It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room is dirty, musty smell, dead plumbing, stale linen, textiles in the dust... the worst coffee. We had a vacation in Rome in 2019, but the memories of this hotel are still fresh. I strongly do not recommend checking in there. There are a lot of hotels in Rome without stars with excellent service, with snow-white linen and delicious food.

Хороший отель, прекрасное расположение, достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, никаких нареканий по работе персонала нет, прибирались в номере каждый день, меняли полотенца каждый день, ни о чем просить не надо было, все вовремя, не страшно было оставлять вещи в отеле, горячая вода в душе была всегда, если ваш отдых заключается не в том, чтобы сидеть в номере, то отель вам подходит 100%

Not Lux at all and not 4* at all. I do not recommend it! The staff is not trying to solve the issue! We booked a room with a balcony and windows to the courtyard, we were given a room with windows to the street, without blankets on the beds and without curtains...the furniture is shabby, as if mice were gnawing, the floor is tiled, there are no slippers. They asked to replace the room - at least they heard our request here, but they gave it anyway with windows facing the street and without a balcony -they said there was no other one...How so...It's not clear.
3* I bet for breakfast - they are great here!
