Ground floor - swimming pool, toilet, shower and sauna.
The bathhouse is well heated, the shower room has a transparent door, so I had to hang towels, one of the walls in the toilet is also glass and you can see from the pool who defecates and how. The pool is deep and nice, although at one point it seemed that they had overdone the bleach. The second floor is quite cozy and comfortable. I didn't like that the refrigerator and freezer were weak, the ice was frozen for 8 hours. The dishes are also very old, and the stove is very weak, the water heats up for a very long time, you can wait an hour for the water to become warm. In general, it's great, but there are not big disadvantages. The price would be reduced by 30 percent and it would be nice for its price. And, well, it's also strange to demand 650 rubles for the entire cottage, and not provide free brooms, and not ask for more money for them.

The price-quality of the service does not match. On the ground floor there is a sauna, a swimming pool and a tiny table for 2 people, although the room itself is claimed for a much larger number of people. And it is extremely inconvenient to sit on the second floor and go down the steep stairs to the bathhouse. The stove heats up both the first and second floors so that it is very stuffy to sit. It is also impossible to make noise after 23.00, although it is clear that we were not going to discuss literature there.
There are a lot of beds, but it's in one room, so couples, take this into account when booking. And all this is located in the residential courtyard, i.e. you will be under supervision there all the time.
You can come there as a family, or as a couple, more people will just be uncomfortable there.

We rested in this place. Cleanliness is a C-grade. The organization of recreation is so-so. The water in the pool was stagnant, but it was clean. The table in the recreation area for 6 people is very small. The kitchen was not comfortable, but the dishes were clean. The shower is frankly bad, the toilet is uncomfortable. The sauna is a little cramped for 6 people, the temperature has caught up to +98 Celsius. The snow-covered driveway from the asphalt did not see a tractor.
