We have been using Qrent.am car rental services for almost 2 years and every time it is above expectations - the cars are in the good condition, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. You always have an option of selecting different cars depending on your preferences - doesn't matter if it is a short city tour or multi-day mountain off-road driving. The cars are in good technical condition, the staff is responsive and friendly, the paperwork was done quickly, and the office is very conveniently located.
We have pre-booked a car for 3 days in order to travel comfortably and see the sights. Upon arrival at the office, a prepared contract was already waiting for us – all that remained was to sign it and accept the car. When there was a slight problem with the car during the trip, the staff offered a replacement, and for a higher-end car.
We were very satisfied with the service! The next time we visit Armenia, we will definitely contact this company again.
