Cozy beer restaurant-brewery. Friendly atmosphere, fast service, delicious menu, cozy atmosphere. The menu includes snacks, meat and fish dishes, drinks (beer, wine, vodka, tinctures, tea, vodka, juices, cocktails), desserts; there are sets for the company. There is a discount in the DR and a sweet gift. We ordered beef cheeks, beef tongue, pot beer, IP, salmon salad, croutons and garlic. Everything was very tasty and satisfying. On the occasion of the DR, the restaurant treated us to delicious muffins with festive paraphernalia. This is the second time I have been to Minsk, and I visit this restaurant again. The exterior and interior design of the restaurant attract me, making me feel like a hunter. 🔥

We celebrated the New Year's corporate party here in 2025. I liked everything, the program is great, funny, active presenter, paid attention to everyone. Live music is great.
The cuisine is also very tasty. Lots of interesting salads and appetizers.
The only thing I didn't like was that the first hot dish arrived 3 hours after the start of the event (around 21.00), and the second hot dish arrived after midnight! Half of the people had already gone home.
Perhaps this is due to the large number of people in the restaurant.

Probably the most famous place in Minsk! I highly recommend visiting and plunging into a friendly atmosphere, having a delicious meal and definitely trying branded tinctures.
The waiters are very responsive, the music is unobtrusive, the average check is 3-4 thousand RR/person.
We will be in Minsk - we will definitely come back!

A nice, cozy, yet very spacious place where you can hide in solitude in any corner of the first or second floor. The cuisine is varied, hearty and delicious, at affordable prices. In the evenings, live music from professional performers who move from place to place. Children have fun here, and parents are not bored!

A very cool place to relax for 2 or more people, I was here with my wife. The food is very tasty, I liked the beer very much, we took it with us for bottling. The atmosphere is very pleasant. There are a lot of places, but you need to book tables in advance for the weekend, the waiters are very friendly, the food is prepared much faster than the waiters announce. The prices are reasonable. My wife and I were very satisfied with everything. In the future, when visiting Belarus, we will choose this restaurant for evening gatherings. I'm betting 5 out of 5.

It's a very popular place. Prices are above average for Minsk. Confident Muscovites in the city center. But the food is delicious! They cook meat divinely!! They took medallions, cheeks, a burger, and a pork steak (pictured). I liked everything! Traditional draniki are also good. We happened to come to a short but rousing concert by a cover band. The impressions were the most pleasant. Reservations are required. There are really a lot of people who want to get here.

A good place with an average price tag. Delicious large portions. The most delicate knuckle just melts in your mouth. Very tasty beer, of its own production. Beautiful interior and pleasant staff. I celebrated my birthday- we made a 15% discount (not on all dishes and does not apply to alcohol) and brought sweets from the chef as a gift. We were very pleasantly surprised by the overall impression on the 5th, we will definitely come again

We recently visited the restaurant-brewery "Rakovsky Brovar" with my daughter, and were very impressed! We ordered tartare, beef steak and meat pickle — everything was great! The taste of the dishes exceeded expectations: fresh ingredients, impeccable preparation and beautiful serving.
Separately, I would like to note the atmosphere of the institution — a cozy interior that creates a special mood, and a lively, pleasant atmosphere. The service is commendable too: The staff was very attentive and friendly, which added even more positive emotions to our stay.

A democratic and non-pretentious place, close in spirit to Belarusians. The staff creates a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, pleases with a large selection of dishes and drinks. At the end of the week, live music is played and you can dance. There is a delicious lunch menu. We like this place. Yes, there are sometimes questions about the kitchen. For example, beer doughnuts with maple syrup – for our taste, too large a portion for one (5 pieces). 3 and more syrup, topping or a ball of ice cream are enough, because they are a little dry.
Or branded tinctures – all strong. For ladies, it would be possible to add a few lighter ones to the menu, where the berry taste would prevail, rather than the taste of alcohol.
But in general, you can have a good time here.

I liked Brovar. I wanted to dance and have a little drink - here you are! A couple of cocktails, a delicious Caesar salad and wonderful live music! There is a cozy sofa near the dance floor where you can take a break between songs or leave your bag while you dance. The toilet is pleasantly surprised by a shelf for the phone, a roller for clothes, a sponge for shoes and hand cream. In general, taking care of visitors in everything! This is now my favorite vacation spot!

