We were passing through in August.
Well, I'm saddened. The fact that it is more expensive than Minsk or bordering Grodno is fine, but the fact that it was more boiled milk with a taste of coffee is bad, very bad. Perhaps the hack of the employees, but they were very disappointed. Slightly spoiled the impression of a wonderful city. I hope the administration will correct this fact (I can inform you about the date and time of purchase, if necessary) and in the future the feedback will be positive.

Polotsk is a great place for those who need to work, for example, in the morning, over a cup of coffee. Everything is there, everything is clean, beautiful, stylish. For the Russian Federation, the prices are familiar, for Polotsk slightly higher than usual. Self-service, such..the local equivalent of Starbucks, only calmer.

This is not a quick coffe, but a slowpock coffe. Coffee takes a long time to cook, and burgers take a VERY long time. The burger takes half an hour to cook and tastes worse than a poppy seed. The signature orange coffee with chocolate is a cappuccino with a slice of orange and chocolate chips on top. It would be better to go to the neighbors
