Good afternoon! We were in the USA in September 2019, stayed at your hotel. The bed linen is rumpled and dirty, it looks like it is not the first freshness, the coffee makers do not work. After arriving from Washington, we asked the Guide to solve the issues. we were moved into other rooms, but the beds there were just as dirty.
