I am writing a review for my compatriots, suddenly it will come in handy:
About the hotel: nice, calm, very clean, the staff is very friendly and does everything to help.
About the beach: transfer at 10 there, at 15 back. Do not forget to take towels at the hotel, not on the beach, and vouchers for admission to the reception, without them the entrance to the beach will be paid. There are no pools on the beach, there is a sea and sun beds with umbrellas, the staff will do everything to help you if it suddenly becomes difficult to find a sunbed on a day off. There are plenty of them on weekdays.
About the pool: there is a children's pool, with a small slide, they turn on a bunch of fountains there, not all children like it, you can ask them to turn it off, or vice versa. An adult, near the bar and two saunas, are in the locker room.
About alcohol: it is not sold in stores, there is always one in hotels. Beer costs 1300 rubles for our money.
About food: breakfasts are normal, standard, you will not stay hungry, it is more difficult with dinners if you are with a child, there will not always be spicy food. If you are without children, then take NV, it is convenient.
About the metro: the nearest Ibn Mahmud is 12 minutes away, a travel card for a day costs 6 rials, unlimited, one-time travel costs 2, but for this you will have to buy a card a la Troika for 10, which you will replenish. You will not be able to pass it.
About supermarkets nearby: there is a Lulu near the metro above, a Panda 25 minutes from the hotel.
Where to eat: on a budget, food courts in malls, there is a mac/burger king/KFC all in one place, a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
About the transfer: only to / from the airport, on request, the hotel does not provide other places.
About shopping in the shopping center: it is more convenient to the City Mall and the Mall of Qatar, closer by taxi and you can take the subway, goes there. There is also a Festival, it is in the distance, by taxi.
About amusement parks: if you are with a child, take a look at the website. For kids, unfortunately, it will be boring everywhere. If you're an adult, Angry birds has promotions on Mondays.
About excursions: you will be offered hotel rooms, they are more expensive, and also a Turk will find you on the beach, it is cheaper. Don't forget to bargain.

Gorgeous!
The room is large, cozy, there is a corner office, a good view from the window. Good expensive furniture, mirrors, accessories, floor covering, expensive bed linen and spotlessly clean.
The kitchen has a large selection of dishes and different types (European, Japanese, Indian).
There are many elevators with a good algorithm of operation, large halls and a huge living room with lots of leather sofas where you can meet friends, talk business and just sit for coffee and stare at a diverse audience.
A good water holiday with two pools. One is small with a Jacuzzi, the other is a large, multi-level heated outdoor pool.
And much more. What I didn't have time to try))

The hotel justifies its 4 stars. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness room and other spa facilities. Some drawback is the distance from the metro station.
