A great and peaceful hotel. The staff is polite and helpful. Of course, it would not hurt to repair the rooms, fix the door locks, etc. The location is very convenient, the airport and train station are nearby. There are also many places nearby to eat for any budget :)) The breakfasts at the hotel are gorgeous, they cook delicious. I really liked that they don't populate drunks and so on, we rested with the children and it was very comfortable that they didn't see or hear the "bad" noise. Before that, we stayed in another place and almost went crazy from the drunken antics of the neighbors.

I liked the hotel, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the service was good. Very varied breakfasts: porridge, scrambled eggs, salads, yoghurts, fruits, lots of sweets, coffee and tea. We were also pleased with the prices.

There were hotels in this hotel, we stayed for 4 days,very pleasant and polite staff,cleanliness,comfort,location in the very center, everything is within walking distance,cafes,shops,a bank for currency exchange,the hotel has very tasty breakfasts to choose from, under the type of buffet, everything was super, thank you very much for your hospitality!

Under one address there is a Queens hotel with a hieroglyph on the facade and Queens-2, next door. We lived exactly in Queens-2
Positive:
Very spacious rooms, high ceilings. Cute patio with hanging chairs.
The bathroom is spacious, with a large shower area, all plumbing is new.
Good breakfasts.
Cons:
The windows of the rooms facing the courtyard are lit all night by the lighting of that very cute courtyard. They don't really turn it off. The curtains on the windows are just white, which makes the whole night in the room as bright as day. Which does not contribute to a good sleep at all.
The room is extremely (!!) sparsely furnished. At the entrance there is no hook to hang a jacket and a bag, there is no mirror, there is no shelf for shoes. There is nothing. In a room for 3 people, except for 3 beds and 2 (?) bedside tables, one chair (!), a narrow countertop along the wall and a wardrobe in the corner farthest from the entrance. Exactly 3 sockets for the whole room.
There is no kettle, I had to take it to the reception. There is no refrigerator (and this is in Uzbekistan for a minute, not in Alaska).
There is one hook in the bathroom, and one railing under the towels. Room for 3, I remind you. Of course, there is no hair dryer either, take your own.
Towels that were once white, clean, judging by the smell of the rinse aid from them, but a terrible gray color.
Not particularly interested in visiting staff. For 3 days in the room, they never even took out the garbage, I had to ask for a roll of toilet paper at the reception.
And so a good, simple hotel for your money)

The pool is cold, it's very good for the local climate ... when you get hot for the whole day, it's good to come to yourself quickly! The convenient location of the hotel, near the Aibek and Minguryuk metro stations, if you plan to pay with a card, the terminal does not work. When we checked in, there were not enough shower accessories in the room, glasses, slippers, towels, kettle, cups, brought after I asked. The air conditioner is aimed at one of the beds, so it was dangerous to sleep with the air conditioner on. The breakfast is quite tasty and varied. There were disadvantages, but overall, we liked it.

Nice spacious rooms. Great beds.Plumbing problems are clearly not being dealt with. We lived in two rooms, everything flows in the suite, the second room was flooded, but we were immediately moved to the same room on another floor. Only the first guests have time to eat breakfast. It's worth sleeping a little longer and you have to beg for breakfast, which is carried from a nearby building. But there is a swimming pool. The first time we visited it was insanely dirty, but the second time it was clean.(As luck would have it) the staff was three, but there was one guy who was clearly in his place. He saved us. I think there is an exact discrepancy between price and quality in this hotel. But on the whole it's not bad.

The breakfast is delicious, homemade, but meager. But there is a sign about the entrance to the kitchen - a restaurant. They don't give you an iron, you need to go to the laundress, where they wash and hang underwear, the staff goes back and forth. I was only pleased with the availability of disposable soap washers and tea, water in the room.

There is no service - for several times or days, if you are lucky, you run around asking for towels, a hair dryer. In three days, the room was not cleaned despite the request.
The staff is lovely, everyone is very friendly and friendly. Not a single request was denied. More than one request was not fulfilled the first time.
The rooms were on the third and last floor, those that do not face the courtyard of the hotel. The rooms are dirty and battered. There are five centimeter slits in the laminate.
The water in the shower does not go away normally. A constantly full shower of water, almost overflowing. The rattling and noisy hood adds a peculiar flavor. The air conditioner was working, but there were no bullets to it.
The mattresses and pillows are good.
Breakfast without frills and frills - for three.
The rooms facing the courtyard of the hotel were more decent.
The location of the hotel is excellent, as is the price, so we turned a blind eye to all the shortcomings.

We stayed at this hotel from 01/31/2013 to 2.02.23. Friendly staff. They asked to change the room, as the room was on the way to the sauna, pool and restaurant and it was noisy. They responded willingly and changed it. The hotel has a nice sauna and a swimming pool. After walking around Tashkent, a wonderful relaxation. The breakfast is delicious. I took away 1 star for the hair dryer and kettle, which were not in the room, I had to ask. Cleaning is carried out only if you ask. This is the way it is accepted in almost all hotels. The location is convenient, close to the center, but there is not much place to walk within walking distance.

The sound insulation is poor, if you are unlucky with the neighbors from above, then you will not be able to fall asleep. The breakfasts are meager and cold, only tea and coffee are hot. from the good - excellent location in the center and very nice boys at the reception, they will always help, but you need to ask them for information with caution, because they don't know much about the city. Our rooms were not cleaned, because we did not leave the keys, but, in general, the hotel is clean. It is quite possible to stay for 2-3 days, the price is acceptable.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, the room was given above the utility block and it was quite noisy both from below and outside the door, but when we asked the administrator to help and change to a quieter room, they went to a meeting and moved us.
