I'll start with the fact that I never got to classes, so I can't evaluate the work of the staff as coaches. And now the reason.
I wanted to sign up for a trial class (it's not free, by the way. Exactly the same service as for the provision of a subscription, where the difference is about 6p). By the way, it was Tuesday. A few hours later, they replied that they could not sign me up yet, that only on Sunday they would tell me if there would be a free place. Although I saw from the application that they had 3 free ones)
I asked the appropriate question, why is this so. To which I was told that first they are waiting for their girls, and only on Sunday I will find out the answer. That is, as a client, I have to wait until someone else decides if they want /can/will be in the mood to come to class.
They didn't even answer my further question.
There is no customer orientation. As if I'm interested in this particular studio, but there are no analogues)
