We had a rest in September 2019 at the three-star Hotel. The kitchen is kosher, but you won't starve, the location is good, they took it because of the elevator.I liked the city, there is no language barrier, they will always help and tell me.The beach leaves much to be desired, the boys who work there are not particularly welcoming, they are tired of us.About the sea: there was always a wind and if it weren't for the breakwaters, you wouldn't enter the sea.
There are biting fish in the water, my husband was bitten until he bled, you can't lower your legs to the bottom.
And one day there was crushed garbage floating in the water, I didn't want to go into the sea at all, some ship was probably dumped in the distance.
The room is normal, towels are changed, cleaning was done.We have not seen a nightmare with cockroaches.
The view from the room is great, there was an electric stove in the room, you can cook.
The staff is Russian-speaking, special thanks to Olga, the administrator.
In general, you can relax for a week.
I have rested at this hotel 8 times, there are no complaints, although the last time I was in 2013, Those who do not like the food need to choose a hotel of a different price category. In order not to be hungry, you can choose a digestible menu for yourself, and it is not necessary to mix herring (which is very tasty) with dairy products. For those who are traveling for the first time, I can recommend paying for dinners at the hotel (several offers of meat and poultry), mashed soup and so on, it will be much cheaper than if you go to the city, after dinner you can walk and drink a beer.if the budget is modest, I recommend a cafe on the square with Russian cuisine, There are inexpensive set meals to choose from, without the first one, with a large plate of chopped vegetables and a dish to choose from:ribs, fish(salt is delicious) or something chicken (I don't remember anymore).beer is also available there.for a drink, the hosts are very friendly Georgian brothers, they are all the time, one of them stands and invites you to look at them.Regarding the hotel itself, yes, the rooms, their sizes do not match the size, the photo is voluminous, but after all, they only rest in the room...so many new things have been offered during this time ... and free sun beds with umbrellas and beach towels-take as much as you need, and I paid 35 shekels a day for this pleasure.Cleaning is daily, and during your absence in Turkey, 5 stars were cleaned when people already came to rest in the afternoon at the very sleepy hour.Maybe the cleaning is not very perfect, but it is also a 3-star hotel, not a suite. The staff has probably changed a lot during this time, but in my time there was Light (usually in the evenings) and boys-girls led by a black man, I can't complain either...In short, according to the wallet, this is a completely inexpensive hotel, there is cheaper, a little further away on the other side only, the rooms are the same, but without balconies and there is an incredible stink in the corridors, but nevertheless people are not even simple and they rest there (for example, the duo of Nepara and the actor who starred in cops with a young mistress was noticed)In short, finally, I really like this hotel, I recommend it to non-religious citizens
I had a rest in October 2019. This is not the first time I have stayed at the hotel and there were no special complaints. The hotel corresponds to its three stars, everything is modest, the rooms are small, the air conditioning is turned on manually (there is no remote control), in the side rooms there is a fire escape platform instead of a balcony, which opens the door from the room. There are plastic chairs and a table. Sometimes completely strangers go out there to smoke. Now about the beach. In the part of it that is intended for hotel guests (sun beds and umbrellas are free), a young man works (arranges sun beds and umbrellas) is very rude, yelling at tourists. Those who don't like him are generally told to go home!!!! And this is for foreign tourists!!!!!!!!! And finally, huge cockroaches were found in the hotel room!!!!!!. I think comments are unnecessary here...
Very convenient location-1 line. There is even an elevator to the shore, which was used once for the sake of interest - the sea is so close. Beautiful view from the Windows, clean rooms, friendly staff.
3 stars, not 1, just because knowledgeable people explained that this is not the worst hotel in Netanya.
Creepy kitchen, dirty dining room, poorly washed dishes. The smell of burnt oil wafts to the top floor. The rooms are generally normal, but the cleaning is formal, the linen is clean, but the floors are not vacuumed.
On the positive side: beautiful sea view, great beach, elevator to the beach.
Another important advantage is the location of the hotel: 1st line, near the central square.
One hundred meters to the elevator to the beach, the first line hotel. It takes ten minutes to get to the central shopping and tourist street along the promenade. Rooms with balconies, sea view. Russian-speaking staff. The reception gives coupons for sun loungers on the beach. Free parking. Unfortunately, breakfast is about nothing... But in the new building across the street, fifteen meters away, there is a decent grocery store.
The photos on the websites are more like a joke from the "expectation/reality" series. The rooms are very small, old and in need of renovation, the restaurant looks like a scoop dining room (with attached cockroaches and tasteless food). WiFi is not working in half of the rooms. The air conditioning leaves much to be desired. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is highly questionable, and instead of the usual bathroom kit, you will be greeted by liquid soap dispensers nailed to the wall. If you live downstairs, get ready for unexpected views from the window. A special "thank you" to the reception area, after several days of communication with the administrators, the most joyful moment was the end of the vacation, because finally there was no need to try to solve problems. There is a feeling that the staff is attracted to the guests and in general the fact that someone lives with them (and the hotel is packed to capacity). Only the proximity of the beach saves

Very nice hotel!
The location, view and windows are 5 points!!!
Here is the food in the canteen (kosher), leaves much to be desired. Yogurt and herring are another combination ((( And an omelet with a shell is something!
But we're not starving, and that's the main thing.
