A wonderful place, kind and hospitable hosts, cleanliness and order in the rooms, clean linen, free Internet, inexpensive prices, 25-30 minutes walk to the sea, clean air, clean transparent sea. Near the forest and mountains, beautiful view from the window. Facilities: toilets, shower, washbasin, everything is always clean. The kitchen has two refrigerators, a gas stove, an electric kettle, you can cook your own food. Wine and homemade chacha can always be purchased, well, all sorts of jams, pickles, too. You can ask the owner to cook a barbecue, which he is very good at doing. In general, there is everything for recreation. I love this place, I always travel with pleasure, they accept me like family. I never even thought of changing my location to "closer to the sea."

A great hotel. A warm, family atmosphere. A quiet place for a romantic and family vacation. Excellent conditions: there is everything for cooking - a refrigerator, a gas stove, a barbecue. All amenities on each floor, shower, constantly hot water. There is a fan in the room. The guests are offered delicious homemade wine and cheese of their own production. Next to the sea is the generally recognized best beach in Abkhazia.

I had a rest here with my family, a great hotel and hospitable owners! A very quiet, peaceful place. We always went to the sea on foot because it's not far to go, everyone liked everything and the prices are absolutely adequate for everything! I really liked everything, I advise you!

We rested here in 2014 with three families, each with a small child, and only warm memories remain. We returned here in June 2024 (already with two children) and did not regret it - the owners met us like relatives (many thanks to Khazar and Aunt Ella). A wonderful cozy place for a family vacation. There is everything you need: spacious clean rooms, shower, toilet; an open veranda on the second floor with rocking chairs and a beautiful view of the tangerine garden; on the ground floor there is a recreation area - a tennis table, a large swing – where children spent their evenings pleasantly; a kitchen with everything they need, a barbecue area, a cauldron; Internet. Homemade wine, chacha, compotes, juices, milk, cheese, jam, jam – everything is very tasty!
The sea is the purest – we have seen dolphins twice, and the beach is the best – pine trees, squirrels!
In general, we were very satisfied with the rest! I want to come back again)

Every time I come to visit my family and dear people. It's been 15 years now. They say about Abkhazia that it is a country of the soul. So the soul lives in this house.
The conditions are simple, but how much is needed? Always clean and tidy. There is everything you need. The sea is a 25-minute walk away at a calm pace. Attention and care.
This season we were with four children. Everyone is very happy.
We will definitely come back again

The guest house Rafo&Ella is located at the address: Gagra district, village of Ldzaa, 40 Apsny street. The map shows how Rapitsa is. The house is located at the foot of the forest with the Pitsunda relict pine, so that the air is constantly saturated with the purest oxygen. The house is located in a dead end, 150 meters from the road, so there is no noise from passing cars. There are three more residential buildings in the neighborhood.
From the house to the sea is a 25-minute walk at an average pace. The beach of the village of Ldzaa, without exaggeration, is the best beach on the Black Sea coast, where the Pitsunda pine also grows, under which people relax from the summer sun and enjoy the purest wellness air. The house is located 4 km from the central market and 5 km from the center of Pitsunda, which can be reached both on foot and by public transport from the center of the village of Ldzaa, as well as by taxi, which operates in the village on call.
On the way to the sea, there are grocery stores and summer cafes and canteens.
The owners offer cozy economy class (budget) rooms for 2, 3 and 4 people with shared facilities on the floor.
There is a large kitchen with 7 separate tables, with two gas stoves, refrigerators, kettles and dishes that can be used without restrictions. By prior arrangement, they can offer you breakfast and dinner.
You can also buy various types of jams, compotes, tangerine juice, adjika and WINE and CHACHA by itself. All of this is of personal manufacture, as you can see by visiting this guest house.
On the territory of the house there is Parking for five cars, Wi-Fi, free of charge.
By agreement, we provide transfer services from the air and railway stations of Adler, or from the railway station of the city of Gagra or from the border from the Republic of Abkhazia.

Very kind, helpful and decent hosts! I had a rest in July 2023, everything is modest and perfect for a budget tourist, toilet, shower, Internet, kitchen where to cook. The owners have their own delicious cheese and matzoni! The wine is very pleasant, real homemade! Not this vinegar on the street. I walked to the sea for 25 minutes. Nearby is the museum of everyday life of Abkhazia
