They brought the iPhone 15 Pro, it rebooted without stopping. The phone is in excellent condition, bought a year ago. On October 18, 2024, I gave it for free diagnostics. On October 30, 12 days later, I called again, to which they said that "they replaced the NAND chip from the donor phone, now the phone is working, the payment will be 90 thousand tenge, if everything suits you, come pick it up." That is, without notification of the problem, they themselves made repairs, replaced it is unclear what parts. As a result, after the alleged "repair", the cameras, FaceID, and flashlight stopped working and began to hang. I came and brought it several times, untied it from iCloud, they flashed it and so on. Until November 2nd. But the phone remained in a faulty condition.

Ребята из QazRem просили оставить им отзыв, и честно - я с радостью это сделаю! Наконец то открыли нормальный сервисный центр - чистый, светлый, не каморка, не пахнет. ДА, возле них много есть разных сервисов, там везде уже бывал - средней руки мастера и качество обслуживания. Здесь же все понравилось с самого начала. Не знаю как давно они открылись, но менеджеры быстро нашли причину почему мой самсунг не включался и пока его чинили - рассказали о сервисе, услугах, и предложили неплохой чехол. А, ну и стекло защитное наклеили задаром - сказали акция сейча проходит, всем клеят защиту. В общем чисто, хорошо, приятно - выглядит красиво все. Не знаю, доведется еще туда ходить, но пожалуй это отличная альтернатива для тех кто не хочет переплачивать и получить качественное обслуживание, рекомендую.
Обратилась к ребятам по поводу поломки телефона ребенка ,смогли мне помочь ,реанимировали его ,подсказали лайфхаки .

Единственный сервис в АСТАНЕ, кто действительно ремонтирует качественно и быстро! До них был в других сервисах, где мне никто ничего толком объяснить не мог, а мак просто лежал больше месяца то в одном, другом! Обратился с проблемой по айфону 12. Ребята удаленно проконсультировали по возможным причинам поломки. Приехал к ним, в течение 1,5 часов решили проблему с контроллером питания. Теперь не буду использовать туфтовые зарядки))
Смогли сделать то что в других сервиса не смогли или называли нереальные цены. Тут же при первом обращении сразу вызвали доверие, тем что знали с чем имеют дело и в диалоге было ясно что тут работают действительно разбиращиеся люди.

Super service супер сервис. Азамат мастер высшего класса. Восстановил мой макбук когда от него отказались даже официальные представительства по ремонту. Настоящий мастер.
Макбук свой я случайно залил чаем. Он уже не включался и не моргал.
