A cozy hotel ın the center of Istanbul. Nıce stuff, speak Russian. One of receptıonıst even helped us wıth leading us to tram statıon. WI fı ıs fast, defınately recommend you to stay

Positive:
- convenient location, there are many attractions within walking distance of the hotel:
- Russian-speaking staff;
- the hotel has Wi-Fi with good internet speed;
- breakfast is served according to the buffet system (although the range of food there is quite meager, and the food itself is not very tasty, but in general it will do for breakfast);
- we got a large enough room with a balcony, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, safe).
Minuses:
- if you look into the details, you can notice a lot of flaws in the room (worn walls and ceiling, broken top bar above the front door and a bunch of other small joints);
- of the two outlets in the room, one did not work;
- the toilet seat mount was broken:
- there are no blankets or any warm capes in the hotel, they offer to hide only with ordinary duvet covers.
Bottom line: in general, this hotel is quite suitable for the first visit to Istanbul in the warmer months. But you should not expect any great level of service and maintenance from him

The hotel is not new, very compact. Good breakfasts, they are modest, but everything is delicious. The hotel has 4 floors, there is an elevator. The standard rooms are very small, there is a passage of 30-40 cm between the beds, soap, gel and shampoo are put on for three days, because cleaning is carried out every three days. There are rooms where the window looks into the wall of the neighboring building.
I advise you to take a room with a balcony on the upper floors.
There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, very responsive, our heating did not work and we were moved to a nice room on the 4th floor with a balcony.
The hotel has a great location: many historical sites are within walking distance, a 15-minute walk to the tram stop, 10 minutes to the embankment, shops and cafes right under the window
I recommend it to non-demanding tourists who come to the room only to spend the night

A great hotel, close to all the local attractions, the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc
. What I especially liked was the cleanliness. Clean and well-maintained room. Clean dishes and delicious breakfasts. Moreover, the breakfast is very plentiful. There are salads, hot dishes, and desserts. It's very decent for 3 stars. I would also like to mention Nina Borisovna, an employee of the hotel. Such a good fellow!!! She cooked, cleaned the rooms herself, and was always very friendly and hospitable. I definitely recommend it for a pleasant pastime.

A nice hotel with an ideal location. All key attractions, tram line, metro are within walking distance. Quite good breakfasts, without frills, but it's enough to refresh yourself before lunch. The room was small, but everything was clean. Moreover, they only came to the hotel to spend the night, so there is no point in digging into any little things) wi-Fi works perfectly. There are Russian-speaking staff. For tourists , I definitely recommend it 👌

I didn't take a photo, we only spent the night at the hotel. I was glad that there is an elevator) the room is quite comfortable and, most importantly, clean! We lived for 6 days, during this time we cleaned and changed towels 3 times, changed bed linen 2 times. Thanks to the good fairy Nina for the order!) There are slippers, shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper from hygiene supplies, everything was replenished regularly. Take your toothbrush and toothpaste with you. The breakfasts are delicious: there are cereals, vegetables, eggs or omelette, cheese, sausage, olives, various jams and sweets for tea/coffee, milk, juice, coffee.
The administrators are Russian-speaking and always ready to help, thank them from the bottom of my heart!) Nearby there is a cafe with affordable prices, a currency exchange, a supermarket and souvenir shops. As in all of Fatiha — a noisy street even at night and excellent audibility, but we walked so hard that we slept like the dead, and nothing bothered us) next time we will go in the summer, we will not experiment: we liked it, we will stop here)

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days. Cleaning is carried out quite often. The breakfast is good, everything is there, everything is enough, nothing superfluous. Excellent area within walking distance of a large number of attractions. The staff is excellent, they are always helpful, ready to help at any time. Nice hotel, old, but clean. Towels, slippers, and a set of shampoo, soap, and shower gel were cleaned and changed every 3 days. We had breakfast included, quite varied, different every day, very tasty. We ate too much and had enough until lunch. The staff is very polite and Russian-speaking, they asked them where to have an inexpensive lunch, how to get to some places and about pharmacies, they always helped, for which I thank them very much.

