They throw people for money, and Anex supports them. Next, the air conditioners (broke down twice), the reception will respond to your request if you only come to them personally, they promise to solve the problem by phone, but then they are dissuaded by changing shifts or being distracted. In short, go yourself. The doctor on the territory is a nurse who only examines herself, then asks for insurance and calls you an ambulance to a normal doctor.

We took a return individual transfer to the airport, won 1.30 hours of sleep from the night, we are waiting for the general bus departure downstairs, of course, has already left, I understand that the departure is in 2.5 hours and we should already be almost at the airport, but there is no transfer! 10 minutes, 20, 30!!!! The phone of the guide, whose duty it is not only to take money for the service, but also to send the tourist home at any time of the day or night, does not answer. 7 a.m., we call him, 10 calls, no answer! There is no transfer! And then after (attention 35 minutes of delay) a minibus sails with the words (we were in traffic for 10) minutes! You are 35 minutes late(!!!!) they spread their hands. And we paid $ 150 for this hassle, we always order an individual transfer at a very early departure when we leave Alanya. Nurik didn't answer the phone like that. At the airport itself, we flew in already at the last minutes of flight check-in! We often travel with Anex to Turkey,.
