I recommend staying in this place! A wonderful vacation, near the sea, a free beach, most importantly kind, helpful hosts (they will help, prompt), organize a trip around Abkhazia for reasonable prices (the tour was 10 hours to places where there are not many tourists!). The rooms are very clean and cozy, shower and toilet in the room, free on-site Parking, large swimming pool (free of charge treated with cherries straight from the tree!). I recommend staying here in order to leave only pleasant impressions from the rest! Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality 👍

A very pleasant place. The hosts are friendly. We were relaxing in the cabin. Clean renovation, not far from the sea. 10-15 minutes walking distance. But you don't notice this, because there are shops, stalls, etc. around.

- There is a cozy dining room nearby for those who do not want to cook — everything is at home here. The sea is only 5-8 minutes on foot!

We had a vacation in Abkhazia in August 2023. We traveled all over Abkhazia. We lived with our family in the village of Raduga in the village of Alakhadzy. I liked everything very much, very responsive hosts, always ready to help, prompt, take, tell, advise, did everything very sincerely. 10-15 minutes walk to the sea. The sea is clean, there is a lot of place to relax on the beach. d has everything for a comfortable stay, the main thing is there is ALWAYS water, in case of a power outage there is a generator. I want to say a huge thank you for a wonderful vacation to Marina and Dmitry. A wonderful guest house, the rooms are clean and cozy. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea, but it doesn't bother at all. The beach is wide and there is enough space at any time. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is clear that the hosts value each guest, they are always ready to help and prompt. We lived in the Rainbow in August 2024 with four people in a house. Everything is fine, corresponds to the photo, an adult can walk to the sea in 10 minutes.
The score was reduced for the lack of the claimed Wi-Fi. Moreover, not only we could not connect to it, but none of the guests living with us at the same time found Wi-Fi... Occasionally, short messages could arrive via messenger, but the ones sent did not go away.

A wonderful recreation area, or rather a recreation area for those who drive cars. We had a rest at the Rainbow and liked it very much!
Hospitable and very attentive hosts. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A very comfortable kitchen, where there is a place in the refrigerator, a storage locker. Several cooking stoves, two sinks. Lots of tables.
There are board games: football, tennis, dominoes and chess, badminton. A pool with clean water. Swings and hammocks in the shade, where you can sit and relax. There is plenty of parking space on site.
You're sitting at a table and you have a view of the mountains, it's very picturesque! There are many different shops nearby. The sea is clean with a pebble beach. Everything is very cool ❤❤❤

We have been there 2 times and we will definitely come again. We had a family vacation, 2 adults and 2 children, there was enough room for everyone in the room. The room has two double beds, TV, air conditioning, shower with toilet, there is enough for a great rest. The hosts are very hospitable, they met and conducted us like family.

Good afternoon! I am writing a review about this vacation spot. We arrived from Moscow, having booked through booking, me, my wife and 2 children. Upon arrival, they were greeted with a dissatisfied face and a fee (again, the guests arrived). Upon check-in to the room (allegedly a suite is indicated), it turns out to be a 4-bed 18-square room with 2 double beds (there is almost no room in the room for passage and this is a "suite"). Then I asked how to close the bathroom from the inside, (as a result, it just doesn't close) and they said that you need to shout from there if someone wants to go to the toilet or shower (and this is a suite), rudeness and shouting from the owner immediately began, his wife came and also one dissatisfaction. Then after 30 seconds they said close the reservation and leave. We urgently started looking for housing (considering that we drove 1800km), fortunately we found it in Sukhum, where we were greeted very warmly, immediately offered red wine, settled in and treated like home. As a result, the impressions were terrible, I do not recommend this holiday home. The owner says that he is a Muscovite himself, his wife is definitely not Russian and everyone is rude!