We were on 10/25/24 with my mother and grandmother, it was me and my mother who really liked it, even my grandmother, who does not really like modern music, also liked it, the music is just FIRE, the dishes are very tasty, we ordered sausages (600g, 6 pcs, 3 different types of meat) and barbecue wings (400g, wings somewhere 10 pcs, no less), the tinctures are delicious and very strong, they do not regret alcohol, everything is according to conscience, I am not used to such strong alcoholic tinctures, but my mother really liked them. It is a very popular place, so you will not get there without early booking. There are always a lot of people, but there is also enough space, the seating is not back to back, but comfortable. As in the whole of Minsk, there is also a very friendly staff (the main value of any institution). There is a small selection of beer, but everyone will find it to their taste., I was captivated by the "seasonal". The food is very tasty, pancakes with sour cream, like in childhood with my beloved grandmother. A great place to spend an evening, tasty and sincere.

A great place to hold a birthday or other celebration. They gave us a 15% discount on the kitchen menu and a sweet gift for our birthday boy. The service was excellent, unobtrusive, but at the same time, the waiter was always there. A plus is also the pleasant atmosphere and incendiary dancing to the live performance of singers and a cover band (we celebrated a birthday on Saturday).

CONS:
1) Dishes. Expectation does not match reality. Portions are minimal and expensive. In the photo there is a plate with fresh vegetables - 39 rubles. Are you serious? For 2 cucumbers, one tomato, half a pepper, a couple of radishes and dill - and it's all chopped "country style"??? Do you have a RESTAURANT for a second!!!
For 3 baskets of bread - 42 rubles? The photo shows the amount of bread in the basket.
The meat plateau is generally at a minimum.
You've really ruined the kitchen.
2) Where is the aquarium?
3) Where are the musicians? Where did the covers come from in the restaurant???
4) The partitions between the urinals have not been washed for a long time, just in old drops.
The case when it used to be better.

If you are a beer lover, then you are definitely here, because this drink is made right in the institution itself. The kitchen is also at the proper level, although not without some disadvantages, sometimes offensive. It's insulting because, against a generally positive background, for example, the overdue "sorcerers" submitted respond with "pain in the heart" for the institution that you visit every time you arrive in Minsk.

A restaurant that you don't want to leave.
I haven't discovered such a comfortable place for dinner for a long time.
Location: close to noisy highways, on a quiet and cozy street
Menu: captures from the first page more strongly than Conan Doyle at the age of 12
Dishes: great. It wasn't easy for me to choose between a stout and just a dark one
Staff: Excellent.

It's a great place. A large selection of national dishes, cool liqueurs and its own craft beer, especially seasonal. The prices are quite reasonable. But here are crayfish, expensive and not large. A minimum portion of 250g is enough for the entourage. It is conveniently located and there is a place to walk after the cafe.

A good restaurant. We came to dinner in the evening, we didn't book a table in advance, but we found a place. The interior is peculiar, like in a hunting lodge. I really liked the food, spelt with giblets was a discovery for me, I definitely recommend everyone to try it. We also took cheeks with mashed potatoes, everything is also perfect. Puree without lumps, homogeneous and cheeks are very tender. We took a beer set for a trial, some types of beer are very good, but they were also so-so. My opinion: the restaurant is interesting, definitely worth a visit.

A wonderful place! There is both European and national cuisine! Moreover, according to the national cuisine, borscht, draniki, the dish "Visiting my mother-in-law" is wonderful! Not a bad piece of shit. A good selection of beers. Very high-quality service (special thanks to Olga Kovalevich, who served our table very quickly and very politely twice). Perhaps this is the best place in terms of location, quality and atmosphere (we visited a dozen other restaurants in 5 days).
P.S> Both times we came without reservation around 19 o'clock, there were always places, but inside. It is advisable to book in advance.

We were looking for a place where you can eat delicious and inexpensive Belarusian dishes, and found "Rakovsky Brovar". Everything that was ordered was delicious and simple at home: the borscht was rich, and the cutlets were juicy and soft. I don't want to cook at home for such prices! Cozy atmosphere and pleasant staff – I will definitely come back.
