The second floor gave the impression of a 3-star hotel... both in terms of convenience and condition (dirty curtains and carpet, dead furniture, broken air conditioning. you can't go out on the balcony at all - dirt, some cables are laid ...) and maintenance. Well, okay, we're settled. because it was late enough, they did not have time to change the money (there are problems with paying with cards), left a deposit at the reception, had dinner at the hotel restaurant (there are no complaints here! as always, it is delicious and beautiful, despite the prices. but it's worth it). the next morning we left for meetings, returned in the afternoon - we can't enter the rooms - the keys are locked. due to the fact that the amount of the deposit left slightly exceeded the bill for dinner at the restaurant! despite the fact that the accommodation was paid for the 2nd day, officially from the company. What is it?! if earlier it was possible to close your eyes to some things because of the solid age of the hotel (the rather ancient furnishings of the rooms and the hotel itself), then at such moments - no. we will not go to this hotel again and certainly will not recommend it.
