They asked me why I needed this information - I said that I knew whose coffee I would drink and whose I would not. In this case, I was offered not to drink coffee with them.
I explain: any self-respecting coffee shop chooses a coffee roaster, who is not ashamed to boast and an empty bag of grain is either hung on a clothespin on the milk hopper, or this grain is for sale in a prominent place. This is how the market works - everyone who knows the tops in the topic and also knows the usual commercial roasters for whom it is more important to offer the consumer a lower price than high quality and as a rule their products are presented in retail.
In general, it's a shame. This is the level of understanding of the market, product and service
