Excellent hotel by the sea, where I stayed for almost three months. The staff is excellent, although they don't speak English. Clean up cleanly. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.

We rested in this hotel from February 27, 2020 to March 9.A beautiful hotel, quite worthy of its five stars.The staff is very friendly and friendly, immediately responding to even the smallest shortcomings.The doormen are always smiling at the entrance! An excellent Russian-speaking administrator, a very sensitive and responsive person, always personally took part In solving any issue, thank him very much for this.Room cleaning is always on time.Food with a very small assortment, but quite decent.There was always enough.Very tasty fruits.The beach is small, it would be possible to add sun beds.And even in this matter, the hotel administration tried to find a way out somehow.We will definitely return to this hotel again!!!We really liked him!!!

Great hotel! We arrived at 7 am and checked in at 11 despite the fact that check-in is after 2 pm! For free)))) The staff is friendly and helpful! The only disadvantage to the hotel is the staff of room cleaners, if sand was brought from the beach in trukhany, then believe me it will lie in all corners, only visible areas are cleaned)) The location is good, there are not many Chinese in the area, but the hotel itself is Chinese-oriented, 25 of the 29 floors will be occupied by Chinese.

The hotel is 4 stars, no more. The room is not cleaned every day and not very well. The breakfasts are monotonous. Who needs exactly 5 stars will not like it here. And the most unpleasant thing is the cold pool.
If you want to have dinner at the hotel, don't do it! You'd better go to Yesenin (nearby) or Armenia. You can go to the Story restaurant (across the street). Why you don't need to have lunch or dinner at the hotel. Because it is very EXPENSIVE. Yes, a buffet. But it will cost 350 thousand VND for 1 person. And the menu is the same as in the morning at breakfast. For 350 thousand dong, you can just eat together in any cafe on the street and choose what you order yourself. I recommend Armenia. The cuisine there is Russian, Georgian and Vietnamese, the staff is attentive, they cook quickly.
Do not take excursions at the hotel, they are 30% more expensive there than at the Russian information center on the street.

Spacious corner rooms, beautiful views from the windows, a good restaurant on the 4th floor. The last one is small. There is a small pool of interesting design. Sauna, but the temperature is low. The service is at a high level.

In the room, the maids took away the teaspoons with the dishes. Upon departure, they were forced to pay their cost of 160 thousand VND. Upon discharge, they arranged a showdown with allegedly undelivered beach towels. We watched video camera recordings. Then we figured it out, apologized. In general, the last day left a bad impression!
