Nice hotel. Attentive staff.
But of course these are not European 5 stars, do not worry if anything. The handles may not work very well... The range of food is decent.
If you come to Istanbul to see the Old City and its sights, then you are not going to this hotel. It is located from the center of 5 metro stations. The hotel occupies 4 lower floors, followed by apartments. I did not expect such rooms from the Redisson Blu network, they tried to move us into a standard room on the 1st floor. The view from the window is on the wall of another room, and the wall is 20 centimeters away. The bed for the child was placed at the foot of the double bed. The rooms are so small that there is no other way to put them. The outdoor pool has been open since May. They offered to change the room with an additional fee of 25 euros per day (the room supposedly has a balcony), in fact, this is a smoking area where only a slender person can get up.
Of the advantages, only the view from the room to the sea. The rest is just cons, the hotel is very tired, there are so many broken and broken things in the room, how many 5-star hotels should not be, the toilet door does not close cornyly, breakfast is more modest than in 3 stars, there is no fish or sausage, everything is stale and weathered. We were counting on the pool, but we didn't like sunbathing and swimming under the noise of the road too much. With the window open and the breeze from the sea, it is impossible to sleep, the windows are on the highway, which is very noisy 24 hours a day.
The sink flowed in the room, the balcony was not a balcony, but was like a smoking area, but they praise it as a whole balcony, there is nowhere to dry things, the room is small for three, moreover, the bed on the bed turned out.
Terrible hotel
1. The hotel itself is already very tired, the wallpaper and dust were partially torn off in the room
2. There were no bathrobes, slippers, dental kits in the room
3. The pool inside the hotel did not work for almost a day, and the weather did not allow swimming in the outdoor pool
4. At the reception at the spa, when the pool was repaired, we were forced to buy a pool cap, is this the norm for a five-star hotel?
5. The hotel responded to all requests with delays, bathrobes and slippers were brought in 15-20 minutes
6. The room is very tiny compared to other hotels.
7. The breakfasts are not complete, there was not even porridge, the staff does not monitor the replenishment of milk in the coffee machine, there are no clean dishes, although the load is low
Among the advantages: cool view, outdoor pool
A very average hotel for a lot of money by Turkish standards. Everything looks very decent, but extremely non-functional. It will go for a business trip, but not for recreation/tourism. We ordered several rooms for a large family, subsequently changed them and eventually moved out when the hotel staff could not prepare a room with three single beds, although we were assured several times that this was not a problem. For the same money, you can get a room with a completely different layout. One room was spacious, in the other there was a passage of 40 centimeters between the beds and the opposite wall. One person in the family needed a wheelchair, and it simply did not pass there. At the same time, we were convinced that only two beds would fit in a more spacious room, and they promised to put a third in a cramped one. When asked where, they just threw up their hands. All rooms have an equally uncomfortable shower, in which, when you turn on the water, you inevitably get ice water on your head. The towel hooks are right inside the shower stall, and these are the only hooks in the entire room. There is also a 220V outlet in the shower right next to the watering can. In some rooms, the wardrobe is not in the hallway, but by the beds on the far side of the room. There are no hooks for outerwear and shoe racks in the rooms, only one closet with three small drawers and 5 hangers. The door to the toilet/bathroom in one of the rooms was broken and would not close. There is only one table in the room, for one person. There may or may not be a laptop charging socket near the desktop - as luck would have it. Moreover, floor lamps and other lamps inserted into the socket are initially controlled by keys near the beds. It is very inconvenient to charge something from these outlets because of this. There is an HDMI outlet to connect the laptop to the TV, but it does not work, the staff says that this is normal and it is intended (?). They only offer to remove the TV and connect your cord directly to it, if you have one. There is a good SPA, we tried a fitness room, a wet and dry sauna, a swimming pool. However, one day the pool was just closed. If you check in for 2-3 days, you may just not get there. The staff speaks only Turkish, apart from some waiters and the reception, they also understand English. Apparently, they smoke in the rooms, and this is severely clogged with a vanilla outlet, which smells everywhere here. The location of the hotel is controversial, on the one hand there is a great view of the coastline, on the other hand the walking accessibility of the city is very poor - you have to run across the road and cross the railway tracks, but there is a taxi parking right next to the hotel. There is a mini-courtyard with an outdoor pool, and immediately behind it, behind a transparent fence, a pit has been dug for a new building with a swamp and a garbage dump. Some rooms have a balcony view directly onto it. There is Internet in the rooms and on the territory, 5-15 Mbit WiFi, 20-25 Mbit by wire (power outlet near the table). The breakfast is decent, the selection is good and delicious.
