We had a rest in June 2021, I really liked it, especially the attitude of the Russian-speaking girl at the Zuhra reception, a very friendly girl Lily will always tell and help, she meets you at the restaurant for stoics.And special thanks to the pastry chef of the restaurant, there is always a large variety of cakes, buns, cakes, I really liked the excursion, which was taken opposite the beach, to Dubai with a guide Salim.It was very informative and interesting.

Nice hotel! Polite staff, thanks to the Sultan for his help))
Large rooms of about 50 squares.
The food is wonderful, everything is insanely delicious.
Excellent location for a city hotel, there are bus stops to Dubai nearby.
But I would like to transfer to the beach more often. Here they go 5 times a day. And the transfer to Dubai is inconvenient, it departs daily at 15:00.
The only negative is poor room cleaning, all the feet were dirty, it feels like the cleaners don't wash the floors at all.

The only negative is that the hotel guide Bahodir was very disappointed, he did not answer questions about the postponement of departure, he simply ignored them.

The hotel is good, the furniture could certainly be updated, but otherwise, everything is fine. The food is good, the service is not intrusive, but they always go to a meeting, the Russian-speaking staff is excellent, I thank them very much. Transfer to the beach and to the Dubai Mall, clearly, according to the schedule. A hotel for a relaxing and leisurely holiday.

We are resting at the moment in this hotel . The service has deteriorated very much compared to 2015, when we rested for the last time. They do not clean every day, sometimes they come to clean after lunch when they want to relax, and before lunch, when no one cleans the room at sea. Today, the room was cleaned at 13-00, large towels were taken away, it's already at 17-09, towels have not been brought to us yet, we can't take a shower. We went with my husband 4 times to the reception, complained, promised that they would bring it in 15 minutes, but apparently there is some kind of problem with towels in this hotel. In general, the hotel is not bad, but there are problems with the service.

We rested from September 7 to September 14.I liked everything!!!! The hotel staff thank you very much!!!!!The rooms were cleaned every day. Tea. Coffee. Sugar. Cream. water was supplied every day. Shampoo gel cream was updated every day. And what a good cuisine in the hotel just lick your fingers. The location of the hotel is excellent. Transfer to the sea goes 7 - 8 minutes, the sea is gorgeous, the sunset is perfect. The hotel has its own beach. Towels and sun beds are always there. Clean up on the beach. Rescuers are always on the alert. We rested in the Emirates for the first time. We love to relax in Turkey, but after a trip here, arriving in Moscow, the child shouted let's fly back to our hotel, extend the tour!!!!! Now the hotel is being renovated on the upper floors. We went upstairs by chance and were very happy to see how the hotel was. The hotel itself was transformed. Black and everything inside is white. So now we will definitely come back!!!! Recommend.don't. you'll regret it.Have a good rest, everyone. You will be satisfied.

He is very nice, and friendly, smiling, attentive. We got into an unpleasant situation, and he was happy to help us out of it, supported us. The number of rooms is tired, at least in tower 2. The service staff is on the level, but not everyone decides. It is not necessary to settle in rooms with a view of the neighboring super market, especially on the upper floors, because of poor sound insulation, it is difficult, but we managed to get used to the hum of industrial air conditioners, which are located on the roof of the building. The cuisine is relatively not bad, but does not shine with variety.

Great hotel! We got a large, spacious and very cozy room with its own kitchen and a small balcony. Wonderful view of the city!
Very friendly service staff! I want to mention the girl Zuhra at the reception, very nice and responsive, speaks Russian, will prompt and give advice.
The food at the hotel is a fairy tale, everything is fresh and very tasty! Lots of fruits and pastries, you won't stay hungry)) the bus to the beach is comfortable with air conditioning, several times a day.
I highly recommend this hotel!
