Have a good time, everyone! The third RVZ in this network of hotels, the main advantage is a private beach across the street from the hotels (Windham and Ramada), there are always enough places, umbrellas and sun beds + towels. A play area has appeared on the beach: slides and swings, children enjoy playing. The hotel itself, of course, requires renovation, however, its not new condition is compensated by excellent cuisine and service. The reception is open for 5, there are Russian speakers, they always explain and prompt everything. I would like to mention the cuisine in particular, it is diverse, delicious, respect to the chefs and the staff serving the restaurant. There is a claim to the room cleaners, I hope they will take into account that towels are not changed every day, in my opinion, and linen has not been changed once in 8 days!
There are two free daily transfers from the hotel to Dubai Mall and Ajman City Center, if you need shopping, there will be something to do. We always take excursions from Said on SAID TOUR, the program is interesting, the prices are very pleasing)))

For the second time, in December 24th, the beach was restored, taken to another one, 1 km., 5 min. drive or 10 minutes on foot, transfer from the hotel every 30 minutes. Sun beds, towels. The cuisine is very diverse and delicious. Free transfer to Dubai Mall daily.

A small cozy hotel located near Dubai. We rested at this hotel 2 times. The sea is across the street, which did not even bother, quite a variety of food, very responsive staff who always try to do their job to the maximum, daily cleaning. There are a lot of shops and restaurants near the hotel.

A great hotel, rested in early April with the kids, the beach across the street on a pedestrian crossing, a beautiful promenade for walking and running, the beach is excellent, smooth entrance, a sunbed can always be found, everything is equipped.
The hotel is clean, the sea view from the room is gorgeous, they give a crib, the cleaning is excellent, the staff is very attentive and polite.
There is a large selection of dishes for adults in the restaurant, be prepared for island dishes in most, desserts are especially wonderful. Kids only have pasta/rice/ vegetables, and breakfast, because meat and soups are mostly rich, it's better for kids to have food with them for lunch/dinner.
The sea is warm, but it is stormy from the wind, and not much has fallen. Days of the ban on swimming, but you can jump in the waves near the shore.
Ajman History Museum is a 20-minute walk away.

Just the best hotel, 10 out of 10.
The price is pleasant, the buffet is excellent, there is a huge selection of food, there is no alcohol, which means there are no eternally drunk characters who move on the floor deflated. Nice hotel. There is a private beach across the street for 3 hotels, there were enough sun beds for everyone. The staff is well-mannered. Hello everyone I arrived at the hotel on May 2. There were a lot of people that day. Both incoming and outgoing. Therefore, there was a bit of a delay with the check-in. Everything is wonderful! The guys at the counter are all young, pleasant, and nimble! There is everything!!! The beach is clean, its own, equipped!!! The hammam (missed you) is gorgeous. The pool is small, but I'm not a swimmer either))). The kitchen is a separate 5 stars. And finally, call Michelin (it's not a good idea to spend so many stars in France)!!! Right next to the office with Burning tours. They are also very good. Anyway, I love the UAE... don't forget to flip a coin... I still have this sign rolling. took a room with a view of the city, in principle it is quite tolerable, the lack of a balcony is depressing - you can't dry things, you need to go down to the street to the first floor to smoke - so-so pleasure... But it's quiet, you can sleep peacefully at night, and take a nap after lunch during the day ...

We were in July , the contingent at the hotel is mostly Russian-speaking , the staff speaks Russian somehow . The rooms are no longer the first freshness , but the incomparable view covers everything , there were leaks in the shower , they called the reception , told the cleaner , but nothing was done , they threw a towel on the floor and so solved this problem . The food is normal , a big plus for those who have breakfasts and dinners , you can safely take fruits , buns , dried fruits from breakfast , no one said a word and many did so . The gym is too small, the equipment is normal. The pool is cool and deep, the Jacuzzi is hotter in the heat. A huge plus, there is a bus to Dubai Mall every day. The sea is dirty, my husband and I were burned by a jellyfish and we are not sure because the water was not transparent and we did not really see who it was, but the burn was all day, it's good that we do not have allergies. For once, for the purpose of sunbathing, it's good.

