09.04.24 visit. The staff is friendly, very attentive to each table. 2 shubat soups, these Cossack horsemeat with truffle border, Shymkent mutton of 4 steppes, mors. All the dishes correspond to the photos on the website, the soup is delicious (even for a person who does not like dairy, it made an impression and positive emotions), the second dishes and the drink also command respect for the cook. The price tag is high compared to the nearest places, but this is a RESTAURANT, not a cafe, and worthy of visiting both tourists and locals, for those who appreciate hospitality, national dishes, combined with serving. Very positive emotions after the visit.

This is a fusion of Kazakh cuisine with elements of haute cuisine, but I'll be honest with you. For 10 days, Astana has been the most unimpressive place so far. We definitely expected more. Of the advantages, the friendly and attentive staff, but the kitchen is far from high, just ordinary dishes in a reduced size. I do not mind the high price tag, but only when it is justified, unfortunately, it is not here. It's not enough to decorate a dish with micro greenery to be called haute cuisine and double the price tag)))

I really liked the restaurant.

- Terrine of baked vegetables with warm omyrtka fillet.
- Young lamb loin with garden pea puree and Zhusan sauce.
- Cherry sorbet with lime and coconut.
The restaurant is 5 stars, but there are wishes:
- do not take out hot dishes at the same time as cold ones, they also cool down.

Приехали в ресторан семьей, после экскурсии по городу, в обеденное время.
1. Хорошее расположение, с красивым и стильным убранством внутри.
2. Внимательный и доброжелательный персонал.
3. Меню не раздуто, удобное (есть фотографии блюд), для людей с разными предпочтениями. Если даже что-то не понятно, милый официант все разъяснит.
4. Вкусный комплемент от шефа.
5. Быстрая подача напитков и блюд.
6. Исходя из выбранных нами блюд, в еде присутствует национальный колорит, но с использованием новых технологий, с необычной и красивой подачей.
7. Великолепный вкус… команда явно постаралась, наши вкусовые сосочки пели от удовольствия! Ресторан явно тянет на звезду Мишлен!!!
Обязательно рекомендую для посещения!

We were with guests from Minsk and Abu Dhabi, they really liked it. Kanesh prices are above average, but worth it. Especially in Astana, where the service is frankly weak.

It was curious what high Kazakh cuisine is. Amazingly delicious food! Serving really corresponds to the title of "haute cuisine"
Salad "Terrine of baked vegetables with warm fillet of omyrtka" I recommend! The terrine turned out to be in a dense jelly and it was super! Omyrtka is horsemeat, the cervical region, if I'm not mistaken.
The square of the young lamb was also unrealistically good!
The interior, to be honest. Raises questions... too eclectic. But the food and excellent service outweigh!

In June, she visited Kazakhstan for the first time. The taxi driver brought us to this restaurant and we liked everything. I would like to mention the hostess guy, very friendly and hospitable. She said that she had never tried koumiss and did not dare to order it before the flight. Оригинальное оформление ресторана, живая музыка, вкусная еда, приветливый персонал. Очень понравился суп из 2 вылов рыбы. В меню как традиционные блюда, так и чуть европеизированные. Ценник выше среднего. Ресторан находится как бы в углублении переулочка и с главной улицы заметен только вывеской. С удовольствием придем еще.

Кухня великолепна! Особенно рекомендую взять набор из национальных блюд (казы и т.д.). Ресторан высокого класса, гламурный, цены сильно выше среднего. Живая музыка. При мне играли на домре казахские каверы разных известных песен, типа “Let it be”. Официанты очень учтивы. Есть бесплатный вайфай. Лучше бронировать места заранее, если просто так прийти – мест может не быть.

Внутри красиво, богато украшено. Меню разнообразное, дорогое. Еда показалась вкусной, но без "души", без изюминки.
Понравились шубат и архи.
Я это место буду рекомендовать, как место для того, чтобы подивить иностранца, но пока не более того, хотя отмечу, что местные там тоже были. Сам второй раз не приду.
Обслуживание оставило тоже разное впечатление: сперва встретил парень, и то ли был очень занят, то ли просто под конец дня не особенно старался, так что оставил нас надолго наедине с меню. Потом его сменила очень старательная и приветливая девушка, которая помогала с выбором и всё рассказывала.

Отличная, разнообразная еда. Интересные блюда и вариации на стыке казахской и европейскими кухнями. Слово "высокая" - заслуженное для кухни в этом заведении. Приятная живая музыка: известные мировые хиты на домре. Очень приветливые и отзывчивые официанты: мы с другом взяли на пробу много разных блюд и попросили каждое поделить нам пополам. Советую попробовать домашнюю водку из кумыса - очень мало мест в Казахстане и Астане в частности, где она вообще есть.

Очень крутая национальная кухня с акцентом на местные и сезонные продукты. Хочется попробовать все, так как все позиции необычные. Даже меню коктейлей с местными ингредиентами. Я приехал с Москвы и был в восторге от этого ресторана с точки зрения меню и еды. Обслуживание обычное, интерьер чуть-чуть устаревший.

Отличный вариант для знакомства с национальной кухней! Все очень вкусно и красиво. Мясо конины на косточке просто таяло во рту. Шикарный национальный интерьер, шустрые официанты. Можете смело идти и брать любое блюдо. Обязательно буду рекомендовать всем знакомым!
