A great and peaceful hotel. The staff is polite and helpful. Of course, it would not hurt to repair the rooms, fix the door locks, etc. The location is very convenient, the airport and train station are nearby. There are also many places nearby to eat for any budget :)) The breakfasts at the hotel are gorgeous, they cook delicious. I really liked that they don't populate drunks and so on, we rested with the children and it was very comfortable that they didn't see or hear the "bad" noise. Before that, we stayed in another place and almost went crazy from the drunken antics of the neighbors.
A small cozy hotel, near the city center, everything is close. Cozy rooms, good breakfasts, there is a sauna and a swimming pool. Not everything is perfect, but the staff performs their functions diligently.
I liked the hotel, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the service was good. Very varied breakfasts: porridge, scrambled eggs, salads, yoghurts, fruits, lots of sweets, coffee and tea. We were also pleased with the prices.
Pros the kitchen is good, well done👍smart TV Wi-Fi is excellent. Cons constantly have to ask for everything they can't bring themselves. There should be a refrigerator. In the room, but when they checked into the room, he was not in place, I had to ask him for two days, constantly reminding him to bring well, the same with the rest. The rooms are not cleaned no matter how much they put up a sign and no matter how much they say to be cleaned. The bed linen is unclear in what condition almost all the stains are incomprehensible. Also with towels, not to mention the fact that someone's hair is all over the room, even on the walls. So it seems like a fresh repair. Tel. There is no room, although they said they would bring it in 4 days and did not bring it, I had to go down and go to the reception if I needed anything. The elevator is not working
A gorgeous hotel! The rooms are cozy! Very clean. The service staff is working at the highest level! The breakfasts are delicious, we really liked the variety! The location is convenient, in the city center. Many thanks to the administrator, always friendly! I advise everyone!
The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are very simple, but I was full and satisfied. There are small joints in the rooms, but we only spent the night. Everything you need in the room is there. We stayed with a large company of 15 people. I was the only one who got a room with three beds.
There were hotels in this hotel, we stayed for 4 days, very pleasant and polite staff, cleanliness, comfort, location in the very center, everything is within walking distance, cafes, shops,a bank for currency exchange, the hotel has very tasty breakfasts to choose from, under the type of buffet, everything was super, thank you very much for your hospitality!
Under one address there is a Queens hotel with a hieroglyph on the facade and Queens-2, next door. We lived exactly in Queens-2
Positive:
Very spacious rooms, high ceilings. Cute patio with hanging chairs.
The bathroom is spacious, with a large shower area, all plumbing is new.
Good breakfasts.
Cons:
The windows of the rooms facing the courtyard are lit all night by the lighting of that very cute courtyard. They don't really turn it off. The curtains on the windows are just white, which makes the whole night in the room as bright as day. Which does not contribute to a good sleep at all.
The room is extremely (!!) sparsely furnished. At the entrance there is no hook to hang a jacket and a bag, there is no mirror, there is no shelf for shoes. There is nothing. In a room for 3 people, except for 3 beds and 2 (?) bedside tables, one chair (!), a narrow countertop along the wall and a wardrobe in the corner farthest from the entrance. Exactly 3 sockets for the whole room.
There is no kettle, I had to take it to the reception. There is no refrigerator (and this is in Uzbekistan for a minute, not in Alaska).
There is one hook in the bathroom, and one railing under the towels. Room for 3, I remind you. Of course, there is no hair dryer either, take your own.
Towels that were once white, clean, judging by the smell of the rinse aid from them, but a terrible gray color.
Not particularly interested in visiting staff. For 3 days in the room, they never even took out the garbage, I had to ask for a roll of toilet paper at the reception.
And so a good, simple hotel for your money)
a pleasant simple hotel. the room is large, the beds are large and comfortable. the bathroom is simple, everything is there. there are tables in the courtyard to sit and talk, etc. there is a tennis table - I managed to play) breakfast is very simple, fried eggs and I have enough for breakfast, coffee was bought opposite in a coffee shop. the location is convenient. I recommend. the cost/quality ratio is good. it is important to understand that this is not a branded hotel, do not expect the perfect one. from what I wanted better, the Wi-Fi Internet is not stable
Friendly staff, shuttle service, lovely clean large rooms, breakfast, early breakfast service (if you leave early), currency exchange, convenient location, metro nearby
Nice hotel! Very helpful and kind staff! The breakfasts are very good! Well, personally, I really like it) the choice is great! The pool is cold, it's very good for the local climate ... when you get hot for the whole day, it's good to come to yourself quickly! Invigorating) the rooms are cozy and comfortable, everything is there for a good rest. Advice for those who eat across the border ... it is better to change the currency at the border!!! There, the course is better more or less suitable. Local banks have no exchange rate. Or withdraw money from ATMs, which are enough here and for some reason it turns out to be normal! And so have a good rest for everyone!
