The hotel is great. The rooms are large two-room studios. The staff is polite and not intrusive. The feeding is beyond praise. It is very tasty and there is always a huge selection.
The feeding time is very long, almost from 6:00 to 23:00 with short breaks. You always make it wherever you go. Come at any time, the range is always wide.
Within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, exchangers.
AI gives the only significant advantage over FB - you can take some water at the beach bar.
Minus one: you can't go to the sea on foot. But the hotel shuttle runs frequently. It takes 9-12 minutes to drive. In the cool. It's even better than a 5-minute walk in the heat.
Day tu day can be reached on foot. To the city center by taxi 5 min (20 AED back - 14 AED)

The hotel is chic, cozy, the room is quiet and not hot. the bus goes to the beach often, the time is very convenient, there is an opportunity to admire the city. The beach is large, closed, clean, calm, ashtrays, a small non-alcoholic cafe, toilets, shower. Towels are provided at the entrance, huge, soft. Oh, I want to go there. The sand is almost white, the water is 35 g, gentle, affectionate, bliss. Near the hotel there is an exchange office, supermarkets, restaurants, an alcohol market.... Well, very cool. They take us from the hotel to the Dubai Mall once a day. we are not interested in shopping, we took the subway on a trip, visited the spice market. Believe me, there will be something to remember. we ordered a couple of excursions, and in a week we gained impressions for a couple of years. reviewing photos and videos, goosebumps. Ajman is lovely, cooler. green. Oh, yes, I almost forgot, the souvenir shop at the hotel, the seller is a miracle, makes a good discount, the positive is solid. there are no problems with Russian at the reception at all. We had a rest September-October 2024: responsive staff at the reception, helping with all questions (who needs: there is a Russian-speaking employee). Check-in and check-out can be postponed by talking to the staff. The restaurant has a fairly diverse menu and is constantly replenished at the distribution. The room was two-room-two bathrooms, a double bed, bed linen can be changed on request at least every day. If you need something, you can call the reception from the room: they will help you immediately (everyone speaks English perfectly). A shuttle service to the private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas runs throughout the day. Who needs excursions-right at the exit on the right is a tour desk with a Russian employee living in Ajman. I was satisfied.

This is a great hotel. Clean, cozy, works like clockwork. Transfer to the beach is always on time, if not everyone fits on the bus, another one is immediately organized. Quiet unobtrusive music is playing in the corridors, pleasant air freshener, very clean. The rooms are cleaned every day, as well as towels and bed linen are changed. Any requests are fulfilled very quickly. We had a clogged drain, they called the reception, after 5-7 minutes an employee came and eliminated the blockage. They asked for a clothes dryer, and after 5 minutes they brought it to us. The Orchid restaurant in the hotel is beyond praise! Very tasty, varied food. Again, it is very clean, everything is wiped, cleaned, replaced instantly! I recommend it to everyone!!!

Very nice hotel! The employees are responsive, they will always come to the rescue, there are Russian-speaking guys at the reception. The rooms are large, daily cleaning, linen change every three days, plumbing, TV, refrigerator.. everything is in excellent condition. The rooms have excellent Wi-Fi (they will give you a code) . The mattress and pillows are beyond praise. They take you to the beach in large comfortable buses, clearly on time (the schedule will be given upon check-in), if there are more people, they immediately adjust the second bus, go 7-8 minutes. The food in the restaurant is very diverse, very high quality (meat, fish, chicken, lamb .... etc.) and delicious, and there is everything for healthy lifestyle lovers, even steamed vegetables are present every day. There are always a couple of authentic spicy dishes with a 🌶️ icon. 👌👍👍.
There is a great coffee shop in the lobby.

We stayed at the hotel in October 2024. The hotel is very well located, the staff is friendly, immediately solves any issues, acts very professionally. We had a vacation with my husband from 16-25 . 09 2024. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are gorgeous. Cleaning is carried out regularly. The food is varied, you can find it for every taste, spicy and steamed. Pies are magic. There are no complaints. They can even make scrambled eggs separately

