I do not recommend buying anything in this store. I bought a PC for a decent amount of 8k rubles, in theory, there should be no problems for such money, but let's assume that I was unlucky. After buying the PC, the problems were immediately impossible to do anything due to poor water cooling, it turned out to be faulty. When I called tech support, I had to wait 3 days to hand over the PC for repair (you cannot return the computer under warranty because you are not buying a computer but accessories). After the service diagnosis, I was offered to replace the water cooling, and I did so. I thought that everything was fixed, but no, the second time the water cooling started to make noise like crazy. I had to write to tech support again for 6 days to correspond in order to submit it to the service. After the delivery, the water cooling was replaced again. And again the same problems. I solved the problem through another service center in just 1 hour. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
I ordered a system unit and a monitor for home use, having previously selected the models on the website "Ram.by ". In the evening of the same day, I arrived at the office, where a specialist helped me choose the best option in the ratio: performance- quality-price. They offered to pick up the order for tomorrow, which suited me very well. The next evening I picked up the order. A branded mug was presented as a gift. I recommend this store.

I did not buy the cheapest PC and, unfortunately, it was not without a jamb - the wrong color of the case was delivered, although the model is the same. Unpleasant, but not critical. But what I really didn't like was the presence of warranty seals that prevent the case from opening - for me personally, this is an indicator of far from the best company to purchase a PC. You can put a seal on the video card itself so that it cannot be unwound, and even just removed from the motherboard and absolutely the same with the processor. But no, it is necessary to stick it on the case itself. Maybe I want to make sure that the components are not bad (everything happens and even brands like asus and msi have seen how they sell ready-made assemblies with used components). It's even trivial not to clean the system tray from dust, and, by the way, I don't have a dust filter on the blow. This is a huge disadvantage. Of the advantages, they work very quickly and quickly respond to messages and calls. Manager Pavel helped with some questions about setting up the PC, for which I thank him very much, and in general the whole benevolent guy. It's a pleasure to do business. Externally, the cable management seems to be good too, but this is not accurate, since you cannot open the case and see the other side behind the motherboard. Minus a point for the wrong case and seals, which, by the way, are an ordinary piece of paper that you touch and it will immediately break.
An excellent store in 2017 bought a Samsung TV, so the price turned out to be cheaper than in all of Belarus and the sellers advised the best option and did not regret everything works well.
I bought a computer for spare parts in this store, when I came to pick up the spare parts, I mixed up the video card and had to wait another 20 minutes for the courier. Special attention was paid to the processor, as the courier brought it just in his hands, without any box and documentation. And on the processor itself, traces of thermal paste erasure were visible. I may be wrong and it wasn't thermal paste and it seemed to me, but the trace of something on it was 100%. Otherwise, there are no problems. Everything is working, spinning, spinning.

There was a warranty situation with the laptop. It was definitely fixed for me. But the competence of the technical service leaves much to be desired. I describe the situation: my processor stopped keeping the frequencies, they just hung at some minimum values. So they tried to return it to me twice without testing it, and as a result, when I came, I saw all the same shoals. I pointed at them and left, but in the end everything turned out well. In general, I put a four in the store because the prices are pleasant and still, anyway, they helped me.
A good store, I wanted to buy an item quickly and bought it, the organization is aimed at the buyer, the courier marked the time and brought it on the minute.
A good store with responsive staff. They suggested that it is better to take the parameters. I chose the system unit for my parents' PC. I just got a big discount, and in the end I was satisfied with the purchase. I will apply there if necessary.

I ordered an Acer 27' monitor, when buying by phone, I was told that it is impossible to check the monitor for broken pixels, for example, because this is an Internet store and there is no such service here. I came to them for pickup at Turgenev 7. And what do you think? Without any questions, they connected a monitor to me and even turned on the test.
