The service in this salon is simply disgusting. I wrote to them on Instagram, I wanted to find out the availability and approximate range of dresses. They are still silent.
I got through, they didn't even sign me up for a fitting, they just said "come".
I came, they handed me a tablet for choosing dresses, and I sat like that for 40 minutes, if not more.
After that, they asked me the amount I was counting on, after which almost all the dresses I selected were removed from the list.
I was given only one dress to try on, which I chose, and two it is not clear which ones at all.
The fitting room is all littered with junk, the floors haven't been washed properly there for a very long time. There are no shoes to try on.
All three dresses that I tried on were in terrible condition. I used to wear such dirty dresses on my overgrown body! It's disgusting.
They wouldn't tie anything up normally, they wouldn't fix it, everything hung like a rag on me.
They didn't offer any additional jewelry, at least in the form of a veil, until I asked. They gave a veil absolutely unsuitable in color and style for the dress. They tried to put it on my straight hair and naturally it fell. They didn't correct her, nothing..it was floor-length and all crumpled up.
I counted 4-5 people from the staff there. Why are they there? They're not doing their job at all. But everyone just stood there and looked at me with an appraising look. "It's a pleasure."
I didn't know what the cost of dresses in this salon was and I certainly didn't count on it. I have voiced my maximum...but if I really liked something, then I was ready to buy it! The attitude of the staff was as much as possible so that I just left.
It's a pity that this is my first experience and it was so terrible.