A very nice place! Everything is conveniently thought out for guests, a separate parking lot for each room, a large open kitchen, many different activities for children (swimming pool, board games, swings, hammock, etc.) Very hospitable hosts. With this review, I express only my personal opinion about this place.
Bomb... People, for the money that the rooms cost, it's really a bomb. Svetlana and Alexander are amazing, full of spiritual simplicity and warmth.We went there twice with the children. we are planning for the third time and, God forbid, not only the fourth. The children are asking for it, and we want it ourselves. the place where I rested "body and soul" twice.
honestly, I have not seen such an attitude towards guests for a long time, which, to put it mildly, are different.
Now for the case:
1.
I liked the room number. we had a 4 seater with two beds. it is short (for children) and normal, for adults. the room has a wardrobe,several bedside tables,a small refrigerator,a TV,air conditioning,a bathroom.node (shower and toilet combined) there is a hood in the bathroom, so there were no smells in the room. In general, I was satisfied with the comfort of the room.
2. Open kitchen.
the kitchen is spacious enough, you can see the courtyard (which is important for parents with children), two gas panels with 2 comfort plates. dishes, knives, boards, plates-everything is present in a decent amount. there are three (I may be mistaken for the smaller side) large refrigerators in which you can take up some space. there are two TVs in the kitchen and the warmth of the hospitable hosts.
3.
The territory is quite large. You can park your car right in front of your room. there is a small swimming pool on the territory where you can cool off or splash the children in between "going out", there are a couple of swing benches and even table football. There was plenty of room for the children to run around. there is a barbecue with skewers and a smoking area.
4. the surrounding area
first of all, keep in mind that this is a village(cows walk, dogs bark) 10-15 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace.there are several canteens and shops within walking distance. in the evening, you can take a good barbecue. we rarely went to the canteens, we didn't really like it, more often we went in the morning to feed the children on the way to the sea. there are shops, but the product is not very good (if you are going to cook yourself). the owners of nearby houses do not trade from the stalls, but if you are by car, it is better to go to the market in Gagry. it takes about 20 minutes to drive, and you can buy the product much cheaper. you can also take a minibus, but it is very stuffy, although it comes nearby and there (goes according to the schedule, you need to specify)
on the way to the sea, you can buy all bathing and playing accessories (towels, slippers, circles, masks, etc.) and book an excursion. if you are interested in clubs and something like that, this is not the case. there is a restaurant-style establishment on the shore, but I can't say what is there and when-I didn't go.
5. the beach.
10-15 minutes to the beach (as I wrote above)the beach is big. pebbly. there are changing rooms (there are no toilets), there is more than enough place to stay. the beach is quite clean (unlike the beach, for example, in Gagra), the entrance to the water is quite steep -there are no small areas. I rested both times in September. in 2019, there were no storms, there were no waves, the water was clear and clean, in 2020, at the end of September, the water was cloudy (because of the waves), but without debris and mud. again, if you come by your own transport, you can go swimming to Pitsunda-there is a gorgeous large landscaped beach in a bay in which there are no waves, garbage and other things and the purest, transparent water (but there are many times more people there) if you are interested in beach entertainment, then you can take a ride on a water cheesecake, both on a banana and on a parachute. Cheburek/fish/beer/ice cream vendors pass along the shore.(not as often as on busy beaches, but they do)
Bottom line. I'm more than happy with the place. I drove without a car both times, which turned out to be probably a minus. traveling by taxi is too expensive if you drive often. with your car, you can significantly expand the entertainment area for almost every taste. Once again, I want to note the atmosphere of warmth created by Alexander and Svetlana-it's like coming to old, good friends whom you haven't seen for a long time, low bow to you, Sasha and Sveta and greetings from St. Petersburg from Murad with Anya, Masha and Vovka (they constantly remember you and ask to come again) ran away for the second time They are from another guest house, far from being as hospitable and comfortable as theirs.
PS Of course, the atmosphere can be spoiled by neighbors a la "Tagil", but we did not come across such both times. only polite and friendly people from different cities.
I will finish my report on this and I apologize if there is some confusion, but the emotions from visiting this place are 100 out of 10 :)

We had a rest in September 2020, hospitable hosts, met and saw off both loved ones and relatives. Do not go to Abkhazia. DPS are like bandits on the roads. Locals are not stopped at all, although they drive randomly and as they want. Overtaking and cutting off oncoming traffic. A bus with an Abkhazian license plate cut us off on the highway so that we almost flew into a ditch. For driving in compliance with the speed limit. They also round up Russian drivers at the entrance to the villages where vacationers usually stop, and force them to breathe into a dirty tube. This was the case in Alakhadzy. Impressions of Abkhazia are only negative.
