We stayed at this hotel 2 times. The first time everything was not bad, we booked for the return trip, but before departure I decided to check the reservation.... and it turned out that there was no room in the hotel. It was September, when Russians filled Kazakhstan en masse. So at 4 a.m. we stayed outside. This year, I decided to try my luck again. I booked 8.03 on 29.03. Everything is fine with that! The staff of the girl are all well done, room 310 is not bad for a day. Everything worked in our room, the linen was clean too, there was a slight smell of chlorine, but it was normal, there were no stains. Water, kettle,glasses, mugs, 2 cups of tea. But, most importantly, we had a surprise in the form of breakfast. From 8.00 to 11.00. We arrived at 9:30 and that everything was cold, the kettle was empty, there were no mugs. The waiter just figured out that we have children. But the children were on 3 meals a day and did not have breakfast there. They said they would inform immediately, waited 30 minutes and left. The compote was just water. The sausages are cold, even though they were in the oven. The hotel's website shows a completely different breakfast. Conclusion, if you want to have breakfast, go to 8.00. Since no one reports anything later, and they don't even clear the tables. In the end, we went to a nearby cafe.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with breakfast, transit through Astana. The room has a simple decor, but very clean, neat, the furniture and wallpaper are neat, without scuffs and stains, in bright pleasant colors. The bathroom has everything you need, toiletries, slippers, bathrobes. There is a kettle, cups, and water bottles in the room. The bed linen is snow-white and comfortable. It was quiet at night, I slept well. Breakfast was normal, boiled eggs and fried eggs, sausages of 2-3 types, cottage cheese, porridge, pastries, tea, coffee, generally you will not stay hungry. Of the minuses, I would note that in the bathroom and in the shower stall there are no shelves or hooks where you can hang laundry or put detergents, which is very inconvenient, should you put something on the floor when you wash in the shower? The TV is not working due to a bad cable connection. Otherwise, I liked everything, I recommend it.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the good-natured reception.
We were passing through, the highway to Petropavlovsk was blocked in a snowstorm and we had to look for a hotel with three children.
We arrived late at night, and we were greeted by a smiling girl at the reception.
While my husband was filling out the documents and paying, she gave me the keys with the children, since the children were sleeping on the move.
We felt warm and cared for.
The rooms are clean, towels, sheets, comfortable beds.
Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take a photo. We took a two-room suite with two large beds.

We stayed at the hotel with a group of 30 people. There are no complaints about the numbers, but the food is disgusting. The so—called "buffet" is an everyday struggle (a struggle, since after 5 minutes there is nothing on the table) for moldy cheese, sour milk, cutlery and, God willing, at least yesterday's leftovers from the table.

There were two times. The first time they gave me a room, it wasn't bad. The second time, for the same price, the room was smoky, with the bed linen washed and the laminate swollen. The 1st one on the website says air conditioning in the room, in fact there is a socket only for the air conditioner. The 2nd window is small. It was very hot in the room. The 3rd was occupied by a set of towels and others was not all. Please buy a new iron. 4th cafe: the pastries are not fresh for breakfast, they wanted to have dinner or take something to the room, but they have a banquet. 🤦♂️. There are also advantages to the polite staff. We hope for the same money, the hotel administration will settle in other hotels in the Russian Federation or Belarus and look at its shortcomings and draw conclusions.

It seems that the hotel itself is not bad, very friendly administrators, clean rooms, payment by card, but there is a huge minus - the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, elevator and halls. We were in the summer and it was not possible to sleep at all! It felt like it was +36 inside, I had to pour water over the sheets to survive somehow.

The room is clean, disposable hygiene items are available, slippers are available. This is probably the only significant advantage. Poor noise insulation, near the mosque and the train station (there is no claim here), poor noise insulation in the hotel itself (you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms). Superior double comfort room without air conditioning, the weather was not hot, so it's not critical, it will be hard at +30. The work of the staff is questionable too, for two days they could not bring a second set of towels, they said that the washing machine was broken and take it for granted. Upon check-in, the manager tried to inflate the price for the room, allegedly did not see the reservation on the booking website, and accordingly the discount provided. The included free breakfast is carried for a very long time, on the second day they brought absolutely raw scrambled eggs, which were cooked for thirty minutes. On the plus side, there is a minimarket in the hotel building, shops and cafes within a five-minute walk.

After checking in, we found that the mattress was too soft, and due to problems with the spine, the doctor recommended sleeping on a hard mattress.