We settled in perfectly, we settled in immediately, thank you very much! The staff is very polite , all kind , always help and prompt! The room is nice too, and the cleaning is great! Of course, I would recommend to diversify the buffet, add porridges and a variety of sweets. So everything is fine, I recommend it
We reserved the hotel for a business trip. They settled in quickly enough, we must pay tribute here. But then the "adventures" began. on the way to the room through the narrow corridors, we saw a worn and not very clean carpet, there was small debris everywhere. It seemed that this corridor had not seen cleaning for several weeks. There were garbage bags on the way to the room and dirty dishes were displayed in some places near the rooms. A room of the "standard" category, at first glance it looked normal for rooms of this class. It immediately caused difficulty to turn on and set up the air conditioner - the control panel was not standard and not convenient. There was a thin layer of dust in the room. The shower seemed clean at first glance. But later they found traces of fungus in the corners almost along its entire perimeter. At breakfast, too, everything turned out to be not rosy. The cutlery looked unwashed and there was some kind of plaque on them. The cups that had traces of coffee in them were especially irritating. We tried to change the cup, but there were the same marks on the others, so we had to give up coffee at breakfast! The towels that were in the room at check-in looked washed and of some gray color, washed, thin, with dirty streaks and holes! Probably the towel on the trains is cleaner and healthier than in this five-star hotel. The cleanliness of the territory near the indoor pool also leaves much to be desired and I no longer want to describe it here. However, after a complaint was filed at the reception, the staff invited the administrator, who offered another room of a higher category, although there were a number of disadvantages in this room. In order not to be unfounded, we place in the application a number of photos of those unpleasant factors that were described here. In general, this hotel is far from the 5-star quality that it has been assigned! It would be highly discouraged to purchase accommodation in it, especially for the price that has been paid. The price and quality do not correspond to the level of the hotel at all!
The view from the window of this hotel is very beautiful right on the sea. The food is good, there are no complaints, the pool did not work during our stay, they were not allowed to go outdoors.
The hotel is somewhat "tired". Basically, this is a hotel on the first four floors, above there are apartments.
The condition of the rooms is average for this hotel chain. The pillows are good, as are all the bed linen and the bed itself. Washed robes are over-washed, small-sized. The slippers are completely disposable. The breakfasts are not bad. Above average.
I recommend a swimming pool and baths (three types). At the end of the day, they relieve fatigue perfectly.
At night, it is somewhat noisy from the sea, along which there is a busy highway and which is twenty to thirty meters away.
The entire staff is almost perfect. He is helpful, responsive and ready to provide any assistance to the guest. The only thing was that the work of the maids raised small questions every time: the number of daily bottles of water and cosmetics in the shower constantly changed, personal belongings were shifted, some unpredictable regularity of changing bed linen.
A very remote place. If you go to Istanbul for a tourist purpose, it is absolutely not suitable.

Nice hotel with a swimming pool. Excellent breakfasts. Attentive staff. I put 4 only for the location. To the tourist area only by metro. The metro is a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel is not very good. The promised coffee maker was not in the room, there was a kettle, a mini-bar was paid, after learning that they did not intend to use it, they closed it, that is, they left it without a refrigerator. Neither slippers nor bathrobes were provided. Breakfasts are paid, I didn't see anything special, it's monotonous, it doesn't look like 5 *. The view from the window is the only plus.
The hotel is already slightly worn out. Not very high-quality room cleaning. It is absolutely impossible to have dinner in the hotel restaurant - it is expensive and tasteless.
