I really liked the hotel! We arrived from Vietnam to Astana, tired after a long flight and were pleasantly surprised by the quick check-in and excellent work of the staff. We booked a two-room apartment on the Ozone. The room cost 13,000 for two people plus a child. The room itself is great, although it has its own peculiarities: there is a hob in the living room, a huge refrigerator, but there are no dishes or appliances. Therefore, it is not clear what the hob is for, because people with pans and pots do not fly. It would be better if a microwave oven was placed in the room. There is a sofa in the living room, but it is very small, it does not fold out, meanwhile there is enough space in this area to accommodate a full-fledged sofa for 3 people, instead of 3 TVs))). The hotel is located in the very center, opposite the Akimat of Astana, next to a beautiful embankment with a bike path. By the way, the hotel has bicycles, which is very convenient, you can take a ride for free. By the way, the hotel has a very delicious buffet breakfast, the menu includes both traditional egg dishes and dense dishes! Overall, we really liked the hotel!

A wonderful hotel, in the very center, near the park, the embankment. The hotel has courteous staff, ready to help at any time, comfortable rooms, a swimming pool, gym, good cuisine. If you decide to spend time in the capital, but do not know where to stay, then this is the place. Where you will be greeted like old friends, accommodated in wonderful rooms, and fed a delicious lunch. I recommend. Our family was very pleased with this hotel. By the way, events are held here on New Year's Eve. The children were delighted.

An excellent and very cozy hotel after the renovation of a historic building. Everything inside is modern - furniture, carpet, plumbing. There is a good gym, sauna and a small swimming pool. A chic breakfast with a large selection of dishes, a coffee machine. It is located in the old center, but the plus is that it is quiet and close to the waterfront. We were satisfied with my wife, we recommend it.

The hotel is in a historic building, it gives a slight feeling of being outdated, although it seems mostly everything inside is clean and decent.
At first, they settled into a tiny room, which was simply discouraged, was 2 times smaller than stated, very dark and noisy with access to the main street, completely did not match the photos of the site in this category. But the issue was quickly resolved by going to the reception and moving without any additional charges. However, it was unclear why they had been settled in the wrong place from the very beginning.
The room has everything you need. Drinking water is replenished daily.
The breakfasts are average, you won't stay hungry, but they didn't make much impression.

Excellent hotel, in a quiet center, close to the waterfront. Sociable staff. Natalia at the reception is very attentive! Clear. It smells good. Breakfast: 2 cereals, omelets, coffee/tea, fish, meat, fruits, vegetables. There is a swimming pool, gym and parking. I definitely recommend it! Confident 4*

Perhaps we have already got used to the fact that the service in Moscow is excellent, yes, we are spoiled by good service. But this is the capital of Kazakhstan, there are a lot of foreign guests. They clean the rooms every other time and through the stump of the deck, very bad! The cream in the shower in the dispenser has not been changed for a long time, it smells old. Mirrors and the shower door are a separate topic. In general, the hotel is very good, but the cleaning service is very lame. The breakfasts are monotonous, several times it was that you couldn't wait for the cook, or the vegetables were sour for a couple, the drinks were over, there was no staff. There are many things that can be enumerated. The staff heard the opinion, I look, the marmite was taken away, replaced. Did you bring a salad to order without sauce, I ask for a salad without sauce? Yes, this salad is served without sauce! I take the menu, the menu is salad with sauce. It seems like a little thing, but from these little things the general opinion is formed! Overall, the hotel is good, convenient location. But there are still shortcomings, over the past three years it has become better and much better!

This is a great hotel. They settled in quickly. Checks were provided upon request. We were given a better room than we booked. Spacious, chic , 3 rooms + own kitchen. Everything is in working order. Sauna, swimming pool. The breakfasts are varied. The rooms are clean. We lived on the 4th floor. I can't hear the neighbors. Air conditioning + balcony. On request, room service + dishes. The service is 5+.

A good hotel. In the former center of Astana. The center can be reached on foot in 40 minutes. the embankment is 20 minutes away. restaurants are within walking distance. If you don't like the noise of the streets, then it's a great option. Well, a chain hotel is always an understandable quality in a new city.

The hotel is very cozy, the staff is polite, appreciates customers, the rooms are small but comfortable, a pleasant view of the infrastructure opened from the balcony, but the coolest thing is the air conditioners (someone turn off the summer sun in Astana for at least a couple of days)

Great location! A very fashionable hotel: a beautiful, large hall with lots of sofas and tables. There is a bar. There are pleasant, friendly receptionists at the reception.
The restaurant at the hotel is a separate song of praise. Breakfast for 10 out of 5. An amazing selection of dishes, everything is very tasty and appetizing, from porridge and omelets and desserts and fruits. I bow low to the cook!
There is a small swimming pool, sauna and gym. Everything is clean, beautiful, it is clear that they take care of the convenience of visitors. If you stop here, you won't regret it for a second. My husband and I are delighted. Next time we come, we will definitely stay here.

