A wonderful, comfortable hotel with good breakfasts. If you are used to a small room in a hotel, then everything is different here - on a grand scale. There is a kitchen area, a living room and a separate bedroom. Everything is cleaned with high quality, the bed and towels are new and clean! Thank you to the hotel staff for having a wonderful time in a beautiful city!

We lived in a two-room apartment (two bathrooms) . Order, cleanliness, daily cleaning. There is a washing machine, stove, refrigerator in the room. Everything you need (dishes, ironing board, etc.) is provided on request. I recommend it for living.

Good apartments, Scandinavian style, minimalism, wood, metal, very spacious rooms, there is a washing machine, a kitchen (microwave, stove, sink, dishes are provided on request) a normal-sized refrigerator refrigerator. The shower is cramped, there is no bathtub, but 2 toilets, 4 beds in fact.
The breakfast is normal, but not varied, but there are fruits, I did not like the porridge.
The gym is good, there is no spa.
The rest at the hotel is normal, but the menu is not very rich, and the prices are higher than average. The hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful.

It looks like a great great hotel, the rooms are very large, at least the one that I got. Very decent cuisine in the restaurant, good breakfasts.

We lived in this hotel for a week . Everything is perfect!!! A new, clean hotel. Very friendly staff , helpful , solve any issue , help!!! We lived in a two-room room, large, with a good modern renovation!!! Good breakfast!!! There is a restaurant on the ground floor, sooo delicious food!!! We liked everything!!! Nearby there are shops, exchangers, KFC, playgrounds!!! In general, if Almaty , then only to this hotel !!!

The hotel is new. Everything is clean and cozy. There were 3 children and 2 adults . It was very comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious, the cafe menu prices are acceptable, it was delicious, the coffee is wonderful. Would you come back again ? I think so.

The hotel is within walking distance. Despite the fact that its location is far from the city center, it is located along Abaya Street, near the intersection with Sain Street. Bauyrzhan Momyshuly Metro Station is also located from here. The city center is easily accessible by Metro station.
There is a coffee shop on the ground floor of the hotel. The tea is good, we liked it. If I'm not mistaken, Vincent is called coffee.
The staff is good. Greets with a smile. The guards are not harsh people, but rather bright, noble people.

The hotel is new and the interior is good. The breakfast is relatively delicious. But the service....I'll just describe the situation, draw your own conclusions - during our 3 weeks of stay, they wanted to cheat us 3 times for money: the first time when checking in, they counted one night for the cost of 2 nights at early check-in (although they should have taken 1.5 nights). Only after checking in did I notice and went down to sort it out. The girl said that "the system did not count that way" and returned the money. Well, OK, it happens. A week later, we were charged and "fined" 14.5k tenge for brown spots on the bed. (This is what the woman at the reception showed on her phone) He asked me to bring the "dirty" bed to the room to look at it live. As a result, of course, there are no spots, and it is completely white (although the cleaner said that it has a "brown tinge"). I took it down to the administrator. Naturally, no one saw anything, because the bed was absolutely white and clean. The receptionist said that the cleaning manager was not in place and that she would clarify the next day. Naturally, when they approached her a few days later, she said "that everything was fine, and the manager might have made a mistake." Very plausible. The third time we left the hotel, a woman at the reception stopped us and said that we had one night unpaid. After a long showdown, it turned out that everything was paid for. That's how the days of living here passed. Personally, I won't set foot in there anymore. Now you're wondering if you want to....

The only thing is that during cleaning they did not change the slippers, did not add bathroom accessories (we ran out of them, but we did not take them with us), and also there were no hangers upon arrival (this problem was solved, at the first request they were given hangers, as well as an iron).
