature both in the lobby and in the rooms. Also a big plus is a transfer to the beach six times a day, since it's not close to the beach on foot, and the bus takes 10 – 15 minutes. The bus is comfortable, with air conditioning. The bus accommodates everyone, if it does not fit into one, then another one arrives in a couple of minutes. The beach is huge, there are a lot of sun beds and sun loungers, call the room number at the entrance and get towels. The beach has white clean sand, the sea is very warm in June, almost hot, the depth is small, very comfortable for swimming. As we understood the differences between the full board and all inclusive package is that with all inclusive on the beach at the bar you can take drinks (colo, fanta, sprite, water). That is, it doesn't make much sense to overpay for all inclusive. Water is put in the room every day a palette per person (one and a half and 0 5 liters), but it is not a problem to buy, since it costs only one dirham for one and a half liters. You can also buy cheap fruits. About a kilometer away or less there is an alcohol store with scenes almost like in Russia, where there is a choice for every taste from different countries. The hotel is very decent, if you travel economically, I recommend it, since it will cost more in Dubai, and from here you can go there at least every day, and spend the money saved on interesting excursions.

There is a kettle, refrigerator and microwave, there is no stove in the kitchen.
5. There are buses from the hotel to the beach - 6 times a day, it takes about 10 minutes to go. If someone does not have enough space, they send more buses, no one remains unaccounted for.
6. There are supermarkets and cafes nearby, unfortunately, I will not write the details, since I came to the very heat - not up to walking.

Two days since we returned from the UAE. I am writing while everything is still fresh in my memory. The impressions are the most pleasant, both from the hotel and from the Emirates. We were here for the first time with my husband. We celebrated the anniversary on the road. An individual transfer brought us from the airport, there was no one else at this hotel, there was a late, night flight.
At the reception less than three minutes later, we were issued the documents and given the keys to the room. The attendant showed everything, told me what and how. Tired, we immediately went to bed. Very comfortable beds with a mattress, snow-white linen, curtains black out, fell asleep like the dead. We had a large 2-room room, a bedroom, a living room with a balcony, a kitchen with a microwave, a large refrigerator, a kettle, a set for tea and coffee, with daily replenishment. In the shower, a hairdryer, all shampoos, gels, hats, etc., everything was replenished daily.
At breakfast there is a large selection of everything, three types of juices, water with lemon, coffee from the coffee machine, milk, various teas to choose from. Fruits (apples, tangerines, oranges, pineapples), and dried fruits (prunes, apricots, dates). Vegetables are different, I will not list them. Everything is very tasty and of high quality, cheeses, sausages, a lot of everything and very diverse. Everything was heard and reported. The pastries and pastry are excellent. Lunch was not taken, if desired, you can change it with dinner, but we did not change it. The dinners are as great as the breakfasts.
The transfer to the beach is very convenient, excellent buses with air conditioning are always on schedule. On the hotel's own beach, you can take towels, use them and hand them over at the exit. There are always a lot of sun beds, but knowing Russians, they definitely need to take an extra sunbed to put a bag, and let the rest as they want. But that's our mentality. The sea and the beach are great.
Yes, the hotel has a swimming pool with warm water, sauna and steam cabin, separately for men and women.
Maybe I didn't write about anything, if I have to answer, ask questions. But I definitely recommend the hotel. Thanks to all the hotel staff who made our stay comfortable, quietly and conscientiously doing their job.
