I used to often buy products from this company. I bought 50 20g chocolate bars on Wildberries (80%). The tiles from the same batch are different, some of the tiles do not look like chocolate, it feels like instead of cocoa butter, palm oil or some other. I wrote on feedback to the factory, there is no reaction. P.S a few years ago I bought chocolate from a well-known European company (I will not specify the name) doubted the quality, wrote to the manufacturer that something was wrong with the chocolate. The manufacturer sent another chocolate without any proceedings or problems.
