For a relatively small city - a fairly large shopping center, a lot of shops, spacious, working ventilation, which is comfortable in the heat and in the cold, everything looks, of course, to put it mildly, not modern, but for some it's even a plus.
I buy Turkish goods, shoes and clothes for children, not everything is there, but of good quality. Juvenile boutiques, tableware, chandeliers and lamps were taken in the basement. Lots of gift accessories.
I stopped by to buy an umbrella along the way. Well, Rahat is, as always, a beautiful spacious trading house, where you can safely walk through the boutiques and buy what you need in a calm atmosphere.
There are many boutiques. There are successful ones. There is a beautiful Tiara salon behind the Turkish Delight
Maria, a wonderful tattoo and make-up artist, works there. Always make beauty. It's convenient that everything is nearby
For Semsk, it is a cult building, on a par with the Central Department Store. Upholstered furniture and jewelry repair are on sale. The sewing workshop is very professional. Electronics and acoustics repairs are in order, well done. The soul of Rahat is guarded by Alexander Trotsky, a shoemaker (shoe repair), I highly recommend it!!!)
A good trading house. You can find products for every taste. I mostly visit it because of the fabric department (the prices are adequate and the selection of fabrics is varied).
A good shopping center. We used to visit it often and do some shopping. Now, due to health problems, I go in very rarely.Husband and son visit the haircut salon in this trading house on a monthly basis.
I always went there with my mother, but now for some reason we have stopped, we can still go there, but rarely, but it's a very great place where you can walk and buy all sorts of things)
It's great to get from anywhere in Semey city. In the very center of the city, you can park both in front of the entrance and from the service entrance. There are boutiques, a dining room. And a great showroom on the third floor alone. Clothes are on fire!
I remember my student years, they often came after classes. One of the old buildings, it's a pity no repairs are being carried out. But still the memories are very warm
The State Department, even despite some changes... Little light. If you want to plunge into the 90s, go to the barber shop on the 3rd floor... Right down to the tiles on the walls - from those days😉
I like the fabric department and the children's shoe department

Turkish delight was usually associated with a world-wide shopping center, a seis gathering of all boutiques for 3-volume prices. There was a cool duffel bag upstairs before. I buy cool rings in one of the departments. Just a place to walk
Rahat is a trading house in which there are a lot of boutiques with clothes and shoes. But for me, the most useful thing in Rahat is a Jewelry workshop on the 3rd floor and an Atelier on the 5th floor. And also on the 1st floor there is a repair of laptops and phones!!!
Nothing has changed here for many years. Everything is the same as 10 years ago, I don't even know if it's bad or good. But one big complaint is the stairs, they are not very comfortable anymore, I think we should think about an escalator or an elevator to move to the front of the building for a long time
Everything has changed. They used to sell everything. Now separate products...

A wide range of products. But the prices are not always affordable. And sometimes sellers don't give a damn about shoppers walking through boutiques, sitting immersed in their smartphones