We stayed for the January holidays.
One of the advantages is the location, close to the main historical attractions.
Cons- everything else
The bed linen is dirty, the towels are gray and also with obvious stains, the bed is broken and shabby, the outlet worked alone.
The room is very small, two people can not turn around. The kettle was also broken.When asked to fix the bed, they replied with a smile, "You can be patient."
There was nothing to eat for breakfast, except bread :)

Nice cozy hotel! I stayed at this hotel for six nights. I liked everything. There was no view from the window, but I didn't need it. I didn't have time to look there at all. The room is not big, but everything you need is there. It was cleaned every other day. The bed linen and towels are snow-white. The breakfasts are good. People write all the time that they say they are monotonous. It's like they have a very varied breakfast at home. Everything is just great for a threesome! The location is great! The hotel is small, the rooms correspond to the photos, good location: to the Yenikap metro station in 20 minutes by slow walking, to the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque about the same. In general, the hotel justifies its 3 stars. The room is small, but everything you need is there, we only spent the night, so we didn't have any problems with a small room.
It was clean enough, there was one cleaning in 4 days with a change of linen, towels and replenishment of shower gels) The biggest disadvantage is very good audibility, constant noise from the street, they saved themselves with earplugs. The breakfasts are not varied, but you will not stay hungry.

I didn't like the hotel. It doesn't match its stars in any way. A small room that looks more like a cubicle than a room, mold in the bathroom, a terrible smell of cooking food from the ventilation in the morning. The most amazing thing is that the beds are small in length, with my height of 173 cm, my legs hung off the bed, this was the first time I encountered this.
If you are "lucky" to live in a room facing the main street, then do not expect to get enough sleep - until late at night the hum from tourists and passing cars and motorcycles.
Breakfast is monotonous and not of high quality.
I do not recommend this hotel in any way. If possible, choose another one!

What three stars! Where did they come from?
If only for the location.
A room for three is not more than 8 sq/m. There is nothing to breathe, the air conditioner can only be turned on for five minutes, because it hangs right in front of the bed and blows on me! It is impossible to open the window because it is very noisy! The towels are black, even though they are white! The beds are narrow, small! Everything is already old! The transfer from the airport did not meet us, but we met him! We waited more than an hour for them to come and find us ! We had a night flight, we were tired, we didn't sleep from the road, but no one is interested in this!

Nice little hotel. Like everyone else in the county. The staff is polite and helpful. Modest but delicious breakfasts. We lived on the 4th floor of three-bed accommodation. The bed is nice and comfortable. But the extra place is a sofa that is very uncomfortable and it is not possible to sleep on it. You can take a shower in the shower, but it didn't work well, probably required repair)

One star for a convenient location (30 minutes to the Galata Bridge: uphill, then downhill), the second for the friendly staff (Russian-speaking), the third star for breakfast (cereals, eggs, bread, cheese, sausage, very tasty cheese rolls (!), vegetables,tea-coffee, cookies). I understand that the hotel is budget, and we booked it only for an overnight stay, because we came here to walk and get to know the city, but someone's hair in the shower and a thick layer of dust on the hood in the toilet confused me. During the week, we were cleaned 1 time, the cleaner periodically came in and asked if something was needed. The bed turned out to be short even for my height of 1.67 m, let alone my husband with a height of 2 meters, who did not really sleep a single night. Our air conditioning practically didn't work, the windows looked out into a nook with a view of another hotel room, next to a mosque and a call to prayer at 6 in the morning. You can put up with the latter, since you understood where you were going. I can't recommend this hotel, you can find another one in the same price category, but closer to the center, if you search and book a hotel not the day before. Well, a tip: read the reviews more carefully about the Raimond hotel, and not like us, about Raymond in a hurry.