RAMADA BY WYNDHAM BEACH HOTEL AJMAN once again pleased us with its hospitality, care for guests, high level of service, unchanged for 3 years, as we know it, impeccable cuisine and a great beach. Now we were a big company: our little granddaughter, who is only 3.5 months old, her mom and dad, grandma and me, grandpa! Everyone was delighted with the rest!!!
Bekzod was the first to meet us at the reception. He, almost every time we arrive at the hotel, surrounds us with attention and care, instantly solves all the issues with which we turn to him, is always very friendly, responsive and attentive to all guests. It is very nice to meet employees at the hotel who remember you and sincerely rejoice at a new meeting, including many employees of the restaurant and the beach! Rest 27.06.24-04.06.24. We went for the first time, everything was new. I specially steamed over the review and replenished it almost every day) We stopped at the hotel and problems immediately began: instead of a room with one double bed, they moved into a room with two single beds and gave a non-working adapter for charging, but after an hour or two all the problems were solved: they gave a working adapter and connected the beds (the difference at the junction of the beds is not it was felt, very high-quality). Then there was dinner, the buffet is just wonderful, very varied and most likely I will attach a photo. I do not understand those who wrote that there was not enough food - there was a lot of it, and even despite my fastidiousness about food, I always found a huge number of dishes for myself! The dream was also wonderful, but keep in mind who has a light sleep - take a room with a sea view, since at 4 a.m. the sacred music and crowing of roosters begin, which can wake you up and prevent you from sleeping properly (we lived on the second floor of the hotel overlooking the city). However, this did not stop us! There is always water and in general the room stock is in order (those who are after Turkey, of course, can complain, but in general the rooms are quite suitable for a comfortable stay). There was a review above that said that things do not dry in rooms with a view of the city, but we did not notice such a problem, all things were dried literally in 1-2 hours under the influence of air conditioning and good ventilation. Breakfast was also excellent, there are many dishes to choose from, in principle, it seemed to us that there is absolutely everything to eat!)
The beach literally turns the road, there is a traffic light and the road takes literally 3 minutes, on the beach they additionally give out a clean towel for each person. There are a lot of free places (free sun beds) on the beach, there will always be somewhere to lie down) there are also umbrellas so as not to fry in the sun and enjoy the smell of the sea!
The room is cleaned absolutely every day, and water is always brought free of charge by an internal call to room service. Often a maid (I don't know what else to call the man who serves the rooms, I'm sorry if it's wrong) from the 2nd floor I left cool crafts made of towels in the form of elephants and swans! The only downside to room service that we noticed was the lack of bathrobes. Unfortunately, they only give slippers and change towels with shower accessories daily. But it also did not interfere with our rest and was offset by all the above advantages. In addition, absolutely every day there was a free transfer to the Dubai Mall (at the reception they say that it leaves at 14:45, however, I advise you to get in line earlier, because it fills up 20 minutes before that time). It takes 45-55 minutes to get to the Mall by bus without traffic jams. I really liked that all the staff were kind and helpful, the only angry and gloomy people were met among the hotel guests🤪 In general, the hotel satisfied all our needs, I highly recommend it, especially if you are traveling for the first time: for such a price we got a wonderful vacation!)

We have been to this hotel twice: in 2023 and in 2024. The first time I really liked it, and the second time if we knew that it was being renovated, we would not have gone. There are repairs going on and construction works are all around and it is ugly and tourists should be warned about this. They take such a lot of money and such terrible conditions. In addition, I was surprised that despite the fact that we had paid for a room with a sea view De luxe multiple and "Soft all inclusive", we were not even allowed to go to breakfast until 14 o'clock... There was no such thing in any country in the world. Everywhere you arrive and they put a bracelet on you, especially with "All inclusive", then you eat and bathe, but this is not the case. You just sit and wait for 14 hours. And there is no coffee machine, no cookies and no water in the Lobby. Nightmare. We took this hotel because of the private sandy beach and fenced area in 1 line right on the shore. And the proximity to Dubai airport. This was the main reason for choosing the hotel. Second: this means that there is no smoking and no alcohol: therefore, there are no drunken tourists with fumes. And good beach security. The beach is sand. The deluxe room was great for the first time: there are many rooms and the living room is beautiful with good furniture and clean, the terrace is large in the room with sea views and tea facilities. In 2023, it was good, but if you bought an all-inclusive and a deluxe room. In the simple rooms, the furniture was old and the rooms were completely renovated. And in De Luxe it was good. But this year it's a nightmare here: workers and the sounds of construction are scurrying around. And at the entrance to the hotel, there are old scaffolding right on the Lobby and the boards strive to fall off them right on the tourists' heads. People, don't come here this year. For that kind of money, it's fashionable to relax in a hotel without a construction site. By the way, do not go to the neighboring hotel with a similar name, it is in the form of a book, there is also a renovation going on. So it's not comfortable everywhere because of the renovation.

