Complaint about the toilet at the Qazaq Oil gas station No. M105, village Saryshagan Good afternoon. I visited your gas station numberM105 in the village of Saryshagan and was unpleasantly surprised by the condition of the toilet. The room is dirty, there is a weak stream of water from the tap, buckets are standing, leaks and plaque on the pipes are visible. In my opinion, this is unacceptable for a service of this level. I ask you to take urgent measures to bring the toilet to a proper sanitary condition, as this place is visited by customers, including families with children. Such conditions violate basic hygiene standards and it's not just unpleasant, it's a disgrace for Qazaq Oil. With respect, Client

The toilet is unsanitary, in Russia we would not be fined childishly for such a horror. The store has a meager assortment. This is probably not a branded gas station, I do not recommend it