The best hotel where you were warmly welcomed, you can say right at home! The guy at the reception, Bobur, is very cool and friendly! From the bottom of my heart and from the bottom of my heart, I recommend this hotel
The convenient location of the hotel, near the Aibek and Minguryuk metro stations, if you plan to pay with a card, the terminal does not work. When we checked in, there were not enough shower accessories in the room, glasses, slippers, towels, kettle, cups, brought after I asked. The air conditioner is aimed at one of the beds, so it was dangerous to sleep with the air conditioner on. The breakfast is quite tasty and varied. There were disadvantages, but overall, we liked it.
The hotel is located very conveniently, in the city center, on a small side street, with a quiet courtyard, the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, a large bathroom, the staff is attentive, they orientate around the city, call a taxi, etc.The pool was not working during our stay. The breakfast is hearty.
We had a room with a balcony for two rooms, a lizard lived next door, in general a good hotel, but.... do not compromise, we had an early arrival and an early departure asked for breakfast to be postponed from the morning of departure to the morning of arrival did not go to a meeting (the reason for the refusal was not explained), although for example, in Samarkand we had no problems doing this, the bathroom is wet and slippery all the time because of this, the elevator is broken and the stairs are constantly going up to the third floor, the assortment is not updated for breakfast, the first ones are eaten, and the rest are leftovers, or we were just unlucky enough that it was hard for the boy to run, exercise equipment they didn't work, the water was cool in the pool, but it was even better after the heat, everything seemed fine, but somehow it wasn't cozy and warm for hospitable sunny Tashkent
Nice spacious rooms. Great beds.Plumbing problems are clearly not being dealt with. We lived in two rooms, everything flows in the suite, the second room was flooded, but we were immediately moved to the same room on another floor. Only the first guests have time to eat breakfast. It's worth sleeping a little longer and you have to beg for breakfast, which is carried from a nearby building. But there is a swimming pool. The first time we visited it was insanely dirty, but the second time it was clean.(As luck would have it) the staff was three, but there was one guy who was clearly in his place. He saved us. I think there is an exact discrepancy between price and quality in this hotel. But on the whole it's not bad.
The location of the guest house is convenient, the staff is dead, there is no cleaning of the rooms, everything is old and falling apart, I ordered a meeting at the airport arrived at 2 a.m., no one met. I had to call and remind myself, I got into the room 2 hours after arrival. The usual breakfasts are porridge, sausage, nuts, cheese, bread, cake. Watermelon and melon.
Normally, "young employees" slow down a little without adult supervision, the dental kit has not been brought, the bed has been on the fourth reminder, etc. Breakfast is average, but it will go for an intermediate stop
Service 7 points, rooms 6 points, staff 8 points, cleanliness 8 points, breakfast 4 points, ventilation does not work in the toilet, interior 6 points out of 10 points
A small hotel, several rooms, a cozy courtyard. The first impression is positive, but then you start to see all the disadvantages: the toilet smelled unpleasant and the hood rattled terribly when the light was on, flying flies in the toilet and room, dust and dirt age-old under the bed, a non-working sauna and a dirty pool. The breakfast is delicious, homemade, but meager. But there is a sign about the entrance to the kitchen - a restaurant. They don't give you an iron, you need to go to the laundress, where they wash and hang underwear, the staff goes back and forth. I was only pleased with the availability of disposable soap washers and tea, water in the room.
There is no service - for several times or days, if you are lucky, you run around asking for towels, a hair dryer. In three days, the room was not cleaned despite the request.
The staff is lovely, everyone is very friendly and friendly. Not a single request was denied. More than one request was not fulfilled the first time.
The rooms were on the third and last floor, those that do not face the courtyard of the hotel. The rooms are dirty and battered. There are five centimeter slits in the laminate.
The water in the shower does not go away normally. A constantly full shower of water, almost overflowing. The rattling and noisy hood adds a peculiar flavor. The air conditioner was working, but there were no bullets to it.
The mattresses and pillows are good.
Breakfast without frills and frills - for three.
The rooms facing the courtyard of the hotel were more decent.
The location of the hotel is excellent, as is the price, so we turned a blind eye to all the shortcomings.
We stayed at this hotel from 01/31/2013 to 2.02.23. Friendly staff. They asked to change the room, as the room was on the way to the sauna, pool and restaurant and it was noisy. They responded willingly and changed it. The hotel has a nice sauna and a swimming pool. After walking around Tashkent, a wonderful relaxation. The breakfast is delicious. I took away 1 star for the hair dryer and kettle, which were not in the room, I had to ask. Cleaning is carried out only if you ask. This is the way it is accepted in almost all hotels. The location is convenient, close to the center, but there is not much place to walk within walking distance.
