The rooms are large, but very tired. The plumbing is terrible. The sink is clogged during the entire 2-week stay. The faucets in the bathroom are old, and the water spontaneously turns icy or fiery. In the shower head, water flows from half of the holes. The towels are old and gray.
60% of the hotel's guests are Hindus, moving and living in noisy crowds. The hotel's pool resembles the Ganges River on holiday. We didn't dare enter.
Three-course breakfasts.
The restaurant at the Ramada Hotel is a super Restaurant! European, Oriental, Kazakh, and Turkish cuisines are cooked very tasty. The staff are professionals in their field, you will not regret visiting.
Excellent, very dense and varied breakfasts, good cleaning service, friendly staff. The rooms are a little tired, but if something doesn't work, they will quickly fix it. There is a very small gym downstairs and a good spa. Swimming pool, hammam, sauna. A wide range of massage programs
We were accommodated in this hotel complex during the AlmaTV dealer conference. Fitness room, gym, swimming pool, sauna... I liked everything, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Clean rooms and bathrooms, with proper hygiene products and fresh towels.
The location is convenient, but if you are in a smoking room, then the stench, dirt and a bunch of screaming Indians behind the wall are provided for you at night. The staff doesn't give a damn about it. The food is not bad in the restaurant, there is a gym for training.

Low noise insulation. Convenient Parking. Do not fill the bathroom supplies