I leave my feedback while still at the hotel, waiting for the transfer to the airport. We took a 7-night tour, all inclusive. The impression is ambiguous. Our arrival was early, breakfast was in full swing, we were extremely surprised that breakfast was refused to us, they said we were not supposed to yet. There was also no welcome tea and coffee with cakes in the lobby for those waiting to check in, there was not even water. Since we were terribly tired from the road and were already thirsty, we asked for tea, it's good that they didn't refuse. In the following days, a container with cold water with fruits floating in it appeared in the lobby, and thanks for that)! Check-in was early unexpectedly))), at 11 o'clock we were checked in, for which thank you very much. The room was apparently redecorated, because the floors were not very clean, there were white streaks and there was a smell of paint. There were 3 adults, towels only for 2, there were no slippers in the room at all, a couple of hangers. And yes, the bed is big, good, but the bedding sets are only for 2. The third of us probably had to sleep standing up and not wash for a week. During the day, I had to contact both the reception and the cleaning staff several times. It was nerve-racking, because they brought it by the piece. First the towel, I explain everything again-then the sheet, I explain again, then the blanket. The pillow was never brought, I did not ask again -there were several of them on the bed. It was worse with sneakers-I achieved them only by 23 o'clock approximately and also at first 2 pcs, then only a couple more were brought. Apparently the guy saw that I was already on the verge, he also brought an adapter. And yes, I had to run to the store to buy a rag, wash the floors and buy water-as in Turkish hotels there is no water at the reception and restaurant. The food in the restaurant is delicious, we had a variety of standards, but there is not the same assortment as in Turkish hotels. But once again, it's really delicious. The beach is across the street, it's not a long walk. There is water and drinks on the beach. By the way, ice cream is paid. The room was cleaned every day in the following days, everything was clean. If you want to have a snack between breakfast-lunch and dinner, you will not succeed. If only it's paid in the city. And this is with ol inclusive. At the entrance to the restaurant, you are recorded-literally, you are asked for a room number. It is unexpected and unpleasant, as if afraid that everything will be eaten. Sometimes, after an evening walk, I wanted to have a snack, something light, tea with cakes, for example. But, alas and ah! And the most unpleasant thing is that on the day of departure after eviction at 12:00 you will no longer be allowed to have lunch. There are few places for those waiting in the lobby, if they leave a lot, then they will have to wait standing and hungry. This is a fundamental difference from the Turkish ones, where even in the lobby you can sit quietly drinking tea or coffee. Breakfast is usually light, but at lunch you already want to eat. It's kind of unpleasant, petty. And yes, we were probably not lucky at all. During our arrival, the room next door was being renovated. I hated the sound of the puncher . And at the same time, I informed both the reception and the staff on the floor when I saw it. Zero reaction. When you're out of the way and have a headache, it's at least disrespectful. it helped a little when I asked the drill personally, through an interpreter, explaining that the child was feeling unwell and trying to sleep.They drilled every day for 3 days. And at the same time, everyone is smiling))). The cricket with the punch was also very smiling. Then I moved to another floor, but even though I couldn't hear it so much, it was like a music application to the hotel. So the impressions are mixed - the water and the beach, the quality of the food and, in fact, the service in the restaurant are wonderful, but the unpleasant ones described above have contributed to the fly in the ointment.

The hotel itself has a very polite staff, with whom it is easy to find a common language, but there is only one Russian-speaking employee for the entire hotel, who rarely happens there, so you can't do without English. The hotel has a spa, swimming pool, gym and massage room. When checking into the hotel, it is better to ask for a room on the 9th -12th floor, since these floors have recently been renovated. The rooms have all the amenities: Wi-Fi, safe, international standard sockets, refrigerator and TV. However, when booking a room, a room with two separate beds was indicated, but in fact they received one double bed, but after contacting the staff, the room was promptly changed. Of the disadvantages, I want to note that one day the private beach was closed due to "The Lifeguard did not come", however, it was worth a little quarrel with the guard, as the lifeguard appeared and the beach reopened.

