It's a delightful, pleasant, warm, welcoming place where I instantly felt at home! One step away from the sights. The breakfasts here are varied, one day an omelet, the other porridge, like grandma's. Cheese, sausages, butter, bread. Jam, tea in endless quantities, melons, and various fruits are always served according to the season. Everything is on the table. Cooler with water. They also gave me boiling water in a thermos in my room, and it didn't have time to cool down overnight, and in the morning I had warm water. I had a room with a window on the ground floor, overlooking the courtyard, and also with a window in the bathroom. Look at how beautifully the sun caresses the bathroom in the photo! The room is cozy and tidy, it's warm inside, the battery worked perfectly in November, I was warm at night, and the things I washed during the day and put on the battery were dry on the same day. Clean bed linen, three blankets, soft pillows. The bathroom is spacious and new. White towels, tual.paper, shower gels, everything is provided. The hosts and the whole team are a true example of hospitality and care. I recommend. If Samarkand, then only in Rahmon!
P.S. I am grateful to the host who made me registration at the place of stay to receive the bank. maps. Thanks to this registration, I went to the Shahi Zinda complex at a huge discount, as it is a hundred times cheaper for temporary residents / those who have registration. Registan Square was also discounted due to registration with Rahmon.

A very peculiar hotel. We must be ready for it. I didn't have that. So I was a little surprised.
1. The location is great. 2. The hosts are just super polite. 3. Breakfast is very simple, but right from under the knife. 4. There are no air conditioners in the rooms, so it's stuffy. Ask for a fan. 5. I had a room for two. Little. The mattress is very hard, which is useful in principle. A closet with creaking and non-closing doors. The same bedside tables. In general, the furniture is the same age as Samarkand. The shower is functioning perfectly. Hot and cold water are present.
In short, the hotel is straight economy class in the old town with kind hosts.
And yes, the birds in the cages sing very cool. They're pouring right in. I recommend pouring tea, sitting in a hanging hammock and getting high. 👍

I want to say a few words about this ”HOTEL”
Firstly, the picture and reality do not converge.
Secondly, it is completely unsanitary.
Thirdly , in the room ( if you can call it that ) there are old linens and blankets, on which you yourself must pull the duvet cover
Fourthly, instead of windows there are panes with grilles
Well, in the end, despite the fact that it is not far from Registan , the path to the hotel , which is 7-10 minutes , is not the most pleasant.
And most importantly, the furniture , even my grandmother has not had it for a long time , it was thrown out , but here in the hotel they use it , the bed was so hard that it was as if I slept on the floor.
We put our things down and immediately left there , we had to drink a little stronger so that this horror would not be so noticeable . they came by 12 at night to fall asleep right away . In the morning , they left this place like in a terrible nightmare !

Stayed for 4 nights at the end of September. Good location in the historical center. Comfortable shared terrace, green courtyard. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is served on the terrace and at any time they can prepare tea and provide the necessary dishes (we ate melon and watermelon). Delicious breakfasts. The rooms leave much to be desired. Old furniture. There are 2 separate mattresses on the double bed, and wrapped in polyethylene. However, there was still a thin mattress on the polyethylene. The plumbing is old, the faucets are terrible, they keep their word of honor and flow from all the cracks. To wash with hot water, you need to drain the water for 5 minutes. In the shower, the water practically did not drain. We took a shower in the evening, the water drained only in the morning. We reported the problem, but did nothing. The room was not cleaned during our stay. We booked on the booking as a Botanical garden, both hotels are located in the same building, and where that is unclear.

This is a hostel right here. Where you can rent a hostel room (with all the consequences) entirely.The location is excellent, the view is authentic, located as you would like in a mahalla. The staff is friendly, there is a lot of space for warm gatherings and a lot of greenery in the courtyard. The rooms are sad, especially the shower and toilet, most importantly, there is no air conditioning!!! The contingent is international. I stayed one night in a room with 4 beds. One of the advantages. The price, there was a discount, it cost a budget. The city center, many attractions nearby. The atmosphere is interesting both inside the hotel and in the old town area.
Of the cons. Everything is old - renovation, furniture. There is practically no mattress, it is very rigid. The bed linen is painful to look at, almost torn. The lock won't close.