Convenient location, walking distance to attractions. Rooms with poor sound insulation, taking into account the peculiarities of driving and traffic jams under the window - cars honk from 6 am to 1 am. On the floor, you can hear even from a distant room, and this is with the doors closed. Plumbing works, but on the verge, the water pressure strongly depends on its analysis, the shower periodically turns into a thin trickle. The air conditioners are rattling, one of them had condensation dripping directly onto a towel carefully laid by the staff. Buffet - you can have a snack, but no more, food from semi-finished products.
But it didn't upset us, the country and the city are beautiful, the mood was great. When you come for impressions, you don't pay attention to such trifles. How we communicated with those who live in other hotels for the price-quality of the hotel is good, probably these are the features of hotels in this part of the city.
And the location decides!

The hotel is inexpensive, so it's strange to expect a Four Seasons level from it) however, there are really so many disadvantages that I can't put more than 3 stars.
1. The biggest disadvantage is audibility. During the week of rest, I never got enough sleep. The audibility is as if people have fallen into your room and are talking near your bed (I'm not exaggerating, I was even scared a couple of times when I woke up). To make elementary sound insulation inexpensive and not for long, just no one wants to bother.
2. Pretty dirty. Cleaning the room in the understanding of the hotel = throw out the garbage bags. The floor was not washed at all, bed linen was not changed, towels too. Fortunately, I was alone, and I had enough of those kits that were in the room) maybe if I terrorized everyone around and asked for high-quality cleaning, I would have been cleaned, but there was neither time nor desire for that.
3. I have never seen a full-fledged dish at breakfast. Cheese, sausage, vegetables, olives, bread, butter/ jam - yes, but omelet / porridge, etc. - never. I won't run into you with confidence, it's likely that I just came late, but it seems like it's logical to do so so that there is enough for everyone, and not just for those who managed to come in the first half hour)
The rest is normal. The staff is adequate, they speak Russian, although it was not required in my case, but it's still nice :)

In general, ok is the norm for Istanbul and the old city. Breakfasts without much variety. The staff is friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent in the heart of the old town. The hotel deserves 1 star for its location.
I want to warn everyone that Raymondov is in Istanbul 2. This Rainond. There is also Raymond. These are two completely different hotels. We are not the only ones who got confused when choosing and were very sorry that they chose him. He's terrible.
The rooms are so small that you can't even expand them together.
We are not picky at all. But even my patience had a limit.
Audibility is hell. At the same time, there is a feeling that all the neighbors are taking revenge on each other by slamming the doors so that the windows shake. The tightness of the windows also leaves much to be desired.
The bedding is not fresh and has holes. The mattresses on the beds are terrible, and more than the bed itself, you can wake up great.
Breakfast is meager, but you can eat. Everything is generally edible.
At first, they settled us in such a terrible room, but they moved us without any problems when a more or less normal one was released.
The first room didn't even have a wardrobe.
Do not hope that there will be water in the rooms. Although the kettle is worth it. But shower gels and shampoos for several days at once. It is understandable, the rooms are not cleaned and even the garbage is not taken out.
In general, if it weren't for its not bad location, the vacation would have been badly ruined.
Almost 93,000 were given for a 5-night tour. This is not an imaginable amount of money for this hotel. Maybe I wouldn't be so indignant for 20 thousand. Price as of 02/18/2023

We put three of them in a room where you just can't turn around. There are big problems with water in the shower - that is, water for a couple of minutes, then either barely flows or it is cold.
Dirty, dusty.
Breakfast - cucumbers, tomatoes, cereals, boiled eggs, sausages, biscuits, bread, tea, coffee. This is more or less normal.
The staff... they are so tired of life and generally unfriendly. We didn't make any noise, we didn't shout, but we were told that we had almost woken up the whole hotel. Then they also joked maliciously when we left - "you're leaving early, we'll miss you."
I have been to many hotels, but there was no such attitude anywhere. I did not pretend to have a luxurious room and so on, but the location of the guest, in my opinion, is very important. I wish the staff to be more customer-oriented.
