Very nice hotel, friendly staff, sea nearby. Near the hotel there is a souvenir shop "Aladdin", where you can buy everything you need as a gift. Nearby there are grocery stores and pharmacies. Restaurants are within walking distance.
It's the first time in the UAE and it looks like it won't be the last. I liked everything. The only unpleasant event is the lack of video communication via messengers. But this applies to the whole UAE and not to the hotel.
Objectively, the rooms are shabby and decent, and this is a suite. Everything is stained, smeared ...))) a nightmare. To put it mildly, I am in a quiet shock from the room in this state. I can't even imagine what happens in standard rooms. It saves, only the view of the Persian Gulf and then not quite, taking into account what is happening on the roads, and in the hotel itself in the late evening and at night, since the audibility leaves much to be desired. I am sure now I can say that I do not join all the positive reviews. In +, you can only evaluate the work of the reception, your own beach and normal, no more than that, food (at lunch and dinner, there may be difficulties with feeding the kids, everything is salty and peppery enough, the children's table is fish or chicken nuggets and French fries). And so everything is very, very sad, alas. In the aggregate, I personally do not want to return to this hotel...I'm upgrading, there are so many positive reviews...have all the rooms been renovated? Have you taken into account the nuances in nutrition?
We would like to return to this hotel again! I really liked it!

We stayed at the hotel for a week. I change the rating by 4 points)) The spaciousness in the rooms, the courtesy and responsiveness of the staff and delicious food cover the existing shortcomings.
Positive:
1) A varied menu and delicious buffet-style dishes.
2) High-quality room cleaning.
Minuses:
1) A very long wait for check-in. They were brought to the hotel at 8:30 in the morning, settled in fact at 13:00. Several times I approached the reception to clarify when the check-in was. One answer - wait, you will be called. It's been almost 4 hours, I go back to the administrator (name is Isa, slippery type, imho). I begin to get very slightly indignant (we are with a small child, all night on the plane, without sleep). He says - your room has been free for a long time, why don't you come up... I say - so you said to wait for us to be called...?!! He replied, "... well, actually, we officially have a check-in before 14:00, so the regulatory deadline has not yet come out ..." How do you like this service?
2) Unrealistically long waiting time to have an elementary lunch or dinner. The hotel has 12 or 13 floors of rooms, and the dining room is just tiny, there are few tables. The meal time is divided between floors into time intervals, but even this does not save, sometimes you have to wait 30-40 minutes in the general queue.
3) The beach is located near the hotel, but with one caveat - through a busy road, the roadway.
A hotel that has lived, but if you don't find fault too much, then it will roll. Food, service, beach without complaints, but next time we'll go to the next one.
Of course, nothing will spoil the desired vacation, but there are comments... The number of rooms is well, no 4 * hotel, well, they are not tired, they have already outlived their time. We received the number 2604: mold and condensation stains on the walls, the bathroom is a disaster, the condey broke several times, the carpet has seen a lot (on which a carpet has already formed from the hair of all vacationers there over the years of its existence), in short, it's a longing. They offered to move into the same room 2 floors below, it turned out to be no better.
Cleaning was carried out every day (the spilled juice in the first days of rest turned into a stain and lived with us until departure)), towels were not changed every day and often were not given out completely, water was always left less than the prescribed amount (2b for 1 person), bathrobes were not given, maybe they should not (once in the corridor, someone passed by in a bathrobe with the logo of the hotel- lucky)))
Food without complaints, everything is always delicious. The staff is smiling and responsive.
I will not recommend this hotel, it is better to add a little money and move into a neighboring, fresher one.
The hotel is very conveniently located: a wonderful beach is literally opposite. Great room, which is always clean and cozy, towels and linen are changed daily; tea, coffee, water in the room. There is a refrigerator, a microwave oven. A very decent buffet for every taste, lots of fruit. The hotel has a sauna with a swimming pool (free of charge) and massage services (for a fee).
Excellent hotel, friendly staff, very comfortable rooms, the only minus in the room was a prehistoric hair dryer. Own beach, shops within walking distance

Such a hotel. You expect more from 4ki in the Emirates. Everything is stained, the rooms are "tired"
A good beach, transfer to Dubai, acceptable food.

The rooms are not cleaned at all! She asked me to do it three times, it would seem that after the first request it would be enough to remind me, but no ... they did not clean up daily, bring water and change towels - they did not continue.
The sea is nearby, the beach is clean, there are always consolidated sun beds, the food is good, but there is not enough friendliness in the resort and cleanliness in the rooms. The rooms are old, renovated, but no more. In the bathrooms, the water goes bad.
