Just terrible service. The reception communicates rudely, there is no smile on his face, they do not want to communicate. It's like they're being forced to work there. We booked 5 rooms in advance, we arrived in the evening and wanted to check in, BUT it turns out our rooms were not CLEANED! We were politely sent outside to take a walk or drink coffee. Inadequate staff, do not know how to work with people, very rude checks could not even be issued normally. Maids are also a separate topic. They are not very attentive, they clean the rooms randomly.
Bottom line: we did not meet our expectations, next time we will not stop there.

Check-in is not from 14, but from 15:00, please note this. A hotel with a cozy lobby bar in the center of the Hall and not a bad kitchen. The rooms are no longer the first freshness .

But the bed linen and towels are white, without stains. In the elevator, the panel with the buttons is covered in fingerprints. The rooms are smoky even on the non-smoking floors, which, by the way, have ashtrays)))

Standard room with kingsize bed.
That's all the advantages.
The light in the bathroom is dim. I can't see if you're already clean or dirty.
There is only one chair in the room.
The refrigerator does not cool properly, the beer was cooled with ice from the bar in the bathroom sink.
There is no shaving kit.
Just one pair of sneakers.
There is no cup for tea, there is tea and a kettle too.
There is no reception room. It is unclear how to call them.
Only Finnish baths work.(September 2021)
There are no bags in the trash.

I am staying at this hotel for three reasons. The first is nostalgia. This hotel is a replica of the hotel in the Hammerovsky Center in Moscow on Krasnaya Presnya. It was the first "Western" hotel in the USSR. The second reason: I have a 15-minute walk to work. Third: there is a great SPA here. The breakfast is very decent, and the restaurant is very well prepared.

The rating is not clear both on Yandex and in principle of the hotel. If there is no choice, of course, you can come here, but be prepared for falling off wallpaper, century-old carpet, broken handles on doors, instead of a switch on the lamps, you need to unscrew the light bulb to turn it off. There are no sockets by the bed, and those in the corner of the room do not work.... There are maybe 3 stars in this department, and that's a stretch. In terms of comfort, this is the bottom.

Excellent views from the upper floors. There are rooms for smokers, so check if you do not smoke. The breakfasts are delicious, there is plenty to choose from. I want disposable cups to take coffee with me. I think that the price and quality are in good balance.