A huge problem with nutrition.
The meager selection of fruits (sweet watermelon 80/20, pineapple 30/70 and melon 5/95%), the rest is simply not there. Sometimes there were some scraps of canned peaches and leftovers (from what?) grapes.
Frankly bad vegetables.
Soups and salads are a problem for most hotels.
And if a Russian person understands that the whole world does not eat soups at all or it is still possible to eat the wrong soups, then there is no way to understand the problem with salads. They are equally disgusting everywhere.
For the rest: for example, spicy food is categorically contraindicated for me. Here, a good half of the dishes are spicy, fortunately they are marked. But it is very difficult to choose something to your liking from the rest. He even started eating fish, but I can't stand it. For the last few days, I took only coffee and a couple of slices of watermelon for breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for a week at the end of August. Among the advantages, I note that the delicious and varied food, desserts are very cool. Baking in the morning, you can order scrambled eggs. They did it for my husband.
My husband is on PP, but in this hotel he did not deny himself cakes, as they are delicious :)
Our room was gloomy, the window was small and in bird droppings, but there was nothing to look at.
In the kitchen, we used only the refrigerator and glasses.
On the balcony, things were dried on a dryer, but due to the high humidity, things practically did not dry.
The hotel was also pleased with the high-speed elevators. You don't have to wait long.
One of the advantages is that breakfast, lunch and dinner are stretched out in time, we never waited for the table and always had time, even from the beach, even from a trip to Dubai Mall. (We took the all in food concept).
Transfer to the beach - 10 minutes for sure, especially with traffic jams, we never saw any bumps, if there were not enough seats on the first bus, we calmly waited for the second (about 5-7 minutes).
I liked the beach itself, there were sun beds and umbrellas, we tried to place ourselves to the left of the entrance in the morning, at the changing rooms, there is shade from the trees.
The staff is customer-oriented, they mention a lot about Otabek in the reviews, they did not communicate, but we were already settled at 11:00, and we arrived at the hotel around 7 a.m. On request, they gave slippers, it is more comfortable to move around in them, upon arrival at the hotel, they immediately noted that the room was not needed for smokers and without carpet.
The tour to Oman was taken from the tour operator's guide, we liked everything (we were credited with missing lunch during the tour at check-out, we had lunch after check-out, by the way, the room was also extended until 14:00 absolutely free of charge).
We also went from the hotel to the Dubai Mall. It is convenient that there is such an opportunity.
In general, I liked everything. The rest was a success.

Special thanks to the chef of the Ramada restaurant, everything is very tasty, beautiful serving of dishes and a huge selection! The hotel has a daily free shuttle service to the Dubai Mall, we went several times. We also took an excursion to SeaWord in Abu Dhabi. This is an amusement park: with attractions, a huge aquarium, a dolphin show, penguins. We really liked it. We bought a sail at the agency for $ 250 for two. The agency is next to the hotel. There is also an agency near the beach, by the way, they have the same owner and the same prices. There we bought a sightseeing tour to Dubai with a visit to the observation deck on Jumeirah Island and a yacht ride along the Dubai Marina. We also went on our own to the Sky Views observation deck with a glass floor. It is located near the Dubai Mall, an attraction like the famous Frame, only the height is higher. I am currently resting at the hotel.We arrived and settled right away. We are vacationing in Troy. I'm with my husband and my mom. The rooms are gorgeous!!! The room is large and everything is in it.Cleaning is daily, it is cleaned wonderfully. An excellent hotel, vacationed in September 2024, chose it on the advice of friends and reviews and did not make a mistake with the choice.
An excellent option in the price /quality category, I really liked everything, accommodation, service, food, friendly, courteous staff, a swimming pool in the hotel with a sauna and a hammam, a modern gym with a variety of exercise equipment.
It carries comfortable buses to its beach on schedule, there is enough space for everyone, clean sea, sand, sun beds on the beach, towels, cold drinks, toilets, showers, clean changing rooms.

We lived in a suite (a bedroom plus a living room with an extra bed). I liked everything, they took only breakfast from the food, it was very satisfying. Transfers to the beach, daily bus to Dubai Mall at 15.00, back at 21.00. There are supermarkets nearby, as well as a very good fish restaurant. The Unisat alcohol store is 200 meters away, open until 24.00, so there are no problems with drinks. I recommend the hotel, it takes 25 minutes by taxi from Sharjah airport, the taxi cost is 50 dirhams. There is a separate free parking for a car. It's a good thing that I didn't rent a hotel in Dubai, but chose Ajman. Ajman breathes much better, the air is drier, not as humid as in Dubai.

