The building itself is so-so, opposite the construction site. Outside the windows there is a street and noise. Excellent breakfasts, but monotonous. The staff is responsive. Beautiful interiors, but the cleaning leaves much to be desired. What I mean: the toilet inside is not very clean, the glass shelves above the tea and coffee area are dusty. The switch from the bathroom is hard to find. The cleaner did not wipe the coffee table for 3 days (there were wine stains). In the bathroom, for some reason, they took out the belt from the used dressing gowns and tied them, as if they had been changed, but they left my sleeve turns, why was it necessary? Show-off. Water was brought in the evening two days in a row, and not after the morning cleaning. A couple of times they brought sweets as a gift, not daily. A total of 5 hangers in 2 cabinets. When I read the reviews, I didn't realize that everything was so sad. There are some stains from cleaning agent on the toilet floor. The room itself is small, the price is very high. And besides, parking is paid and no one is watching the cars. We left the hotel, parked on Lake Como and saw a dent on the side of the car. In short, a solid disappointment, not 5*

A very cool hotel in the Palazzo in Milan, Duomo - a few minutes on foot (7-10 minutes). Stylish room, there is a coffee machine, Culti Milano cosmetics in the bathroom. There are various restaurants nearby - with Japanese and Italian cuisine. I recommend it!

We stayed at the hotel in May 2023. The hotel is new, the location is convenient. 7-10 minutes walk to the Duomo, next to the Missori metro station, I just liked that there is no large crowd in this place, if necessary, in 5-10 minutes you will be near the sights and shops.
Good breakfast, friendly staff. If you need a shaving kit, etc., they did not put it in the room, but they brought it on request.
The rooms are small. The bathroom is not small. We took a room with a view of Corso Italia street, it is more expensive, but we did not appreciate it, because there is traffic along the street and the house is located close, so the view of the windows of the locals, though the verandas with flowers, is beautiful.
