a great city hotel. the rooms are small but cozy, cleaned every day, the bed linen was changed 1 time in 7 days. the nearest transport is 10 minutes away, and the Grand Bazaar is 15 minutes away. For a detailed review, see my instagram @easymom_liza
And we got into it by mistake, confusing it with the Raymond Hotel…
As far as I'm not picky... but!
We put three of them in a room where you just can't turn around. There are big problems with water in the shower - that is, water for a couple of minutes, then either barely flows or it is cold.
Dirty, dusty.
Breakfast - cucumbers, tomatoes, cereals, boiled eggs, sausages, biscuits, bread, tea, coffee. This is more or less normal.
The staff... they are so tired of life and generally unfriendly. We didn't make any noise, we didn't shout, but we were told that we had almost woken up the whole hotel. Then they also joked maliciously when we left - "you're leaving early, we'll miss you."
I have been to many hotels, but there was no such attitude anywhere. I did not pretend to have a luxurious room and so on, but the location of the guest, in my opinion, is very important. I wish the staff to be more customer-oriented.
Very polite staff, pleasant atmosphere in the room, delicious breakfasts

THERE ARE BEDBUGS IN THE HOTEL!!! WE RETURNED HOME BITTEN FROM HEAD TO TOE!!! We lived in room 106, the room is designed for two, there were three of us, maybe they brought an extra mattress from somewhere and it turned out to be with bedbugs.
Normal. The rooms are normal on the 4th floor. The rest are terrible. The food is without frills, but we did not starve. The area of fish restaurants is called Kumkapi. Near the port of Yenikale. We can sail to Yalova, which we did. It's beautiful there.
The rooms are dead, dirt, dust. I do not know how we managed to fall into it, God forbid. You need to sleep in a spacesuit there, so as not to catch a disease. Do not try to settle in it. We waited three days for us to be moved from a room in which the shower does not work and everything flows. As a result, they were relocated, and I see the less picky ones were settled. The attitude towards people is piggy.
They hit him by mistake. ***, enjoy the good name of the Raymond hotel. Cramped, badly shabby rooms, some with a view of the yard garbage and devastation, could not even stay overnight, moved out after arrival to a nearby hotel at the same price, but much more comfortable
This is some kind of achtung, not a hotel! 3*? Seriously?
I'm not particularly picky, but it's really bad here.
I came here on tour for the vaccine twice. For the first time, besides the fact that the towel rack fell off as soon as I pulled on the towel, there were still a lot of disadvantages.
There is an incomprehensible stench in the room. Windows to the courtyard, apparently from there. The bathroom is dirty and its condition leaves much to be desired. The linen was once white, years ago, now it is gray. The breakfast is poor, there is nothing to eat there.
On the second visit, the room stank of cigarettes wildly, so I had to change the room. The "new" room smelled no better. There is a phone in the room, but the reception number is not specified.
There is a man sitting at the reception with a completely unattractive look. The motel is located in the heart of the shopping area. In the shower, of course, the water does not flush at the right speed and you are standing in a full tray of water. Well, the watering can itself is in the photo. Also, the wifi constantly stopped working. A complete set for your wonderful vacation! If it wasn't a tour, I definitely wouldn't have come here.
We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. For your 3* a great place to spend the night. The location is convenient - 500 meters and the tram stop, Grand Bazar, a couple more stops and you are in the very center of the city. Our room was a little cramped, but there was enough room for two. Towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed 1 time in 4 days, soap supplies were replenished every day. Wi-Fi is good throughout the hotel. The usual breakfasts (buffet), eggs, rolls, vegetables, sweet pie, tea and coffee. If I'm ever in Istanbul again, I'll probably choose this hotel again
I liked everything. We were cordially welcomed, settled in without extra charges before the due time. There are a lot of shops and cafes near the hotel. The breakfast is modest, but without quantitative restrictions.
The hotel is not bad. The Russian only knows a couple of people. As well as a bed, bedside table, TV, refrigerator, shower. Just spend the night, it doesn't matter.
