The door in the room was jammed, no one could open it, I had to spend the night in the next room without clothes and hygiene supplies. For the inconvenience, they gave a free cocktail at the bar.
In the morning, the locksmith came and also did not open the Door. I had to knock out my shoulder the old-fashioned way to pick up my things.

Nice hotel. A varied and delicious breakfast. A normal location, especially if you come to Messe Duseldorf for work.

I liked the hotel very much, One not big minus is that there are no Russian-speaking staff.
