I had a horrible experience in this hotel in first days of February. Everyday no cleaning, we had to go to reception and remind. The room cards were blocked every day and we had to go to the reception everyday. At midnight the reception guys can call and ask to check out which is ridiculous. Also no knock at the door, they can just come inside and ask to check out. Never checked their system and payments. The worse service ever.