Only the best impressions remained. We were here with a friend for three days, we stopped by at 7:00 without any problems. Samarkand airport is not far from 5 minutes by taxi, within walking distance from the hotel: Samarkand Grandeur Park, Registan, Bibi Khanum Mosque, Siab Bazaar.
Breakfast is from 08:00 to 11:00, everything is delicious and satisfying, it must include: watermelon, melon, nectarines, cookies and sweets for tea, honey.
Unlimited tea to choose from, black, green at any time of the day. The guys will cover and clean everything themselves.
Inside the hotel there are two courtyards and verandas on the second floor with slippers and pillows, sofas and armchairs. There are songbirds and parrots everywhere, there is an aquarium with fish. The dining heat can be easily experienced in the shade of the veranda.
There is Wi-Fi with a stable strong signal. When registering at the time of check-in, they specify whether registration is needed. You can order lunch and dinner, they will cook.
We didn't have a split in our room, but the fan was working. Each room has its own shower and toilet.
We were satisfied, I recommend staying, because all of the above is at an affordable price and the impressions will always stay with you.

I booked a hotel without prepayment via Booking.com . They did not cheat, and took exactly as much money as it was written in the booking notification.
I got a good room, but I think they all have equally good rooms.
I especially want to mention the breakfast that was included in the accommodation - every day there is a different porridge, scrambled eggs, as well as ingredients for a sandwich in abundance. Breakfast pleasantly surprised me.
I don't know if there are bad hotels in Samarkand, but this one is definitely good.

I didn't have time to cross the threshold with a suitcase - they immediately gave me tea. Very polite and friendly staff, met the host, helped with the luggage! The hotel is located in the old part of the city with walking distance to Registan (10-15 minutes). The room is clean, matches the description, all the amenities in the room. The breakfast is quite decent. There are a lot of birds in the yard, creating a wonderful atmosphere of the place. The only thing was that it was a little cold at night due to the cool weather, but there was an extra blanket (there is no heating at +10 outside the window as in Russia) For $20 a night, the option is perfect!

We rented 2 adults and 1 small child for 3 nights 150 dollars at the end of March 2023. 1) This is not a hotel! everything in the description is all a lie, I even wanted to go up and tell the owner: Aren't you ashamed??? Reviews... I do not know where so many positive reviews come from? I went into the room and I wanted to leave right away, the feeling that I had been cruelly deceived did not leave me for a minute of staying at the "hotel", but I did not want to look for a new hotel with the child and stayed. Neither the photos nor the description match at all, perhaps they have very different numbers. It's not worth it for the price! 2) so, the room for 3 is very small, the lighting is terrible, there is nothing in the room, there was not even heating, and this is with a child under 3 years old! despite the fact that at night it was +8 in total, they immediately asked for it and we were replaced with a room for 2 adults, while the price remained the same. Both rooms had only 1 chair, 1 table, a bed, a closet, paper and shampoos with soap, 1 large towel (the third one was not brought for the child, although I asked). You will not find a hair dryer, glasses with water, a shoe spoon, much less refrigerators and safes! No pot was found for the child! Nothing! We got the water with glasses from the tap, though. And a chair was brought to us from the dining room 1. Russian Russian. 3) they settled us in the afternoon, no instructions or excursions, the young guy was for everyone and spoke Russian very poorly, he was polite and pleasant, but what we asked for did not bring us, that's why we had to communicate with him, the owner seems to speak Russian well, but he probably ran away on purpose. When you need to find no one, you save on staff. 4) the lock was broken in the second room and it was changed in our presence for a long time and persistently. 5) Breakfast. There were so many expectations according to reviews....1 time Buckwheat, 1 time rice milk porridge, 1 time mashed potatoes are very tasteless, without frills for sure, do not expect anything like a buffet. A flatbread. 2 pieces of sausage, a piece of cheese and butter, a piece of cake. 5) Tea is the most tasteless that I have ever tasted in Uzbekistan.
6) half of the dishes are chipped, worn, stained and there was a shortage of it. 7) dinner is definitely not worth ordering there, it is unclear who is cooking in the evening, 2 wooden cutting boards smell very strongly of meat (I cut myself fruits and vegetables and it was terrible). 8) we lived there for 3 days and we never had towels replaced, the garbage was not thrown out, they do not know anything at all that you can clean the room while we walk, we asked - we were vaguely answered that yes there is cleaning, but there is none. 9) I did not understand why we paid for the child, there is nothing there for children. Nothing. Just cookies. 10) do not wait for the Wi-Fi worker, in the evenings he did not work stably and the water was also hot for us on the second day, we washed with room temperature water
