The staff is very hospitable.
We arrived late in the evening, froze in the rain. We were given tea and sweets. The rooms are cozy, not small. The beds are comfortable, the bed linen is fresh.
A persimmon tree with fruits can be seen from the room window.
The breakfasts are hearty and delicious.
The location is excellent, Registan is a 10-minute walk away.
Lovingly restored old house in the center of Old Samarkand. The main attractions are within walking distance. Friendly hosts who solve all the problems that the guests have. It's like visiting your beloved relatives. Delicious, large breakfasts, excellent coffee from the coffee machine. Good wi-fi. The room is very clean, cleaned every day. I want to come back again.
The hotel is much more interesting in its interior than in the photos presented in the account on booking.com ))
A great place with an interesting history. The rooms are very comfortable and I especially note the soothing and delicious breakfast. The hotel is equipped with two independent power supply lines, so if you were swinging in the dark, then this did not concern the hotel. And blackouts are a common practice in the city. The location is right next to the Registan and the market. Any attraction can be reached on foot.
A great place with a convenient location and hospitable hosts. Here we were deliciously and nutritiously fed breakfast, given tea, given advice on where to eat shish kebab and shared other useful life hacks of Samarkand. I recommend it, the score is 10 out of 10. Rabat is the best modern caravanserai in Uzbekistan!
The location is the best to the historical monuments of the city. The hotel is located in the old town. The hotel itself can be called a museum. The manager kindly told the story of this house-museum, it was interesting as in a history lesson. The room itself is fresh and cozy. The staff is just gold. The breakfasts are great. I highly recommend this hotel. I felt like I was visiting friends, not at a hotel.
The best hotel for me in Uzbekistan, I accept them as family, very friendly and helpful people. Excellent breakfasts, very hearty and varied. The room is cleaned every day.
I would have liked it very much if I had come back to Samarkand, without a doubt I would have stayed at this hotel.
An authentic place with its own interesting story, which the owner will definitely tell you over a delicious breakfast. Quiet, calm, cozy. Clean rooms with all amenities, mini bar and regular cleaning. Good Wi-Fi, I had to work via video link. The kindest, caring and attentive staff. The place that you will definitely remember against the background of all the same type of hotels and apartments.

Hello.
The most amazing and warm memories from the trip remained with us after visiting this hotel.
I admire the love with which the house was restored.
How carefully the owners treat and tell about its centuries-old history.
Our room was on the ground floor.
Very cozy, clean, quiet.
Breakfasts with a national flavor.Delicious.
The location is the best.
The main attractions are within walking distance.
Thanks to Vlad and Firdaus.
May everything work out for you further!
The best hotel I've been lucky enough to visit! Yes, and this place cannot be called a hotel - it is a house that you want to return to. A very cozy courtyard with tables and a cot that we loved so much. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, everything is clean and smells nice. The ornaments on the walls are incredibly beautiful. Special thanks to Vlad for an interesting tour of the history of the house. And to all employees for their cordiality, hospitality, for tea with sweets at any time of the day, etc., it's impossible to list everything. It's a wonderful place. We will definitely come back!
We arrived at night, slept until lunch, but when we woke up we were offered our breakfast! It's nice! Hospitality and home comfort at the highest level! Guests are accepted there as relatives! We spent the whole day walking in the cold, and when we returned they brought us hot tea! Any questions, from the exchange of money to the appearance of a guide on the doorstep at the right time!
An amazing place with charming people. A rare combination of historical charm and exceptionally friendly staff. Breakfast for all 10 points, after which you can walk until the evening))))
I really liked the hotel. Comfortably. Comfortable. The staff is very attentive. Sweets, nuts and tea are available at any time. And it is located in the center, in the Jewish quarter. Registan Square is just around the corner.
The hotel is magnificent. The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfasts are excellent, the atmosphere of the hotel is homely, the location is very good. I definitely recommend this hotel, we didn't want to leave the hotel. Special thanks to the hospitable hosts of the hotel for tea with thyme.
A place with an amazing atmosphere and energy! We had traveled to Uzbekistan for a week before, but this hotel overshadowed everything. A place where you feel not like a tourist, but a guest: carefully preserved historical interiors combined with quite Western comfort and true Oriental hospitality. Yes, this hotel is not only the walls, but also the people who put their soul into their work. My compliments and best wishes to the staff!
Everything that is written in the reviews is true, Very friendly and hospitable hosts, good breakfast, great atmosphere, clean, good mattresses. The old part of the city, it is a little inconvenient to walk along the narrow road.
The family hotel is excellent, the room is large, the breakfast is hearty. On New Year's Eve, the owner of the Firdavs hotel set a festive table and invited all the guests to the table. Many guests come here not for the first time. New Year's Eve was celebrated at a large New Year's table in a circle of good people. Thanks to Firdavs and his wife, Vlad and his mother for a good vacation in Samarkand.

Just a fire-cannon-bomb! A house museum and modern amenities in one package. An interesting story about the history of the house from Vlad, unforgettable evenings on a cot on the terrace, nuts and cold beer, hospitality and cordiality of the staff left an unforgettable impression of this place. I really want to come back again.
It's an amazing place. To be honest, this is the first time I have encountered such hospitality. Indeed, it felt like you had come home to relatives who were waiting for you. The warm welcome, politeness and correctness are beyond praise. Convenient location on a quiet street, a 5-minute walk from Registan Square, Bibi Khanum Mosque and the market. The rooms are clean and cozy. The bed is comfortable. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious. Pancakes with cherry jam are just fine. In the evening, you will be treated to tea with oriental sweets and will tell the story of this house. The historical interior of the room will not leave anyone indifferent. 100 points out of 5.
An incredible house with incredible owners! We stayed here for one night, and got into a fairy tale! The photos don't lie, Rabat is really very beautiful. Come here for magical stories, traditional tea with sweets, awakenings to the singing of birds, delicious breakfasts. I really want to come back here!
The hotel is located in an old building. Very hospitable hosts. One of them, Vlad, gave a real tour of the house. After walking around the city, you return to the hotel as if you were at home. The hosts always offer tea. There is a terrace where you can sit and drink tea and more.
A cozy hotel in the private sector of Samarkand. The center is within walking distance - 10...15 minutes on foot. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts with a national flavor. Reasonable prices.
A lovely hotel, with very friendly owners.
They will always prompt and tell you. The most delicious breakfasts for our entire trip to Uzbekistan.
Clean rooms, well-maintained courtyard!
Excellent hotel, helpful staff, delicious breakfasts in the morning

I've been to an oriental fairy tale! A hotel with a history! Part of the building is protected by UNESCO, and has historical value! When you have breakfast in a hall that is more than 300 years old, it's just an indescribable feeling! Special thanks to the staff! The guys are just at the highest level!!! They know their business!! The lobby bar free is served with cold melon and watermelon when you return from a walk! Thank you very much, my journey would not have been so colorful and soulful without you!!! I wish you prosperity and peace in your exclusive hotel!!!
The best hotel in Samarkand, in a number of attractions, standing just behind Bibi Khanum and Registan and located not far from them. For everyone who wants to get acquainted with the real Uzbek hospitality.
