We had a rest in October 2024. Great hotel. We moved into the 13th floor with a stunning view of the bay. The kitchen is beyond praise. There is always fish, meat, several types of soups, fruits (for breakfast, lunch, dinner), an omelet is made for breakfast.
The beach is across the street. There were enough sun beds for everyone, the beach towels were clean and thick. The entry into the water is smooth and very pleasant.
The pool is small but very cozy, there is a sauna and a Turkish bath.
The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the Sahara Shopping Center and Dubai Mall, buses depart from the hotel and return to the hotel on schedule.
The administrators speak Russian. The staff is friendly, you feel welcome in this hotel.

A wonderful hotel of a famous chain. The staff is very helpful, there are Russian speakers at the reception. Excellent, varied, fresh food. I would recommend taking a minimum of breakfast + dinner or all inclusive, here it is non-alcoholic. If you add lunch or dinner at the hotel for an additional fee, it turns out to be much more expensive, about 3,000 rubles per person.
There is a bus to and from the beach-every 15 minutes, the last one goes at 18:45.
Everything is equipped on the beach-sun beds, umbrellas. According to the name of the hotel and the room number, beach towels are provided at the entrance to the beach
The rooms are very large, we have a studio: kitchen, bedroom and living room. There is a set in the room: tea, coffee, water. There is a refrigerator, stove, microwave. There is a balcony, but it is purely formal, tiny.

The hall is not big, but everything is clean. The condition of the furniture in the rooms is good, not "junk" and not "old age" for sure (at least everything was OK in our room). We had a room on the 1st floor, in fact the third with a view of the city. The room is small, but everything is there. We all slept exactly in it. Russian Russian ironing board with iron, air conditioning worked well, TV with Russian channels (two), blackout curtains, safe with instructions in Russian, cleaning and changing towels every day, linen was changed, comfortable mattress, there were no problems with water, odors in the room as well. A tea set with bottles of water, which was also replenished during cleaning.
The buffet in the dining room is varied, there is a choice, meat, fish, spaghetti, fried-steamed vegetables, a lot of salads, children's snowballs as in rostiks, desserts are different, and not as it happens in hotels, the taste is the same, the composition is the same, just the color is different from the filling)) Well, fruits are not diverse, we bought them at the grocery store. The beach is its own, with free Wi-Fi, there are a lot of sun loungers, even at 12 if they come, but they still want certain conditions so that the shadow, despite the changes in the location of the sun, is always there, so that it is next to the water's edge, and so on. Then of course such places are "booked" at the opening of the beach, and not as many have seen, they will come by noon and you can see they are not happy that there are no places with shade, or there are, but "not there and not those". Cats live on the beach, it is not necessary to feed them to the compassionate from the buffet, I heard in the morning, standing behind a towel, how a woman told me that someone had been fined for this. Cats are really not hot yet, the staff feeds them with cat food.
Daily free transfer to dubai mall. And when the room was vacated at 12 o'clock, we handed over the suitcase at the reception and until the evening we could use the beach and the spa (where the pool is) sauna, hammam, you could wash up, take things for a swim. But the pool is so-so. The staff is very friendly and helpful, some speak Russian.

The hotel is located almost on the first coastline. With only one exception, the beach and the hotel are separated by a road. The rooms are a little tired, but have everything you need. We lived in 2/803. The first digit means (building). To do this, we had to transfer by elevator, or go up the stairs and go to our elevator. But this distance is not felt, as the hotel is not big. This is his advantage. Therefore, it is free in the restaurant, there are always free sun beds on the beach, etc. You always feel comfortable. We liked the room itself. It was overlooking the sea on the 8th floor. The air conditioning system worked for a solid five. Things were dried on the balcony, and it is also very spacious.
The kings grill restaurant is working well. Yes, this is not the meshlin level. And then you don't expect to see something wow. But the food is all fresh and delicious. There is a small, but variety. I really remember the day when they cooked pasta for the evening in front of me. And she was amazing. Their feature is a bunch of all kinds of kebabs. You will definitely not stay hungry. The staff is wonderful. They will help everywhere, requests are grasped quickly and most importantly they are fulfilled. A solid four out of five!
The beach is clean, there is a bar where cocktails are prepared, for about ~ 450 rubles a piece, it is not expensive, the fruits are all fresh and delicious. The beach is clean, the sunbeds are easy to move, it looks like new.
There is a shuttle service to Dubai Mall. It seems at 14:45 from the hotel and at 21:00 from Dubai. It is better to come in advance. Buses get clogged up fast. The journey takes about 1 hour. We were often late for the transfer, so we got there on our own from Dubai. Write it down: buy a silver-plated card in the subway. Go to the union station. They drive from the bus station there (quite often) buses E400 the price is not big - 15aed. (Children are free). This bus goes to lulu, where you can already walk to the hotel. (It's better to find out) the last one is at 12 at night. The buses are double-decker and as comfortable as possible (just take sweaters)
Conclusion. We really didn't want to leave, we liked it so much. We'll probably come back again

I had a vacation with a child of 12 years at the end of May. It was the first time. When booking, we ordered a deluxe room (with a view of the bay).
