Disgusting company! There are no words to describe my anger! We bought an apartment from them on assignment for the full price, we have been waiting for more than 10 months! They expired the contract for half a year, gave us the keys and locked the entrances! There was no access to the apartment, and there is no access. But the managers' honor: they were gracious! They sent you the keys, let's go to the meeting. Seriously? And what should we do with these keys? You can't enter the entrance, and the apartment, respectively, too. Again, everyone is lying and being fed breakfast! We also signed an act for them that we accepted the apartment and from that day on we pay for communal services and so on. The company sucks! Do not contact anyone here!

Touch anything, starting with the front door and the lock. They are stalling for time, the keys were given on June 20, and on August 13 the house has not yet been commissioned, the defects have not been completed. But the bills have already arrived!!!! People are outraged and disappointed with the quality of housing from this developer!!!!!!

I do not recommend taking it on the top floor. Moisture will reach the wiring in the near future.

Получили отличную консультацию и. Увидели наглядно макеты строящихся домов. В итоге купили две крватиры, хотя собирались одну. Цены ниже по городу, локации домой отличные. Меня всё устраивает. Дай Аллаһ теперь вовремя сдадут в надлежащем виде.

Грамотные консультанты, знающие свои проекты+представители Сбербанк и Отбасы банка оперативно консультируют по вопросам кредитования и программ, правда в порядке живой очереди, но в принципе ожидание минут 8-10. Есть парковка на территории офиса для клиентов на машин 10.

Казахстрой сейчас набрала обороты, строят одновременно несколько жилых комплексов. Алма сити одно из них. Благодаря цене ниже конкурентов, квартиры распродают как горячие пирожки. Качество строительства и обслуживания Управляющей компании оставляют желать лучшего. Детские площадки начали разваливаться через 1 месяц. Установили самые дешевые, какие можно найти на рынке. Качество соответствует цене. Трубы прорывает, электричество отключают из-за бесконечных аварий. Деревянные вставки в фасаде домов высохли, никто не следит за тем, кто как переделывает балконы. Кто во что горазд. У кого-то белый, черный, стеклянный, сайдинг всех цветов,под дерево и т.д. Внешний вид домов ужасный. Всем наплевать. За деревьями и газонами ухаживают сами жители ЖК. У управляющей компании нет денег на садовника и разнорабочих. Общем как-то так.

Был в отделе продаж, хотел купить квартиры в жк теремки или шугыла. По каждому жк отдельный консультант. Он вечно занят,ждешь очереди и когда до тебя дойдет очередь консультант расказывает нехотя. И в конце заявляет что квартир на продажу нет. Все продано🤯. Строятся более 100 домов и нет квартир. Однозначно лохотрон. Начнешь договариватся с консультантами, квартиры сразу найдуться.
Под видом подрядчика который хочет взять объемы работ удалось попасть на строиплощадку.(ЖК Шугыла) Строика ведется ужасно, технадзор есть или нет вообще не понятно.

Возможно, ваш менеджер Айгуль звезда продаж. Тем не менее это не позволяет ей портить репутацию Qazaq Stroi.
Своими грубыми изречениями, очень плохим отношением и личными оскорблениями!
Я приехал всей семьей, с деньгами, уже созревший к заключению договора.
Ждал её где-то 50-60 минут, и в результате такое хамское отношение.
Я не прошу у неё в долг или бесплатно!

Не очень удобно что для каждого ЖК отдельный менеджер, если нужно узнать по разным ЖК у одного менеджера это сделать не получится. Не дают на руки никакие распечатки по интересующей квартире, все только на словах. Максимум можно сфотографировать планировку. Так в целом вроде все цивильно, угощают вкусным кофе, мелочь но приятно)

Строительная компания, которой можно доверять. Купила у этого застройщика 2 квартиры на бумаге, через полгода получила ключи, чему несказанно рада.