I stayed at this hotel nine times in a year (business trip, company bookings). Every time something went wrong. The last time I lived in room 204, it turned out that the hotel has karaoke, from where the music comes to the rooms. It was impossible to sleep.
It is absolutely impossible to set a comfortable temperature in the rooms: the air conditioning system works disgusting, but the controller glows brightly throughout the room.
The underfloor heating in the rooms does not work.
The irons are all not working properly and spoil clothes (do not give steam).
The breakfasts are monotonous and tasteless, there seems to be something, but in the end you won't collect much.
They may not clean the room all day, although you leave a sign saying "clean the room."
If you check out early and ask for lunch box, they forget about it

Very nice hotel! The rooms are large and they have everything you need for everyday life and relaxation! There is everything to iron things. Very clean and tidy. A rich breakfast for every taste, I would like to mention coffee separately. Very tasty!!! And you can even take it with you. And you can also order scrambled eggs with a filling of your choice. And this is important for an active start to the day! Nice hotel, I recommend it!

Гостиница понравилась, к номерами вопросов нет, всё хорошо, ресторан так же достойный. Это и завтраков касается и обычного меню. Вкусно и быстро. Проблема случилась при заселении. Несколько раз предупредили что приедем только к утру, ещё и самолёт задержали. Несмотря на трансфер (специально заказали в гостинице чтоб было понятно время приезда), номер который бронировали был занят. В итоге предложили другой, мне понравился. Если сможете оплатить заранее, наверное проблем быть не должно. А общем рекомендую. Особо подчеркну удачную локацию. Рядом и магазины и обменники и погулять есть где.

It's a beautiful place. We were on a business trip for 10 days. The rooms are not large but cozy. The breakfasts are delicious. But if you want scrambled eggs, then you need to call a specialist who will fry. It's annoying. They occasionally forgot to clean the room. Everything else is fine.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time. A good combination of price per room and quality of services. This particular area was needed, so the location suits me.
The rooms are clean. There were problems in the room with the light in the bathroom. Despite the late hour, everything was done very efficiently!
The assortment for breakfast is quite consistent with the level of the hotel.
Of the minor disadvantages, the room (junior suite) faced almost the intersection. Early in the morning - the first cars, street cleaning - noisy.
But who cares!

Хорошая гостиница, дружелюбный персонал, хороший шведский стол на завтрак. Расположение тихое. Шума и выхлопа особого нет.
Особенности, которые надо иметь в виду:
1. Сауна раздельная мужская и женская. Формально с женой или подругой посидеть вместе не получится. Неудобно, если запаслись маслами и настойками для пары, а не в двойном размере..
2. В апарт-номерах (где есть мини-кухня с мойкой, плитой и холодильником) нет посуды совсем!!! Ни тарелок, ни приборов ни кастрюлек-сковородок, ни ножей и проч. Есть только пара чашек и пара стаканов для кофе-чая-воды. Воду приносят 2 л каждый день. Удобно для кофе-чая. Чтобы готовить и есть в номере надо КАЖДЫЙ РАЗ заказывать в баре посуду, которую потом уносят. Нож для разрезания дыни тоже не дали, потому что «острые ножи гостям не даем».
3. Анальгин или аспирин поздно вечером получить на ресепшен не удалось. «Гостям медикаменты не даем».
4. У телефона в номере выхода в город нет (хотя на аппарате написано как это сделать). Выход в город только через ресепшен и дежурного.

The hotel is super! I stayed at the hotel for three nights. Just arrived (17.10.2023) Clean, cozy, warm. The breakfasts are very tasty. The person of the hotel is above all praise! It is located in the "old city" in Astana. You can walk to the embankment, cross the bridge and find yourself in the "new Astana". Very quiet hotel. Great pool. Delicious food is prepared in the restaurant. Super!

The advantages are very spacious rooms, courteous staff, comfortable location, there is a car entrance.
There is one minus, but it is extremely significant. April, 23-25 degrees in Astana during the day, 27 degrees in the room (!) at night (!). the air conditioner works ONLY for heating until May. the heat made me physically ill, I asked to bring at least a fan to the room, alas, there is no fan in the hotel. it is impossible to open the windows wide (this is, of course, normal for a hotel). Accordingly, it is simply unrealistic to reduce the temperature to at least 23.

