in response to our pre-trial claim, the cossacks responded by saying that now they allegedly installed a new part, and we went home satisfied. although it is mentioned in the audio recordings that the part is "a donor from a used phone," and there are no new ones. but as it turned out, NAND chips are new and they cost much cheaper than 90,000 tenge. We returned the phone several times, they accepted it again (5 times), thereby confirming that the cause of the problem was on the part of the service. if they had initially refused to take it and said, "it's not our fault," then it would be another matter. you could say, "you already had these problems with your phone before contacting us." they had the maximum time to "diagnose" him and find out in 12 days. but new diagnostic results keep coming)) after I brought the pre-trial claim personally, on the same day I was sent an SMS: "according to the diagnostic results, new problems are not related to replacing the chip, come and pick up the phone." I should have received this SMS clearly not after almost a month and pre-trial proceedings. this attitude already speaks, apparently, about some kind of personal hostility of the performer to the client. (considering recent phone conversations) they still have the iPhone.
Why should we, as outraged customers, dissatisfied with the service, dissatisfied with the constant lies on your part, shoot video apologies and delete comments? where is the customer focus? why can't you provide certificates of completed work, as they say on your official website? why are you still ignoring the facts, and if you answer, then you talk as if we are old acquaintances? do you think that the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan bypasses your organization?

They brought the iPhone 15 Pro, it rebooted without stopping. The phone is in excellent condition, bought a year ago. On October 18, 2024, I gave it for free diagnostics. According to the master: "you need to check it, figure out what the reason is, leave it for a couple of days and we'll call you back." A week passed, no one called me back, I began to worry, I called myself, to which they replied: "we are waiting for a detail, for further diagnosis, we will contact you soon," but I have not been contacted. On October 30, 12 days later, I called again, to which they said that "they replaced the NAND chip from the donor phone, now the phone is working, the payment will be 90 thousand tenge, if everything suits you, come pick it up." That is, without notification of the problem, they themselves made repairs, replaced it is unclear what parts. As a result, after the alleged "repair", the cameras, FaceID, and flashlight stopped working and began to hang. I came and brought it several times, untied it from iCloud, they flashed it and so on. Until November 2nd. But the phone remained in a faulty condition.

I remind you that they had a phone since October 18. And such work and diagnostics take less than a week. Since the phone remained in a faulty condition, we contacted them again and asked them to return the phone to working condition, since we paid for the repair, and it was allegedly done to us without premature notification of the diagnosis. To which the master replied: "we are returning everything as it was, and you come and get the phone." At the moment, they have the phone and they are not doing anything. As it turned out, it wasn't just us who found ourselves in a similar situation. You can read the 2gis reviews. I had to write several statements to the police, we are collecting materials for filing a lawsuit. Also, all correspondence and recordings of conversations and video materials were transferred to the Chamber for Consumer Protection. I strongly recommend not contacting them, so as not to be deceived.

Ребята из QazRem просили оставить им отзыв, и честно - я с радостью это сделаю! Наконец то открыли нормальный сервисный центр - чистый, светлый, не каморка, не пахнет. ДА, возле них много есть разных сервисов, там везде уже бывал - средней руки мастера и качество обслуживания. Здесь же все понравилось с самого начала. Не знаю как давно они открылись, но менеджеры быстро нашли причину почему мой самсунг не включался и пока его чинили - рассказали о сервисе, услугах, и предложили неплохой чехол. А, ну и стекло защитное наклеили задаром - сказали акция сейча проходит, всем клеят защиту. В общем чисто, хорошо, приятно - выглядит красиво все. Не знаю, доведется еще туда ходить, но пожалуй это отличная альтернатива для тех кто не хочет переплачивать и получить качественное обслуживание, рекомендую.

Единственный сервис в АСТАНЕ, кто действительно ремонтирует качественно и быстро! До них был в других сервисах, где мне никто ничего толком объяснить не мог, а мак просто лежал больше месяца то в одном, другом! Вообщем огромное спасибо Азамату, теперь другие сервисы не рассматриваются Apple, всем рекомендую, не тратьте своё время на горе ремонтников, а сразу приходите в сервис QazRem!

Обратился с проблемой по айфону 12. Ребята удаленно проконсультировали по возможным причинам поломки. Приехал к ним, в течение 1,5 часов решили проблему с контроллером питания. Теперь не буду использовать туфтовые зарядки))

Super service супер сервис. Азамат мастер высшего класса. Восстановил мой макбук когда от него отказались даже официальные представительства по ремонту. Настоящий мастер.

Делал у них свой айфон. Грамотные специалисты. В течении 20 минут выявили причину и быстро отремонтировали. По цене кстати был удивлен, расчитывал сделать дороже а получилось по факту совсем не дорого. Рекомендую!
