If only to spend the night for one night, no more. The bed linen is clean, the kettle is covered in scale, the microwave is dirty. There is one refrigerator for everyone, along with the hosts and other guests. If you are squeamish, look better. The owners are adequate.

I thought that I was so picky, I read all the reviews about you, so almost after one review they write to you about dirt and the like, and instead of putting things in order, where something can be replaced, you waste time writing me an answer that will definitely not make your future customers feel better. We stayed in this guest house with a family of three people. I liked everything very much, a convenient place, minibuses go to the center, a comfortable kitchen, there is a barbecue in the backyard.
The only thing that upset me was one of the beds creaking, but I'm not a light sleeper, so it didn't bother me.

Unfortunately, there were no places even in medium-sized hotels at the time of our arrival in Brest. The child was very tired and had no strength to return to Minsk. At 22.00- this miserable place was the only opportunity to spend the night. From the street, the house looks neat, as does the whole village. The hosts were clearly not in the mood from the late arrival, from the presented "fi" to the impenetrable wi-fi on the guest side. The situation was mitigated by the daughter of the owners, who acted as a negotiator between us and the owners, unlike her parents, she was very polite and sensible.
But, all the first impressions were still nonsense. Tired, we didn't look too closely. We were horrified already in the morning. The filth is terrible. Cobwebs on the lamps. The rim of the toilet bowl and the plumbing object itself probably have not been washed since its installation. All the walls in the toilet area are stained with dirty stains. The shower tray and the tiles around it are apparently periodically scrubbed from mold, but it doesn't really work out. The beds are old and uneven, the mattresses are padded and stained. The bed linen is very decrepit and worn, with holes, there are patched places, with stains. The quality and condition of the pillows and blankets leaves much to be desired. The "cleanliness" of the kitchen sink, dishes and especially the microwave is tin! We were glad for ourselves that we had our own dishes and towels with us. A dirty and greasy kettle for boiling water does not work with a button, but by plugging it into an outlet.
In short, the owners do not bother with cleanliness and neatness of the dwelling, because a person in extreme situations has to agree to this.
Dear travelers, try to calculate your trip and possible overnight stays in advance.
100 rubles (2,800 rubles) for a room for 3 people, per night of staying in such conditions is too cool, and most importantly, emotionally and morally irreplaceable.
It is very far from the city center. If you don't have a car, it's impossible to get anywhere. And of course, life in the village starts early))). On the ground floor, you can hear the owners talking from above, the neighbors open the gates for departure - it feels like scrap metal is being unloaded from Kamaz))).
And still, it's nothing compared to the internal contents of the house.
Yes, and the declared parking is just an opportunity to stand along the outside of the fence on the lawn...

Of the advantages, I don't even know what is there, maybe there is, but we didn't see it. I will list the disadvantages...the beds are so sticky that when turning the body in 68 kg. the creak is such that the dogs from the street raised barking! Mattresses are terribly pressed down, my back hurts in the morning))) The bathroom is very small, you get out of the shower and stand in the toilet. The most important disadvantage is dirt!!! Everywhere!!! Even in clean dishes in the room, in quotes! And finally, the hosts are not very hospitable (or maybe we were not very lucky). For the same money, we rented luxury apartments in neighboring towns. Look for where you feel comfortable!)

The house is located a little far from the city, so you can get there either by taxi or by private transport. There is parking at the house. There is a recreation area behind the house, among the fruit trees. There is a barbecue and other accessories. The rooms are cleaned. The atmosphere in the rooms is tired. There is a kitchen on the ground floor, a good option to stay for a couple of nights.

Awful. It is very dirty, especially the bathroom, the microwave leaves much to be desired in terms of cleanliness!!!!!
The bedclothes are all full of holes, torn and stained.
There were not enough appliances and plates, plus I had to wash everything. The table was small, wobbly and was clearly in poor condition.
They were dissatisfied with the housing, there are spiders everywhere, spots, very untidy. The owners apparently don't really care about cleanliness. If it were my will, I would put 0 stars!!!!!!!!

One star is a lot. It was a horror. Of course, I understand that it was not very profitable to rent a room for one night to three people for 80 rubles, but still you have to respect yourself. The room opposite the exit, without a lock. Inside, the hook is ordinary. No one gave us a password from the WiFi, our question about this was simply ignored. The room is large and bright, but the impression was spoiled by dust, cobwebs, garbage in the corners of some kind. There were no chairs, there was nowhere to put clothes. And the underwear looked like it had been used. On the large sofa there are two semi-sheets of once white color, the same duvet cover and pillowcases. I got the impression that it was just sprinkled with water and folded, as it was once done on the train. And the smell! That's something! The carpet needs to be thrown out, it smells like urine. I'm not talking about the bathroom at all. One for everyone and cleans probably once a week. It was good that it was only one night, there was just no choice.

We stopped by for the May holidays with great difficulty. We had a one-night reservation..since we were in the car.We arrived from Moscow in the morning.hoping.that suddenly it will be free and we will be able to check in before 14 o'clock...the hostess came out very unhappy and scolded that it was better to read it.that he will be able to settle us only from 18 o'clock!!!!! We were shocked. I didn't care about the prepayment anymore and we wanted to rent somewhere else...unfortunately. nothing could be found for the holidays.and we called the hostess again around 16 o'clock.What if she can settle us at least at 16? Thank God they told us to come...We do not know what was the reason for such a late check-in - there was no smell of cleaning...We were offered a room with two sofas for three people.The Wi-Fi was normal. Sofas from the 90s.The floors have probably not been washed under the sofas for a year .there is dust under the batteries. There's dust on the coffee table.There is not a single chair.where things could be hung.There is no mirror... the bathrooms are dirty- the curtain in the bathroom is in an impossible mold.the toilet is dirty.the mirror is dirty...moreover, there is such dirt in both bathrooms.in one, even shit smeared on the wall..... a towel was given only for the face...The room won't close in any way.current from the inside!! It's a great place.10 minutes from the city center. Very cozy, clean. The three of us stayed, there are 4 beds in the room, one of them is double. Separate bathroom. There was an electric kettle, dishes, tea and sugar in the room. There is a kitchen in the house, but we did not cook.A very good place, I advise you!!!

I'm not picky - I think this guesthouse is a great place. We occupied a two-room suite on the ground floor. The children are in one room, my wife and I are in another, there is a lot of space (enough). There is even a separate entrance from the street. There are enough sockets, there is a type of kitchen area - well, how is the kitchen? - there's a countertop with a sink, shelves, a kettle, sugar, salt, tea. A real kitchen, it is shared on the floor, we cook there, we warm it. The fridge is there. And you can eat cooked food there, in the kitchen, or in the room, in this kitchen area - as it is more convenient. Four stars, because you need to fix the bathroom. And it would be nice to put anti-slip mats there, make forced ventilation, etc.