Супер отель, рекомендуем однозначно. Большие просторные номера, огромные зеркала, отличные матрасы, шкаф с подсветкой🤦♀️ в номере чайник, чай, кофе. Большая душевая кабина, очень всё красиво, со вкусом, белоснежные полотенца и халаты.
Завтраки вкусные, очччень большой выбор, от яичницы и каши до красной рыбы и фруктов... А кофе можно даже взять на вынос!
В отеле есть бассейн, кто из нашей группы ходил, остались довольны.
Расположен отель вблизи прогулочной зоны, легко выйти на набережную. Процветания отелю, побольше гостей и всех благ его персоналу🙏

Отличный отель в старой зеленой части Астаны, рядом со множеством административных зданий.Рядом променад , филармония, остановки транспорта, сквер, парк и набережная.Недалеко ЦОН, продуктовые магазины. Рядом улицы патрулируются полицией, гулять безопасно.Сам отель полностью реконструирован, красивое здание, уютный, чистый, персонал приветливый. Останавливались здесь второй раз.Номер большой, с балконом, предоставили по нашей просьбе.Кровать кинг сайз широкая, удобная, большое одеяло, халаты- тапочки , большие полотенца есть, кондиционер и холодильник работают.. Два телевизора ( в обеих комнатах номера).Шумоизоляция хорошая.В отеле есть бассейн с сауной. Завтрак вкусный, яичницу жарят при вас, как захотите ,также достаточно широкий выбор разных горячих и холодных блюд. Администраторы отвечают быстро, мы опоздали ( задержка рейса) и нас дождались без оплаты брони.В баре лобби нашлось даже безалкогольное вино, что большая редкость. Из минусов- была сломана ручка балконной двери и замок ванной комнаты, но это не критично. Завтрак дороговат показался. Можем пожелать заполнить мини бар. В целом приятный ,чистый отель с хорошим расположением и доброжелательным персоналом, рекомендую.

Очень приятный, аккуратный локонично скромный но достаточно комфортный отель. Останавливались в двухместном стандартном номере с окнами на старую площадь (дом советов). Кондиционер, холодильник работали исправно. Санузел очень удобный. Утюг есть. Два телевизора больших. Кровать очень удобная. Персонал (почти весь) приветлив и отзывчив. Завтраки среднего ассортимента. Фитнес зал и бассейн на 4 с минксом, но вполне себе позволяют сделать минимально достаточный комплекс упражнений и поплескаться. Есть сауна. Ресторан не советую: дорого, долго ждать, меню скромное, манты как будто купили в соседней кулинарии и разогрели.. Но в округе достаточно мест, где можно вкусно поесть.

Отель классный, из плюсов - сервис, стоимость, услуги входящие в стоимость. Из минусов - размещение, бассейн, завтрак, информация об услугах. Заселение быстрое, номера чистые, уютные, на твердую 4. Завтрак - шведский стол, но выбор не большой, только успевай брать, а то не достанется (не успевают еду добавлять). Что удивило - это отсутствие в номере информации об услугах отеля, расписании работы тренажёрки, бассейна, ресторана и т.п. Напрягло еще размещение гостей, приехавших в первый раз на одну ночь в номере с видом на внутренний двор с кондиционерной станцией, работающей всю ночь, которое отбивает желание вернуться в отель еще раз. Да, и почему в бассейне вода горячая? Из сауны в горячую воду - не очень приятно. А так - приятный дизайн, внешний вид не соответствует внутренностям отеля - внутри все современно и функционально.

Отличное место, находится в старой части города напротив Акимата. Вокруг чистота и порядок, в шаговой доступности много заведений где можно покушать, попеть в караоке , поменять деньги. В самой гостинице уютно, есть завтраки, в номере мини бар ( по желанию), чайник, чай- кофе, вода, все как положено. Гостиницу рекомендую. Но учитывайте время проезда до Аэропорта т.к. до него ехать через весь город минут 45- 50 по пробкам.

A very chic hotel near the stunningly beautiful waterfront. Friendly staff, delicious and varied breakfasts. Sauna and swimming pool. Clean, bright room. The bed, mattress, pillows, bed linen - everything is perfect. The bathroom and shower are heated, comfortable and 100% thoughtful. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful hotel in the historical center of Astana!
European level of comfort, spa, gym and sauna for guests, very varied breakfast!
Nearby is the Presidential Square with a monument to the founders of the Kazakh Khanate Zhanibek and Kerey, which is definitely worth seeing!

This building is our Story! 35 years ago, I came to the hairdressing salon of the Ishim hotel, then the city of Tselinograd, I was accepted as an apprentice! It's a great time in the late 80s! Wonderful memories! But 3 years ago, my sister booked a room in this, already a new name and a fresh renovation, hotel! Very small rooms are standard, but they left the carpets of those years, and something from that era of the 20th century!! The restaurant is great, the breakfast was very varied! And the highlight of this hotel is the old square and the flavor of the old town!

Отличный отель! Чисто, уютно, вкусные завтраки, удобные кровати. Очень внимательный и вежливый персонал и на ресепшн, и в ресторане. Приехала раньше времени заселения, заселили раньше без вопросов и доплат. По стечению обстоятельств пришла позже на завтрак, хотя уже все убрали, однако, мне организовали и завтрак, и кофе, не оставив голодной. Таким отношением к гостям персонал отеля покорил) Рекомендую всем. Обязательно в следующий раз остановлюсь в этом отеле.