The staff is very helpful.
The rooms are clean.
Convenient location.
A cozy atmosphere.
Of the cons:
The water in the pool is very cold
In bathrooms, water is constantly on the floor, which is very traumatic.
The hotel is not bad. But, they forgot the phone in the room. It was never returned. The guy who was sitting at the reception desk is involved in this. He works the night shift.
The room is nice, the guys at the reception are friendly, the transfer is timely. Overall, everything is fine, but the breakfasts are very weak. After 9, everything is hot and cold (porridge, eggs), few vegetables, cheap (non-meat) sausages and sausages, coffee, sugar from a jar and almost no food remains. If at least cucumbers, tomatoes and greens were in sufficient quantity, it would already be better. But I only saw these vegetables in the leftover Greek salad.
Good location of the hotel. In fact, there are 2 of them next to Queens and Queens 2.
The breakfast is terrible, probably the worst of all that were in Uzbekistan.
Polite staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts. Not far from the center. There is a very good cafe of Uzbek cuisine "Fig" nearby, the prices are low, the dishes are delicious.
The standard double room is good, with comfortable, wide beds, good plumbing. the room with Windows at the reception is unsuccessful, the light from the lanterns prevents sleep and, in addition, it is noisy because of the ping-pong players. The sound insulation is poor, if you are unlucky with the neighbors from above, then you will not be able to fall asleep. The breakfasts are meager and cold, only tea and coffee are hot. from the good - excellent location in the center and very nice boys at the reception, they will always help, but you need to ask them for information with caution, because they don't know much about the city. Our rooms were not cleaned, because we did not leave the keys, but, in general, the hotel is clean. It is quite possible to stay for 2-3 days, the price is acceptable.
comfortable, clean. Yakkasarai district. Breakfast is included, the food is varied, but the dining room, like a bunker, has little to eat. But there is a great place with local cuisine nearby

Hodimlariga gap yuk, ekimli khush momila.
We came from St. Petersburg, we liked everything except 🚿
They have a swimming pool and saunas, the most important thing that I liked was cleanliness, hygiene, and I advise everyone
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, the room was given above the utility block and it was quite noisy both from below and outside the door, but when we asked the administrator to help and change to a quieter room, they went to a meeting and moved us. The hotel also has a sauna that could be used for free, which we did every evening, after long walks, it was good to sit there, relieve fatigue. The breakfast is fully satisfying. We recommend this hotel
1. Breakfasts are almost always empty, you need to ask for food and wait. It's also not tasty.
2. Thin walls and ping pong in the yard, it is played at night.
3. Administrators will be happy to try to give you a fine for soiled sheets, for example, 50 bucks, by transferring to a personal card. For reference, dry cleaning of sheets and towels - 30k amounts per kg.
4. The pool is dirty and broken.
Great hotel! Cleanliness, there are bathroom accessories. The guys try to help with any question. The location is good, 12 minutes walk from the metro. I definitely recommend it!

The price/quality ratio is optimal. The location is convenient. There are questions about the cleanliness of linen and towels. The breakfast is not bad, but the cups and napkins on the tables could be newer. There is no cleaning, so we tried not to litter)))
First of all, I liked the chic big room. Everything was clean except for the lipstick marks on the blanket. The floors are so clean that even when you walk in white socks, they remain clean. The room has one large bed and one single bed. The room has a shower, toilet, TV, wardrobe, refrigerator, air conditioning. A kettle for making tea (but no kettle for boiling). Do not drink tea). There is no hair dryer, and this is a very necessary thing for a wife. Since they came on business, they did not take everything with them. The Smart TV only shows YouTube. You can't watch local TV. The service is not bad. Since it was the Ramadan fast, they were persistently woken up in the morning (for which many thanks) and fed breakfast. By the way, the breakfast is a buffet, everything is delicious. Overall, I had a good impression. The spouse wants to move in here again next time.
A nice hotel with excellent staff. There are breakfasts. You can go to the hammam and swimming pool. The rooms are clean with beautiful furniture. Near the city center.
Of the pros: price and availability of breakfast and WiFi, good location.
Of the minuses: you have to ask for water, the garbage from the room has never been taken out in 5 days.
In general, the hotel is for your money.
Good breakfast in the morning, but there are only 9 different flags at the reception, but surprisingly there is no Russian one! Considering the guests, there are plenty of Russians.
A gorgeous hotel. Everything is clean, the staff is very responsive and attentive. The breakfasts are delicious. Everything in the room is convenient – the location of the lamps and sockets is done wisely. The bed is also comfortable.