Nice hotel. There is an old and a new building. The furniture is old, but of high quality. We, for 2 adults and 2 children, got a 2-room room with a balcony and a sea view. They were at the end of July 2022. It's hot, up to 44 degrees. For comparison, it was 34 degrees in Abu Dhabi in 2023. We swam in the sea across the street from the hotel our own private beach. There were always enough deck chairs. The food is varied, I liked it. There is no alcohol in the hotel at all. I went to the market 2.5 km from the hotel. It was possible to get to it by taxi, but I decided to take a walk in the desert. There are free buses to Dubai Mall from the hotel, we went 2 times with children. I recommend the hotel.

We had a rest in June 2024. A very nice hotel. Our room was newly renovated, overlooking the sea. Air conditioning, microwave, iron, refrigerator, everything worked. Hot water at any time of the day, no problem. The food is very good, the hotel staff is polite and friendly. We had half board (HB), we thought we would go hungry, in fact breakfast and dinner were quite enough, but we like to eat a lot and tasty. The sea is nearby through a pedestrian crossing. The hotel's beach was crowded, but there were plenty of sun beds, even in the shade. At the moment, the embankment is being built, special equipment is working around the clock, it did not interfere with us. Unfortunately, it was not possible to see the beautiful sea, the sea is cloudy. There is a shopping center Lulu, an analogue of our Auchan, not far from the hotel. You can buy everything in Lulu, I recommend going there in the morning or afternoon when there are not so many people. And from the balcony you can watch stunning sunsets. We were satisfied with this hotel.

Good day everyone!
The whole family arrived in the UAE on June 29, checked into the hotel on the same day, and left on July 13.
Positive:
- very convenient location, beach across the street, lots of shops.
- all the staff are very polite, smiling, many people know Russian.
- we were accommodated in a beautiful, large room with a beautiful view.
- daily room cleaning, new water + tea and coffee, soap and shampoos, towels.
- varied and delicious food, vegetables, fruits, lots of meat and fish, sweets.
- daily transfer to Dubai Mall.
- the presence of a swimming pool in the hotel is very useful during the heat of the day.
- Nilantha and Duminda are very responsive young people who work at the beach. In my review, I ask you to pay attention to these employees and be sure to reward them!
Minuses:
- the return transfer from Dubai Mall is sometimes late and there is complete confusion, one parking place is negotiated, but in fact poor people are rushing in search of a bus, not understanding where to catch it, as a result, everyone who has already been taken from other Ramada hotels, and we are the latest ...
- once on the way to Dubai - They say the bus driver turned on the music loudly.
- this disadvantage rather refers not to the hotel itself, but to the police as a whole.
The fact is that our beach is private, and on the left it is fenced off by a concrete wall, and on the right it is also a wall, but there is a construction site and there is no one there, since there is very little space and it is noisy.
But on the left, it looks like it's smeared with honey!
At low tide, many locals, as they explained to me, mostly Egyptians, behave strangely, defiantly. Contrary to the ban, seeing the protective rope and buoys, they deliberately enter the territory of a private beach and, coming close to tourists, young girls - take pictures or video without consent (from behind, stood right next to), laugh, react aggressively to requests to leave the beach and pretend that they do not understand, swim into the middle crowds (this happened to a couple of people) and hide, or make an idiotic grin, it's not clear why, put their hands in their swimming trunks.
Moreover, there were some very unpleasant cases.
I can't help but note the competent and coordinated actions of beach security!! This is very important!
Those crooks who behaved like that did it intentionally, mocking and threatening the hotel staff and the guys reacted with lightning speed anyway!
For which I am very, very grateful to them!
Overall, everything went just great, I recommend this hotel and we will definitely come again!

A good hotel, friendly, hospitable staff, daily high-quality cleaning with towel change. Everything corresponds to what was promised in the description. The food is decent in terms of assortment and quality. And most importantly, the sea is nearby.
