I want to express my gratitude to the store and all the staff! We bought laminate flooring here. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the girl and the male consultants, but they helped in choosing the color, calculating, and also warned that in case of remnants of solid laminate sheets, it can be returned back to the store. The laminate was paid for immediately, but there was nowhere to store it. We were offered to keep it in our warehouse for free, and when ready, they delivered it to our apartment in the shortest possible time. In general, the service and staff work are excellent, as well as the quality of the laminate. I definitely recommend it! Thank you very much for your work!🫶🏼

Купила здесь кварцвинилл и осталась очень довольна. В первую очередь очень приятно приходить в магазин, где работают люди, которые так хорошо знают свой продукт. Андрей очень подробно рассказал плюсы и минусы разных видов напольных покрытий, затем помог выбрать нужный оттенок, мне кажется мы половину ассортимента перебрали, разложили на полу, сравнили цвета и в итоге я нашла именно то, что мне подошло на 100%. В результате через несколько месяцев еще и за плинтусами сюда же вернулась и тоже подобрала идеальный вариант (максимально тонкие, не выступающие за дверные наличники). Очень советую этот магазин, и качество обслуживания отличное и товар.

Several flooring options were proposed and my attention was drawn to the combination of laminate color and kitchen texture (sample) with different color lighting. At the same time, recommendations were given on the interior of the apartment (the color of the wallpaper and refrigerator).
I imagine what kind of beauty will be in the finished form!!!

We were looking for Quick Step, before that we were in different stores and there is something to compare it with.
We only doubted the choice of shade, so we were offered to take samples and "try on" them in the apartment. For which special thanks, because in the end they took the color that they expected to a lesser extent.
And as for a person who is always doubting, this is one of the few purchases in the repair, in which there was not a single doubt).

When choosing a floor covering, we stopped at a laminate manufactured by Quick-Step. Many thanks to Tatiana for her help in choosing the coating class and color, and advice on how to properly prepare everything before laying.
I was very pleased that we were able to get into position and hold the laminate in the warehouse due to force majeure during repairs. On the day of delivery, everything was brought almost minute by minute, which is a rarity in our time when there is always not enough time.
I recommend it for those who have already decided on the overall design, but there are some doubts, they will definitely help you here.

Купили квартиру в новостройке. Ремонт с нуля. При выборе напольного покрытия долго не могли определиться. Решили укладывать прихожая, кухня, сан узел - плитка, в спальных комнатах - ламинат. С плиткой быстро вопрос решился. Долго не могли определится с производителям ламината. Много было советчиков, рекомендаций, перечитали много отзывов. Остановились на Бельгийской фирме - Quick step. Так как мы не из Минска, адрес искали в гугле, выдал адрес на Держинского 90. Продавец Денис, профессионал, компетенцен, очень терпеливый, вежливый, на минуточку, мы были с ребёнком!) Выбрали Дуб бежевый рустикальный, укладывали по диагонали комнаты. Подложку так же преобрели у них.
Смотрится бомбически круто!!! Мы остались ооочень давольны. Цена и качество нас радует. За плинтуса мы ехали к ним уже на Ждановичи, ТЦ Град, 2 этаж, как оказалось у них два правильона #80 , #88. Хочу отметить, большой выбор напольных плинтусов. А так же спасибо за скидку! Рекомендую за данными товарами обращаться к данным Специалистам.

Побывав во многих магазинах, есть с чем сравнить 💯
Лучшего уровня клиентоориентированности, профессионального и толкогово подхода мы не увидели. Подберут ламинат под любой ценовой запрос, качественно проконсультируют и уделят столько времени, сколько нужно. Ламинат Quick step выбрали по рекомендации дизайнера, как лучший материал для пола. Очень искренне рекомендую этот магазин!

Отличный ламинат, замечательный коллектив: Танюша, умничка, чуткая, понимающая что ищем и как надо...( или не надо)))))., профессионал своего дела..., Денис- все четко и просто, Андрей- мне кажется, обладает какими - то магическими свойствами, может решить всё!!! Очень в неудачное время мы попали в ремонт, и курс и отсутствие логистики, а соответственно и товара....и если бы не Андрей и его команда , было бы очень сложно и в плане выбора : качество, цвет, цена, доставка... Помогли и с ламинатом и с плинтусами , уголками...здоровья сили процветания ребятам и их делу!!

В воскресенье был директор. Все рассказал про ламинат этой марки, помог подобрать несколько вариантов. По итогу посоветовал приехать с плиткой, в цвет которой и подбирали ламинат. Под эту плитку подошли совсем другие цвета. На одну из моделей была скидка очень приличная, её и выбрали. Остались очень довольны, есть стулья, кулер с водой, чай и конфеты если надо подождать пока с другим клиентом разговаривает продавец.

В фирменном магазине на Дзержинского высокий уровень клиентского сервиса!
Но приятные впечатления от сотрудничества испортил доставщик. Хамоватый мужик. Поэтому не пять звезд и в целом впечатление о компании с осадочком.
Важно, все-таки, работать в связке и контролировать сотрудников на всех уровнях продажи!
