We have been using Qrent.am car rental services for almost 2 years and every time it is above expectations - the cars are in the good condition, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The cars are in good technical condition, the staff is responsive and friendly, the paperwork was done quickly, and the office is very conveniently located.
We have pre-booked a car for 3 days in order to travel comfortably and see the sights. Upon arrival at the office, a prepared contract was already waiting for us – all that remained was to sign it and accept the car. When there was a slight problem with the car during the trip, the staff offered a replacement, and for a higher-end car.
We were very satisfied with the service! The next time we visit Armenia, we will definitely contact this company again.