Of the advantages:
1) Very nice, kind and helpful staff, all neat and always with a smile.
2) The room is cleaned every day, including changing towels.
3) Free transfer to Dubai Mall
Now the cons:
1) The rooms have very old furniture, old repairs, dim lights and a sad atmosphere because of this
2) Monotonous and not very tasty food. A boring selection of fruits (watermelon and melon every day). It's hard to find words about fish in general.. Every day the same fish in several versions (fried, stewed, in soup, etc.), on the third day I was already sick at the sight of this fish, although I personally love fish. Salads are also about nothing, in general, we strongly regretted that we took everything inclusive, it was easier to do with breakfast.
3) The hotel is located in an area where you can't really walk in the evening, especially with children. The transfer to the beach also started to annoy after a couple of days, you constantly need to adjust to the time of the transfer, but you can't walk to the beach, your legs will wear off..
4) There is no alcohol at all, neither in the hotel nor on the beach (although our travel agent almost swore that with everything included, everything is really included), but alas, if you want to drink, go to a specialty store (fortunately it is nearby) and drink only in the room. It is also not recommended to drink beer on the beach, because there have been cases of fines (although the beach seems to be closed and private)
5) The hotel is quite boring, a small indoor pool, an old sauna, a small children's room, a couple of rooms with tennis and billiards (which we never got to) and at the same time the whole thing closes at 22:00.
6) The music on the floors and in the restaurant almost drove them crazy by the end of the vacation.
7) Ajman is a bit boring

For that kind of money, it's better to take a threesome to Dubai and not bother with transfers.

I rested in the Black Ramada from 13.05 to 20.05. I came here for the second time because I like the price-quality ratio. The hotel corresponds to its 4*. Service, room service, cleaning - everything suits you. I take breakfast-dinners (you can come at lunch without any problems), the food is excellent, delicious, varied. There is a children's table. Transfer to the beach according to the schedule - 7 minutes drive. Of course, it is better to go to the White Ramada with the children on the first line, so as not to depend on the transfer. A daily free transfer to the Dubai Mall is also a huge plus. So, if you go without kids, and you need a budget vacation, then you go to the Black Ramada))) I had a transfer to the airport at 14.30, a wonderful boy at the reception made me a late check-up at 14.00 absolutely free of charge. So on the last day before departure, I was still at the sea before lunch!! The only unpleasant impression was left by communication with individual guides of the host tour operator FAN SAN. In particular, ELSHAD MUTADOV)))It feels like these young, overweight boys are from somewhere in a Turkish or Egyptian collective farm. I do not advise you to take excursions from them, it is better to contact Golden Palm, or against the beach in the "Last Minute".
I wanted to go to the Marina on a yacht with a swim, they fed me with promises for 2 days, then they said that there was no group. I decided to take a ride on a sightseeing tour of Dubai for the same money))) They brought us to the Frame, and there was the promised "Historical Guide"))))) The Egyptian Timur, speaks almost no Russian, carries all sorts of nonsense, as they say, "blood from the ears." the purpose of this guide, and apparently hotel guides, is to guide tourists to their points-for kickbacks, so that tourists buy all sorts of crap - like oils, rubbers, even on Maddinat Jumeirah, he took the whole group to his shop for souvenirs, and it's so interesting to walk there!!! A controversial city hotel. Everyone is smiling and friendly, but we checked in about 15 hours. The restaurant (dining room) is small for such a hotel (3 towers). There are a lot of tourists from Russia, this year the bus with delivery from the beach could not cope, after a while the second one arrived. The staff tried to minimize this problem. We are currently vacationing at this hotel. The most important fat minus of the rest here is that next to the private beach of the hotel (which also serves the Ramada Beach and Windham garden), there is an active construction site with excavators digging from morning to night and a jackhammer beating. So you will not get any zen from a vacation at the sea here. The sea is warm, muddy, sometimes it smells of mud. A light breeze of diesel oil sometimes brings from the construction site. The hotel is urban, there are shops nearby (even alcoholic). There is a free bus service to the beach and Dubai Mall. A lot of helpers, they will always tell you where to go. The food is delicious. We took breakfasts and dinners (dinner can be changed for lunch). You don't need to tell anyone, you just came at lunch and didn't come at dinner. The internet is excellent both in the room and on the beach. The room is large, but be prepared for the view from the window of the neighboring building 50 meters away (like ours). They clean up, the water will be replenished every day. In general, if you are not eating for a beach holiday, then well done.

A wonderful buffet: everything is always fresh, clear food, meat of different types and cooking methods, fish, chicken, delicious pastries (there is no incomprehensible mess of salads from what is not finished and desserts for the same taste, only painted in different colors). The location is urban, within a five-minute walk of the large shops of the Sapphire chain (I recommend buying mangoes there in the October-December season, you can take them home). There are free buses to the beach and to DubayMall. No one rides standing up, when filling up, the next bus is immediately served. The beach is clean, the entrance is beautifully sloping, beach towels and sun beds are free. There is a gift shop in the lobby with surprisingly low prices, ATMs in the lobby, but a 10 percent commission for withdrawals. The Belarusbank Visa card worked everywhere (in shops, at the airport, at an ATM).
