High cost. Bureaucracy. Consultants who are not interested in the job. Tools and various construction trifles in a very small assortment. To buy something for finishing is fine. But if you are going to build something, then it is cheaper to take bricks or tiles to Karbyshev. If you are going to make good repairs, then it is cheaper to look for good quality finishing materials in other places. There is also a problem with electrical goods. The only thing I will praise is the choice of wallpaper and paint materials (although, again, it is more expensive).
